Terrific park with lots of amenities for every age: playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, basketball, and volleyball courts.

Can't wait for all the new pickel ball courts! Plenty of space for all types of activities and great running path.

All the construction appears to be fine. Concrete trails through the park and the playgrounds with plenty of places to sit were in great shape.

Great place! They have all the amenities you can ask for at a park. I use to live in the south suburbs and never seen a park that offered most sports like tennis, pickleball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.. You have to checkout for yourself.

A nice park to walk especially with the fall leaves. They have picnic tables, a basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields, and a free outdoor exercise equipment. In the summer, they have a snack shop.

080923 Nice new tennis courts(some have pickleball lines, and that's where we end up nets are the wrong height but...) and new pickleball courts, but don't plan on getting in the pickleball courts, the leagues took over. 2hr wait from 8am-1130am In the future, there are supposed to be mobile pickleball nets that will be used on the tennis courts, but once those nets are supplied, I'm sure it will just be as crowded with league players. Opening Day Was there once at 1pm 90 degrees and did get a court, but another league showed up at 2pm with a huge crowd and trainers teaching the sport. 1 Porta potty available for use in that area currently

Went there to play basketball and grill. Park is a little ripped up but hope the new improvement will look good when done

One of the greatest parks I've ever visited is this one. All of the recreation areas are well-lit at night, and there are restrooms. There are numerous activities available in this sizable park.

Great clean park for a walk. There was some construction at the time I went but it was to improve the paths so no complaints from me

Great park with lots to do. I'd like it more if street parking around it were less restrictive; the park itself is so big it can be hard to get where you're going if you're not close to the lot.

Our favorite DG Park.. So much to do! I love the very stroller-friendly path around the entire park (I believe it's 1.5 miles). There are "rules" for bikes vs walking- pay attention to signage- walkers go counter clockwise, bikes clockwise. There are two playgrounds-one tot lot and one for older kids-right next to each other. Tennis courts ( not usually full ), basketball courts (more popular), a (paid) put-put course, soccer fields, baseball fields, concession stand, and soon even more coming! Bathrooms are located on the backside of the concession stand and are actually pretty well maintained!

This is Downers Grove's largest park, includes four baseball fields, lots of grassy areas they use for soccer fields, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a fun putt putt golf course called Miner Mike's. It also has a great playground for the little ones.

I've always driven past this park and never gone in. It's got Everything. You wanna walk, this is Definitely the spot for it. Bball courts, Volley ball, baseball, tennis courts, Soccer (kids mostly, or to my knowledge). It's an athletes paradise. Lots of places to park. If your closer to the light might be the best way to get out.

Downers Grove has the best parks and maintains them very well. Walk on the path every other day. Great park with everything. Even miniature golf.

We were there the mini golf. Average place. Water features were off for servicing. Place needs an upgrade, but a simple place to mini golf if you have small kids.

You can play just about any sport here, have a cookout with your family, get a good run in or use the outdoor fitness equipment! It's really nicely maintained too.

This is one of the best parks I have ever been to. They have bathrooms and all of the activity areas are well lit at night. The park is huge and there's many different activity options here.
