I once had the Diablo Dare. Great value. I like it hot, good job. Today I had the bacon ranch wagyu steakhouse meal. $11 but plenty of food. Tasty.

I love lots of Arby items but today I tried the Chicken Salad Pita and it was bland and tasteless. I also got the"limited time" Buffalo chicken slider and it was great! More bread than chicken, but quite tasty. Staff was friendly and establishment is clean. If you're in the mood for Arby's then this is a good place to stop.

Asked for a super roast beef, got no lettuce or tomato, no arby sauce. Sandwich was barely warm. Took it back inside and the manager took my sandwich and told them to just add lettuce and tomato, which made a barely warm sandwich cold. Again, no arby sauce! Fast food is getting more expensive and the size of the sandwiches have gotten smaller and the quality is worse! Makes no sense to waste the money any more!

Customer service & satisfaction was the worst! I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my food & my order was still wrong. Drove all the way back to let them know my order was incorrect & their response was, we ran out the Hawaiian roll for your fish sandwich. My response, why didn't anyone let me know while I waited for over 30 minutes for my order? Everyone looks dumb founded from the manager to all the employees..... wow really! Then charged me for a item I never ordered! Manager had the most nonchalant attitude ever. Will not be returning back to this establishment ever!

They have good customer service. They have clean lobby. They have the best mozzarella sticks. I also tried the fish and it was horrible. But the children enjoyed their kids meal.

I had to contact the corporate office yesterday due to the bad customer service to Arby's in dover on Forrest Ave. I have been going there for years and had the worst experience. Water all over the floor and a employee mopping and supposedly cleaning handling our food with her dirty hands. We refused to pay or redo our food by another associate who washed their hands in front of us. Disgusting just Disgusting.

This Arbys in Dover doesnt have my favorite, pecan chicken salad sandwich...but the gyro is a very tasty substitute...of course curly fries , what else need be said...

Really nice place. The chicken salad sandwich is amazing and the fries have the perfect amount of cronch. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Me and my friend got lunch here and I had the reuon and curly fries, my food was very good but they forgot my friends sandwich, he has to drive all the way back to get it at least he didn't have to pay again!

Food was great. Friendly staff. Service was very slow but could be because they were very short staffed. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.

I was so happy to see an Arby's as we don't have one where I currently live. I went through the drive-thru, which had a long line. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a friendly professional who apologized for my wait and let me know they were short staffed. Her pleasant attitude made me forget the wait time. My food was fresh and delicious. My order was also correct.

I've been here in the past and the food was good, but my last visit was pretty bad. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the girl taking my order was very nice. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was dry and you could tell the oil needed to be changed. Matter of fact all the items I got were pretty dark and oily due to the oil. I also was upset that I waited at the window for 8 minutes and got cold fries and a stale apple turnover. I could tell I was waiting on the mozzarella sticks. If you're going to make a customer wait that long at least make sure everything is fresh. I actually tossed most of the fries. Eating out is not worth it nowadays honestly. 😞

The chicken wrap was very disappointing. Chicken tough and tasteless. I think you try to offer too much and should stick to what you do best.

We stopped in for lunch here and had some of the best fast food sandwiches we've ever had and want to give a special shout out to Joe in the drive-thru window as he was so polite and got us exactly what we ordered. My daughter highly recommends the Americana roast beef sandwich.

This Arby's has the friendliest staff of any fast food place, anywhere, ever. Fast-fresh- friendly service. I can't imagine anyone who frequents this location not agreeing with me.

If i could give a negative, i would my husband who ordered 2 for 7 Americana rostbeef No lettuce No tomato 1 of them had onions (it dont come with onions in the first place) he is allergic to them and the other 1 had lettuce and tomato when i asked for the mangers name and number i was asked why by the manger she said she was the mangers on duty my husband came up and asked who made them she said she did and she the one who put it all on there and was thinking it was ok and we had to weighted over 20mins for are food so everything was cold

They have the meats! They make some pretty good sandwiches. Just tried a Diablo. Wow! I haven't done "hot" foods for a long while. This one brought back a lot of memories!

I have seen the mini commercials and fell in love with the meat. However, there are not a lot of Arby's near me; so, I was very happy to get to this Arby's and enjoy myself. The staff was great, the food was great, and the place was clean--which is very important during a pandemic.

Came through drive thru at 2:30ish pm and I loved how the drive thru taker was taking my order she wasn’t rushing to take my order. The drive thru taker was actually taking her time on listening my order. We actually need more people like her with an positive attitude!

Recently renovated although I did not go inside. No trouble with the drive-thru experience... The speaker might need renovated if I remember correctly ha! The food was quick, fresh and they gave me the option to change fries or wait for the others to be done. And those coupons 👍🏻 We'll be back.

Best choice for fast food fish sandwich. Unfortunately only offered during the Lenten season. Be sure to try the Greek gyros. Nicely seasoned meat, fresh pita. Can be a bit stingy with the tzaziki sauce. Busy location, especially for drive thru.

Due to being gluten free I can only get the beef and cheddar with no bun and tons of extra cheese and red sauce. I take it home and out it on my own gf bun. It's amazing. They out everything in separate containers (if you ask them to)

Usually go to the drive through and never really have any issues besides they forget my drinks sometimes and I have to say something but no big deal. They’re usually busy so I understand. Last week I decided to go inside and order and I waited inside for 13 minutes before someone came to take my order. And yes they saw me standing at the counter. I was also the only person inside the dining hall. I’ll stick to the drive through from now on. Food has always been fresh.
