My husband for the first time brought home two gigantic sized salads for us from Saladworks. I am a salad lover so I couldn't wait to taste this Thai Chicken Salad. Let me say, all of the salad ingredients married perfectly together with a few of my personal choice extra toppings. At my first bite, my salad taste buds were exploding! But the delicious icing on this wonderful salad was the accompanying sweet oriental sesame dressing! It took me two days to finish off this extra portion sized salad. I will most certainly return back to Saladworks!

This is the only Saladworks i"ve been to that puts a huge full size salad into those little round plastic containers and then LIE and try and convince you that it is the same size as the big square one (normally served at other restaurants) in addition to the clear, blatant decrease in size they have the nerve to really spoon off half the ingredients when making your salad, so that that your not even getting a full serving. It's pretty cringe worthy to even watch!. Stop being cheap, invest in a regular full sized tray, Stop being stingy with the food as if you were serving thousands of people out of your own personal refrigerator and then this place may be worth a trip...until then, I'll continue to travel to Middletown or Christiana Mall when in the mood for saladworks, even though I'm 5 minutes from this location, this is not it!

Been here multiple times and overall their salads are pretty good and love the whole concept. This time we ordered pickup, got home and started eating my salad and found multiple long black hairs. That’s the end of the road, we won’t be coming back. To not follow simple procedures to avoid this is sad.

Salad Works really tried to play with my emotions & intelligence! EVERYTHING is smaller with thee price HIGHER‼️ A small square container & a teaspoon of toppings! Bread is smaller too! I mentioned it to thee Server & he really tried to tell me it was thee same size like I'm Ray Charles! COUNT UR DAYS‼️ UNACCEPTABLE!!

I found this place because of my aunt's blonde moment lol salad was delicious, so many options I didn't know where to start. It's like a subway for salad. Clean. Friendly. Wish they had more then just Dover here, one of the employees said they had one in Rehoboth but once summer ended it wasn't busy enough that might change now with so many people that have moved there.

The salad ingredients are always fresh. I wish they'd seriously make up their minds about how to mix the dressing in, but it's always really good.

I really like this place. So many choices of salads and tou can create your own. Food has always been fresh and good and I haven't had problems with the service. You should try them.

I love salad works but this is the first i have had it in Dover! I really enjoyed the fresh ingredients, I know recently a lot of restaurants salads have been withered and not fresh but their products were fresh and crisp. Had the buffalo chicken panini and a make my own salad (pick two)

I pick up and have it delivered. I am never disappointed. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. I love the Build Your Own Salad! And the Lemon Oil Vinegar dressing is the most delicious I have ever tasted! Keep up the good work!!!

This place is horrible. $11 for a salad and I can’t even get what I ordered. I ordered online and picked it up. First they didn’t have any turkey for the turkey club salads, then they didn’t have any bread for paninis. 3 of the salads didn’t have any cheese on them. The sandwich I did get hardly has any meat on it. For $70 I feel like I should at least get what I ordered. If they moved any slower they’d probably die. I will not be back.

They have salads. Everyone wanted salad. So I bought a salad. It tasted like salad.

Maybe I should've ordered a signature salad because I felt rushed trying to pick 5 toppings for my salad. I'll try this place 1 more time and look at the whole menu before I go in. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

This was my first time here, there were many salad choices and I thoroughly enjoyed mine. Everything was very fresh and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Pretty good salads. I've only been once but will definitely go back. You can make your own salad or choose one of the recommended ones.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken n Bacon (which I have ordered in the past) and this is what I received. Having ordered here multiple times, the past two times I’ve been super disappointed. Working at an emergency center, I DoorDashed food so I paid a little extra for this meal and was very upset. This was a kid making a deli meat grilled cheese at best.

I absolutely love Saladworks! When I’m getting lunch/dinner takeout - and want a healthy meal- I choose Saladworks.

I paid for items that were placed in my bag then subsequently removed and replaced with a free item disguised as the original item. Be sure to check your bags before you leave.

Good salads but at a higher price than when I first started going. The service was far from good when I went 3 weeks ago. I won’t bother going to this location ever again.

Very good Saladworks! Everyone was super friendly and wore a mask which I appreciate. Salad was a very good portion size. Everything was delicious. My husband and I had two big meals and two drinks for $24. Very happy!

We went there yesterday for salads haven’t been into this location for a little while they’ve definitely changed now they’re serving in small little plastic bowls they no longer have quinoa and the shrimp is in a small container instead of a skewer as well as they don’t mix it in a bowl before pouring it into your plastic bowl they just dump the salad dressing on top it’s nothing now but a glorified McDonald’s salad I will not be coming back to the Saladworks again and I hope it’s not the entire franchise and only this location that has gone down hill. Severely disappointed charged the same it’s making Subway look a whole lot better !

Great food, service was EXCELLENT. I had the pick 2. Lobster Bisque soup and the Mozzarella tomato and basil sandwich.
