Saw the manager pay for gentlemans meal who couldn't find his credit card. Any body who does that is a good person. So if you catch them on a bad day just know they can be good one's to.

I walked in and mask was required for anyone entering. I placed my order. 4 mchickens and 10 piece nuggs. The guy making the burgers had his face mask under his chin same with he lady making the nuggs. I got my order went to hotel and 2 of 4 mchickens had no lettece and no sauce. That worker needs to be fired for not doing his job and following state laws and women who made the nuggs. I stand by the state law and I'm not from around here then workers need to. This location is managed by horrible managers. Not only are they unprofessional they definitely are watching out for bad employees because they are bad managers I will definitely be reaching out to the corporate McDonald's about this location. I witnessed a crazy situation a few nights ago and the fact the staff stands outside getting high is pathetic. I have seen it with my own eyes.

Very bad service from both managers. Was very disrespectful hateful and Nasty towards me. Told me to get out just leave because I asked her was she talking about me to another customer about my conversation that we just had about my food that I had brought back. And she told me just leave get out! My order was made wrong and I brought it back didn’t have a receipt, was not given one . And they got upset with me from the time I drove up to the window. I felt like crying. I am 69 years old and have never had a experience like that before over food. I wanted my sandwich wrapped in a bed of lettuce. Didn’t know that they did not have leafy lettuce just chopped. Never said sorry or anything just treated me bad. It was the morning managers not the night shift. The night shift manger apologize to me for the way that I was treated that morning. It was two ladies. One of the managers threw her hands up in the air like I just discussed her because I brought my food back with no receipt which I was never given one.

Nice staff.....friendly for sure. Forgot an item however. Makes for a great lesson for checking your bag before you drive off onto a busy road. They apologized when I returned to collect the item. Which was nice to hear. KUDOS!! The stars are ONLY for the staff. Food would get NADA estrellas'!!!!!! Now, I have not had MD in some time. (Few years) Just felt like a QP. Busy week and had a moment of nostalgia. Food was no way near the Mickey D's of my childhood or the last time we had it for that fact. WTH happened to the chicken nuggets? LOL. And the QP? The only flavor we enjoyed was the milk shake. SMH!!! I will never go back to any McDonalds again. 30 bucks for 5 items? No flavor and what I believe cardboard may taste like....YEAH HARD PAST. WOW. Two order lanes with one active window. Long time to get the wrong order. Went inside. Holy cow batman. The whole place was run by three kids hardly old enough to drive. I hope they didn't use my food as it got handled.

This is the 3rd day I came to get a “quick “ lunch. Some how that’s never the case. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I’m always in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes or more. Never getting the chance to eat by the time I get back to work. McDonald’s is really going down hill. I use to work fast food I guess they got rid of the timer on drive thru?

This McDonald's I feel is.. o. K. , it's clean, the staff are very friendly, professional, courteous, they are clean, including the restroom 🚻.. but.. I understand mistakes can happen.. I ordered 4 meals . All were fresh , and hot. My sandwich wasn't what I ordered, it was supposed to be a steak egg and cheese biscuit. What I got was .. a biscuit and egg.. needs to pay attention.. after I got home and realized what happened, I went back and was able the exchange the untouched product for my real order w no problems. It was actually one of the best " returing" experience I've had.

They shorted me one of my Sausage McGriddles, so I went back around the drive thru to tell them. They gave me my other one at the window. My daughter and I were missing the sausage on our Mc. Griddles. I went in the store and after waiting for them to do something. The cashier (very nice)talked to the manager, and they finally got my order right. But, now I am going to be late for an appointment that is an hour and a half drive away.

It depends on the day and time if you go Wether you'll have a bad or good experience. Usually when it's busy my order is always wrong but in the mornings it's always fast fresh and correct. The fries have way too much salt and I have to order my burger with no ketchup because it never fails if I don't my sandwich is drenched in ketchup and I can't eat it. Overall I'd say they do pretty well considering the amount of craziness they get slammed with somedays.

Ordered #3 with sprite and two chocolate chip cookies. Only rung me up for sandwich, drink and cookies. Told me I would have to go through drive thru again to order my fry. If I did that it would defeat the purpose of ordering a combo to get discount of meal instead of purchasing separately get annoyed because it was the order takers mistake. So I left and went home. Got home and there was only cookie, but I was charged for two. Called the store repeatedly for 20 minutes and no one answered. So here I am writing this review.

9/18/23 @ 1610 My son Malachi and I just ate here for the first time and this is hands down the best McDonald’s ever. The service from the employees was spectacular and so was the quality of the food.

One women's stall was out of toilet paper, one soap dispenser was empty, and one sink faucet was nonfunctional. The ice tea was fine.

Customer service was awful, I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was talking to me with such a lazy tone of voice. McDonald’s needs to improve their customer service standards.

Depends on location. Dover location near rt1 north is great, prices are cheaper and food is better quality than Bear and New castle locations. I don't eat McDonald's often but the breakfast burrito and coffee is what I based this review on. I can tell they make the food better, and it matches the menu in appearance compared to the other locations listed.

This is honestly the best McDonald's. My daughter got a meal when the Pokemon cards came with them. The guy behind the counter saw how upset she was when they forgot to put the toy in. Then he made sure she got her cards and even have her some rares he had and really made her day. It was awesome seeing that and then caring about are order as much as to even make sure to correct the mistake of the order with top notch service. Thank you guys!!! She always comes after dance just because of that.

This mcdonalds is the only one that I like, the food is okay and the employees are even better

Went in to Mcdonalds and placed our order ,while we were waiting wecould not find 1 clean table to sit at ,we asked the manerger if she could have someone wipe a table down for us ,she completely disregarded what we asked we wiped off a table for us the best we could ,the manager never came out ever to address it

This locations is always fast, courteous, and the food is always hot and I can tell the grease is always fresh day or night unlike most locations!! Please do not change your ways as you are the best MCDONALDS I've been to in Delaware and many parts of Maryland where the service is the total oppisite of what I mentioned above for this location, keep up the good work!!! I worked at McDonald's for four years in high school (now 39 years old) and our location was held to higher standards and performed like this location!!! Brings back memorys when I come here... Lol

Fry had that barely cooked hardness. Used Kisok and it was the only think that said Thank you. Went to table with numbered tent. Found my food 8 minutes later on the counter.

Cash register wasn't working. The girl was more interested in her phone. Had she or the manager expained the issue I'd of skipped my 22 cent change. Then said to me you don't really want your change for you? Well now yes I did. They made me pull up and after about 5 minutes brought me change 2 nickels and rest in pennies. How rude.

Unfortunately, we went to two today for shakes. The first ignored my husband, the second was very customer friendly. I don't know either of their identifiers.

Very long wait. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, I saw people getting frustrated and leaving. Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee and finally I was told they were out. The staff seemed to be talking more to each other and not helping customers.

Very nice since they remodeled. Didn't go inside,we used the drive thru and the employees were also nice. Order brought out at a timely fashion.

It was about as good as Micky D's could be. If yer real hungry and you don't think about the "food" you'll be fine... The staff was real good.
