I normally have a decent experience here. But today, I had to come on and put a review in. First, I will say the workers are all very attentive and polite. Today I went to the soda machine, and a bunch of black stuff came out into cup. I showed them, and they said sorry and came back to the machine with me. He did something. Then it didn't come out. Then when I went for another refill, one or two pieces came out into my cup again. I dumped it. And didn't drink anymore. Sadly, they do not clean the soda machine here properly. I will second guess if I want to return here.

I stopped in this Mexican Restaurant, because I had taste for a steak burrito. I was greeted as I entered the restaurant fine and dandy. When I got home the burrito was a disaster. The steak was dry as ever it actually looked like it has been sitting there for umpteen days. I was just disappointed overall. I had good food here before that's why I came back, but not this go around. 😢😪

Ordered online and they had me wait a little for my fajita veggies. Gave me 2 free cookies and a free drink! Very sweet nice people.

Love qdoba but this was really bad when we got served rotten cilantro. It was black and mushy… this location needs help!

It was Good! But the Queso not as good as chipotle! And it was just Blan! Like no seasoning! I thinks put some seasoning on this food n it could compete with chipotle! Get advertising!!

It's way better then chipotle without that wait. My food was so good.

Great place to order for late nights . Open until 2:00 am Wednesdays and Thursdays and 3:00 am Fridays and Saturdays! Friendly staff and great food !

I ordered a catering order online. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted upon arrival and my food was ready. The person helping me even opened the door for me since my hands were full. After I left, I realized one of our items wasn't in the bag. I called the store and the person on the phone apologized and asked if I could come back to the store. She had it ready when I got back and was apologetic. She even gave me a free meal coupon, which she didn't have to do! My experience was good and the food was really good. I will definitely visit this location again.

It's about getting lunch, not a dining experience, which is good because there's nothing here to praise. The service was ok. The food was bland, and the portions were ok. Atmosphere is industrial cheap.

Came in to get a shrimp bowl. The guy starts to put old clumped together rice in the bowl. It looked like it had been sitting there for hours. I should of left at that point but I was hungry and didn’t want to drive somewhere else. When he goes to get the shrimp, they were out. He says it will be about 10 mins for it to cook. I noticed the guy in the back didn’t seem thrilled about having to cook more shrimp. I decided to sit a wait, I figured at least the shrimp will be fresh. While waiting at a table I’m looking around at how filthy the floors and tables are. Then I thought about that rice and I just walked out! I ended up at Chipotle down the street where I got fresh hot food within 5 mins. This location is pathetic. They should close and reset and get some new furniture, and maybe look into replacing some of the staff.

My experience was absolutely horrible. The person making my order made a mistake and put hot corn on top. Instead of making a new one she tried scooping the corn out. I asked if I could just get a new one. The attitude I got was insane. I barely got any rice and when I asked for more it was even more attitude. She made my new bowl and I had to ask for more each time because of her attitude and she was rushing. I love Qdoba but someone has to fix the attitude of the staff. I asked for extra steak and barely got any steak really disappointing.

I tried this place for the first time last week. I got the burrito with white rice, pico de Gallo, queso, sour cream, and adobo chicken. It was very good. So huge I only ate half that day and the rest the next day.

Great food and fast, friendly service. Sooo much better than the Qdoba in Christiana!

Sadly I won't return. The one older lady clearly doesn't want to work there and her attitude shows. I won't blame the resturant though.

I placed an order online tonight at 6:18 and was told it would be ready between 6:31 and 6:41. I arrived at 6:35 and was told that they were waiting for the queso to be ready. I received my order at 6:50 and after a 15 minute ride home, bit into an ice cold bowl. I’m insanely disappointed with the lack of planning and the fact that I spent over $20 on cold, not even lukewarm, food. OH AND THE QUESO IS COLD. Like are you guys serious?

My first time visiting Qdoba. Very friendly staff, thank you. Quite helpful making my choice for dinner. The food looks fresh and appetizing. Looking forward to my meal.

UPDATE: 4.30.22 Changing this review to five stars as I just finished eating a well put together meal. The portions were right and food was delicious. The food is great however, there is a lack of consistency recently when it comes to portions. I normally get chicken and also pay for some extra chicken. However, now I have received two orders in a row that had barely any chicken. They look worse than even normal orders without extras. I'm not sure if staff do not notice the extra chicken part or they just don't care. This is just in the last one month.

Great food. But very unprofessional workers. They always get an attitude when customers walk in. Very unacceptable because it is YOUR JOB….. girl was in the backround looking at her arm with NO watch on her arm trying to be funny. If you don’t like your job quit…

This restaurant is outstanding. Best Mexican style food I've eaten in delaware. Also the lady at the counter was so enthusiastic and kind. The atmosphere is top notch. I do wish they would offer straws, as my toddler had a difficult time drinking from the lid. But now that I know I'll bring her own straw next time. And she actually ate!!!! Way better thN chipotle.

Great vegan options, including impossible meat protein. Staff was also very friendly

I placed an online order which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 3:29pm. I entered the store at 3:50pm and was told my order was still somehow not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes while the one employee behind the counter waiting on other customers instead of preparing my already extremely late order. I will never eat here again and just go to Chipotle instead.

It has been a while I have been to Qdoba and was excited to see one as we were out and about. Food selection was fresh and the service was at high standards. Love their grilled chicken bowls

I go here for lunch at work and they always customize my food exactly how I want it, everything is always clean every time I come in they are always cleaning one of the best Qdobas to go to.

Try their impossible bowl and it’s really good with that tortilla soup and it’s a must try one in Qdoba and it’s a very nice option for vegans and especially for Indians.

Thank you to the staff for your friendly customer service and for taking our group photo. We'll be back again. My massive burrito was delicious. I'll eat the rest later 😋

Love the food the employees know me and are friendly. Its always clean, food fresh, being going there since it opened.

This facility has the kindest staff! They always honor my requests for my food allergies and take it seriously! They are just extra with the customer service which is more more than I can say for any of the other restaurants in the Dover area!!! Kudos!
