First time eating at a Charley's restaurant. This one had just opened inside the Walmart in Camden, DE. There was a line to order since it was just opened. The service was good, and the food was delicious. I got a Philly Cheesesteak with Bacon Cheese Fries. My wife and daughter also got Cheesesteaks. My son got the boneless Buffalo Wings. All our food was great. The portions were big and very filling. The dining area was bigger than expected for being inside a Walmart. The only downside was that the prices were on the high side.

Customer service was horrible . Seemed like a bother when we asked for pickles when she forgot to put them on and when we took our cheesesteaks back up to get cut because they weren’t cut in half like usual girl was on the phone , looked at us and got back on her phone . For the price of your food it’s pretty ridiculous to have to deal with stuff like this .

The Charleys Philly Cheese Steaks is my favorite place to eat at in the dover mall. They have the best cheese steaks I ever tasted. There food is so excellent all of it even the fries. And the service there is so fast and there so nice and treat you the best. I really love it there even when I'm not in the mall my go to place to eat is still there. I LOVE CHARLEY'S PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS IN THE DOVER MALL!!!!

The staff were completely disrespectful and ignorant. My order wasn’t pushed in right and when I asked about it the shift leader got smart and started yelling. On top of that when she walked in the back she continued to talk about and allowed her employees to engage in the disrespectful conversation loud enough for me and my family to hear it. All you had to say was I’m sorry it was rang up wrong how can we fix it ,but instead the manager decided to put her finger in my face and be disrespectful. Camden Walmart Charlie’s never again $50. Dollars went in the trash.

The cheesesteaks are amazing, i have yet to try everything on the menu but my favorite by far is their teriyaki. I also love their fruit lemonades. The manager and the employees are really nice every time i go. Some people say that the prices are too high but for the quality of food I think it’s just right.

Went to Dover Mall location, online states their open,lights are on,but nobody's home,hell of a way to run business.

If you’re in Dover this is the place to eat. The people there are really friendly. Customer service is great.The food are fresh. My favorite is the Philly cheesesteaks. This is the best steak place in Dover.

I was having trouble with my phone Google pay and the app. So the manager decides to try and embarrass me in front of other customers telling me to hurry up because theirs people behind me.....mind you no one behind said anything. All this while holding my 2 year old who threw their shoes and was barefooted

Ordered a regular fry and a bacon and chz fries, just to only get 2 regular salty fries

First time at this location. Ordered everyday special of wings. Disappointed . Very dry. Ordered regular bone in. Came out with nothing on them. Requested blue cheese. Not given.

I don't usually complain or write reviews, but feel this warrants a statement. Was at the mall on Nov.5th at approximately 3-3:30. Stood at counter at Charley's in food court for 10 minutes and workers behind counter never looked at or waited on us. I guess it's sorry Charlie from now on.
