    Save yourself some time and aggravation and eat literally anywhere else. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The individuals who work there are all incredibly rude, and talk to customers like they have no idea what customer service even is. On top of that they just throw your food together however they want like they don’t actually care. I could understand going there once and them being rude, maybe their having a bad day. But it’s every single time that I have gone to this location. They claim not to accept Subway coupons, and just cancel online orders on one day and then the next day they miraculously accept Subways coupons. Their food is never good either, the veggies that they offer are always either wilted or soggy. The meat they have looks like it’s been left out for days. The store is always absolutely disgusting, the floors are gross and the area they keep the food always looks disgusting. And on top of that their parking lot is nearly inaccessible.

    Over $8 for this amount of spinach in a salad. The bacon was never heated up. Called and complained and she literally yelled at me on the phone. I asked for ranch on my sandwich they accidentally put mayonnaise and instead of making a new sandwich wiped the mayo off. I am completely disgusted.

    Getting two sandwiches and what should've been 3 cookies is not a difficult task until you walk into a company no longer owned by caring individuals. You cannot be rude, in the wrong and then try to hold an argumentative stance when you clearly are unable to fully grasp or articulate English to begin with. When did THIS management take over...or did I just catch the store on the wrong day? Being born and raised in Dover and for a nice portion of it, lived right across the street within walking distance from said Subway--I'll say my experience was disappointing enough to hop on here and unleash my disgust with the service I received today from this particular store. Poor customer service and an embarrassment to Subway I long ago adored... R.I.P. Forest Ave. Subway! 🥖🙅🏽‍♀️✌🏾

    The food is good compared to other Subway’s. Nothing wrong with it. The customer service is iffy at best. They’re noticeably stingy and don’t accept certain coupons because they don’t benefit their bottom line enough. It’s clear the customer is not the first priority. I’d rather drive further across town to support a different Subway and will be doing that from now on.

    I bought 20$ worth of subs and tried to eat in my car in the parking lot and some foreign man came out waving his hands up telling me to leave the “lunch rush” is coming... it’s 2021 subway doesn’t have a lunch rush it’s way past it’s time. So I left and I’m never coming back to subway. I’d recommend something more modern like Jersey Mike’s.

    Owned by Indians, this Subway offers no courtesy, at least to us fellow Indians. But my mistake that I went second time and all the negative energy of the lady, who made the sandwiches, got in the food. They don’t offer any side sauces as well which is weird for this branch. Extremely rude customer service and they can’t even communicate properly and are obnoxiously loud on people. They should learn some etiquette first and then serve food to people, otherwise just sell this to someone who knows how much to run business ethically instead of saving sauces.

    Ever since new owners VERY RUDE customer service, everything over priced, don't bother ordering on app with any promotions they don't participate in any of them. She'll just cancel your order and not tell you til you get there and get laughed at.

    Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The gentleman behind the counter just starred at me until I started ordering. When I accidentally called the multi-grain bread "wheat bread", he pointed to the bread options without saying anything. He also didn't bother to ask if I wanted either sandwich toasted - I had to ask. Seems like they don't want any customers with the attitudes. I'd would drive to the one on the other side of town than return to this location.

    I did place a mobile order and went there without thinking anything else. After asking at the counter they said it got cancelled and felt weird. I’ve placed another order using the coupon and they cancelled right in front of me saying they don’t accept coupons. I had to buy there as I was hungry and didn’t have time to go some where else. Even the food was not good and way below that expected and experienced from other subways. But not going there again and that’s for sure.

    I would not even give one star to this people, rude people and no respect for their customers even service is worst and the Indian lady working over there , I think no one taught her how to talk with the customers I am from India and met lot of people in work but never saw a lady like her. I think she just work for money not for customer service seriously. My worst experience in subway at all.

    Placed a mobile order here. My order was confirmed and I drove 10 minutes to get it. To be told by the owner he voided my order because it used a coupon.

    Ordered online advise person making sandwich that I was giving her the order that was online since it wasn't showing...after she made 2 sandwiches the manager started making the order I asked her if he was making the order...the owner started yelling and had spit flying out of his mouth over the food (he had no mask on; several people decide to leave), I advised him she was making the order he started yelling more. I asked to cancel the order he said there is no way he can cancel it... I advised I wanted my money back he kept insisting he can't do a refund...WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY...THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I SAW HIM BEHAVE LIKE THIS PREVIOUSLY!!!

    Ordered 2 subs online drove 30 minutes to pick up for them to say my order was denied because I used a coupon. The website says coupons excepted. Avoid this rude place. She just gave me voided recipe and said bye.

    Worst subway I've ever seen, the owners should have the franchise taken for incompetence in running the most simplistic of all time. I suggested that let a trainee help one of the owners who took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches while I was in line; this caused them to start arguing with me? Not sure why this upset them but I couldn't get out fast enough.

    This is an unorthodox review. For THREE YEARS, the sign has said we are open …cheese pizza. This sign occasionally drives me nuts lol. I figure due to the pandemic they were unable to change the sign. But three years!! For this reason I would NEVER go there. Please CHANGE THE SIGN and I’ll remove this review.

    I have just had a horrible experience at the Route 8 Subway in Dover Delaware at 991 Forest Ave in Dover, Delaware 19904. I went in at 7:30 pm to place my order and was unable to place an online order. As a result, I asked the female worker if there was something she could do at the register so I could place an online order. She insisted that there was nothing that she could do because online orders stop at 7:30. While my 12 year old son preceeded to order, she raised her voice and kept asking why I thought she did something to the register. I told her it is fine if the orders stopped, but it was not necessary for her to raise her voice at me. She told me she will not serve me. Her and the other worker refused to serve me because I asked about the online ordering. I am appalled at the behavior of these workers. In addition, If you try to scan to get points for your purchase, watch the register. They will zero out the total so you aren't actually getting points when you scan it.

    1 person was working and she was working hard. I had used the app so she was finishing mine up as I arrived. The sandwich was perfectly made and delicious. 5 other people were waiting to order or pickup. She greeted them when they came in and said they could have a seat since she had several orders. I felt bad for her.
