Decidedly, I would not do McDonald's new crispy chicken sandwich again! McDonald's employees don't take any pride in their work! A picture says 1000 words!!! I asked the cashier to make me a fresh sandwich and these are the pictures to depict what McDonald's is serving. I'm being generous giving them 2-stars!! 👎🏼🤷🏻‍♂️ 🙄

Dropped by and went into the restroom to wash my hands first. There was an employee vomiting everywhere and then he went right back to making food. I asked the manager about it and she said she knew and they made "the employees work like that." We paid for our food but promptly left without taking it. Won't ever come back here yuck!

The food was horrible. Me & my husband took my Grandkids. Our food (chicken McNuggets) were hard, dry, same case for the fries. The pies THIS time were fresh & hot but, I've visited them for the Last time.

The staff is rude. I stood there for five minutes waiting for someone to take my order and at that point, I had to ask someone to come over.

I don't eat here anymore personally but my kids love it, here it's always clean faster than most and the staff are good and friendly

We went for a family birthday party and reserved a room. The accommodation were superb, wait staff and food was outstanding. Highly recommend for any type of outing.

I think this is the worst McDonald's ever they don't know how to make burgers my big Mac had way to much Big Mac sauce to much lettuce my bottom bun was a middle bun most of my fries were not cooked I mean the food looked like a 2yr old made it I will never go back to that McDonald's I really want to call the manger and see what the hell is going on there I mean my big Mac was drowning in big mac sauce I tried to take off most of it but my bread is just I can't even eat it that was 10 dollars wasted

This was the BEST fast food I have had in years. It was like it used to be years ago. It actually even looked like the pictures. The Quartier Pounder with cheese that I had was steaming hot like it just came off the grill, and the wife's hamburgers were as well. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Our fries were steaming hot, and the staff were courteous and professional. We were there at 8:30 pm so I was expecting dried out burgers and lukewarm fries but I am here to tell you it was the most pleasant experience I have had since the 80's. The staff from Wednesday night is to be commended.

Came in and waited for a half hour for chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. Finally got order and they forgot a nugget. That was all fine, told the counter worker for my nuggets. Manager came over and snapped that I should have told someone. I had told someone. She was just nasty.

One of my orders was not correct but made hot and fresh along with the rest of my food. When entering the establishment regarding the mix up, the problem was handled with care and quickness. The store manager was very respectful and the other manager/women took care of business getting my order corrected. The establishment was very clean from what I saw compared to other locations. For this establishment to be mainly minorities, there work ethic and structure is untouchable.

I am sorry I don't know her name, but the black lady is working there on the morning shift. I believe she is the manager and is the hardest worker of everyone there. She is great and you are lucky to have her.

Super fresh n hot. Haven’t had McDonald’s in a year or so n decided too. Wasn’t a bad idea. Good job y’all

This is a very average McDonalds. I've been going here since the 80's and it used to better. I find the food is often not warm and on 2 occasions I've received 5 nuggets for my 6 piece. Today all the buns were stale. Really bad. They need to improve their quality control. Also, you can tell the majority of the staff are just counting down the hours. I know it's just a McDonalds, but please smile and be a kind human.

Ordered 1/4 pounder, 6 piece nuggets and fries with a rewards discount. I thought the price was still a little high. I paid and was asked to pull up. I sat there for FIVE minutes before being brought the food. Looking at the receipt, I was charged for 2 6 piece nuggets, I only ordered 1. When they brought the food they did bring both 6 pieces, so I accepted them. When I got home, and opened the food, the chicken nuggets were so old and dry they were inedible. The inside of the nuggets should NOT be crispy! The fries were just ok, just warm. The 1/4 pounder was why I was asked to pull up, but it was not freshly made. I called and talked to the manager - Ty. All she said was to come ALL THE WAY BACK and she would give me a refund. I didn't have time to do that. I was treated horribly, overcharged and couldn't even eat the food I was overcharged for. Every time I've been to a McDonalds lately, the food has been horribly made.

We tried to go through the drive thru but no one took our order or told us that, this drive thru window was not working there was no sign saying " not in use". So we left.

Be sure to check the contents of your bag when using the drive thru. I ordered hamburger no pickle. Small fry chocolate shake no whipped cream. I got a cheese burger w/pickle and medium fry. The milk shake was vanilla and had whipped cream. Which is what led me to check out my bag. There was only 2 cars in line and I was the second one.

This McDonald's is the only one I can find that does well done fries and fully cooks their burgers, making them taste amazing! Their sodas and sweet tea are pretty good too!

I bought a quarter pounder with cheese and the burger was uncooked rare I took it's back and the representative with no problem gave me a refund as well as a fully cooked quarter pounder with cheese that was very nice of her, the customer service there I would give five stars.

standard drive thru experience when pre-ordered in mobile app. no issues other than bagel on breakfast sandwich was slightly burnt

Been here a few times and EVERY TIME I have to wait in the drive thru reserve spots for my order. It’s not busy and I’ve been in the fast food business. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make 2 happy meals. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I’m going to try the other one down the road.

Every time I come my burgers are burnt. And it's obvious. The people are nice but the food needs some work.

As McDees goes its better than most. Food tasty and fresh, but the staff aren't ignorant kids like most fast food employees. Not that the care more, maybe that's it; but they actually seem happy that your eating there. Ever been out for fast food and the hired help gives you attitude for ordering? Like I interrupted your gossip by approaching th counter? Nope, these folks hired a good crew. Again, the foods good too😄.

First we asked for shamrock shakes. They said they had none so we ordered strawberry. We go to pay for them now they have no strawberry and was offered vanilla chocolate or shamrock ? Sheesh

I went here to get a kids meal. I would avoid this kind of place if at all possible. The mixture of salt, fat and sugar makes this food addictive. You can't live on this stuff.

If you order a burger you will get a fish filet. If you order nuggets you will get a quarter pounder. if you order sprite you will get water. They cannot get ANY order right if their business depended on it. Just go somewhere else to eat bro. They are jacked up.

Each of the last 3 times I've been here I was asked to pull up and wait for my food in drive thru only to have my food given to someone else and then wait 15 more minutes for an incomplete or messed up order. When I asked to speak with the manager I was given nothing but a sour attitude by her like I was just waiting around waiting for free food. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the messup or to step up and correct the situation in a timely or efficient manner.

They have a bad order verification process at this location. As a third party delivery contractor and a customer I have had orders missing, incomplete or given to the wrong person. Managers hold no empathy for the customer's perspective. I would recommend ordering from any other McDonald's location in Dover.

Food was better than most McDonald's. The wait wasn't too long, but still slower than other fast food restaurants. They didn't mess up my order so that's a plus. Not too bad for a McDonald's.
