    The place was not packed at all on a snowy Thursday night. The guy at the entrance was least bothered to guide us to a table, nor were we given any cutlery by him until we asked for it after the meals were served, hence a star less, our server was a very nice lady though, polite, took our orders aptly and got the food in a timely manner. The food was great, well made and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were enormous for any of us to finish it. Overall, highly recommend place to visit.

    This has been our Red Lobster for many years and we have seen it through various seasons. We are excited for this positive turn that it seems to be undergoing and hope that it continues. The food has improved and the service remains strong. Best crab legs consistently over the generations!

    Absolutely delighted with the service, I ordered some of the most expensive things on the menu, and one of the servers said it was on the house!! I think his name was like Carson or something real nice guy, he let me slide with a $450 meal! He said he hated his manager and that he smokes in the bathrooms, didn't like that so much so that's why this is a 4 star, great place.

    My wife and I stopped in for lunch. I had the ultimate endless shrimp. The several varieties of shrimp were good, but not as good as their other food choices (Steak, fish, pasta, etc.). Our waiter was exceptional. Red Lobster is lucky to have him as an employee. As everyone who has ever dined at Red Lobster knows, their biscuits were great, as usual. We will be back.

    Always a good time with good friends. The food was okay, service a lil slow, I'm going assume it was the crowd. Our server (name escapes me) was prompt and efficient.

    Before last night, I last ate at a Red Lobster about 20 years ago. My experience reminded me why. Even with modest expectations, it was a terrible value for the money - and I say this as someone who doesn't mind dropping cash on pricey meals. The ultimate surf and turf was a tiny lobster tail and small piece of sirloin being passed off as a filet. You are better off buying some frozen seafood at Sam's/Costco/anywhere and eating that at home. Only reason not giving 1 star is that our waiter was friendly.

    Came here for the lobster fest for lobster lover!! The bread is amazing as well! our waiter was great but cant say about the host! called in the morning to see if they take reservation, i was a little surprise they actually do but the host told me they do not take reservation within 24hrs of the date...oh well, I guess we’ll be earlier next time! got there a little before 6pm but there were already a line of 20+ppl waiting. when a customer asked why its an hour wait, the host told him we are offering unlimited shrimp is available and we got tables sitting here for 4+hrs just for the unlimited shrimp....! when we finally got the table, we were at the end so i can see and counted there were like 10+ empty tables available!! By the time we are done, as we were leaving, i again, see at least 10 empty tables but at the waiting area, there's still 20+ppl waiting!! either the kitchen is slow or not enough waiters, nothing to do w/ unlimited shrimp!!!

    Service was fantastic. Our waiter memorized all our orders and was able to get it all out accurately. I will say the meal I had was interesting and had a decent amount of flavor, but I don’t think this restaurant is all the hype.

    Absolutely the best Red Lobster my sister and I have been to! All the staff workers are awesome and the food was great! But I must say that Danny our server was the best, he delivered excellent 5 star service.. I can’t wait to return.. Thank you..

    Visited on Saturday afternoon 11/4. Good food and great customer service. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Many menu options. Endless shrimp is now part of the everyday option. Prices are decent. Would definitely go back to this location.

    Had a good dining experience when we visited. Not a fan of the scallops, but its just me. Guess it was the texture. Overall, the server was really good, price was on point, the ambiance was really good, parking was huge and we didnt have to wait long for our food to come out.

    We enjoyed out visit to red lobster recently. Unfortunately there was about a 15 minute wait, but it was worth it. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dishes, especially the biscuits, cant get enough of them. I was able to get the all you can eat shrimp option with a selection of 6 options to choose from. Each version I tried was prepared well and tasty. My drink order took a bit, but other than that, the service was pretty smooth. Our server was also attentive and friendly, which was a plus. If your in the mood for some good seafood at a decent price, this is a a good option.

    I don't understand how someone can cook a lobster so bad...the main lobster tasted like cardboard and the rock lobster was uncooked, even the butter was just a salty soup. The only reasonable thing in that beautiful picture was the pasta. I mean people are coming and paying a substantial amount of money...have the decency to make an effort ...how it's possible that my lobster cooked by me at home is tasting better than yours, and I am not a good cook.

    The bay scallops were so tiny and nasty tasting. I know this is not a great place for seafood so it's my own fault. The biscuit was good and the frozen coconut shrimp. Don't bother though if you want real seafood.

    I've gone there on 2 occasions in the last month and I haven't been able to get my drinks. All because the so called bartender is busy. What does that mean? He should be making drinks.. that's all. Next rime this happens, I'm leaving. Food or no food. Not paying. It's not worth my time.

    5 stars for Santos! He was our server and he was GREAT. One thing he did that was so meaningful was: I have dietary restrictions that I let him know and once he came back to take my order, he corrected himself from asking about something I'd like to saying "did you find anything you can eat?" This is actually so considerate that a lot of servers don't realize. I can find many things on menus that sound tasty, but my selections are limited. So him saying this showed that he acknowledged the struggle for me. Besides that, he was attentive, personable, so patient with my dad when he tried to use the tablet to pay, giving him space to figure it out on his own and encouraging him, as well as handled a replacement meal for someone in our party so well. He made our experience regardless of any factor.

    This was me and my husband first time at this location. We went right when they open. Same as any Red Lobster. Santos was are server that morning. He did an excellent job. We did the endless shrimp deal. All of or food was crash and delicious. We will be visiting this location again.

    All you can eat shrimp is great for thr price. House Punch was really good and refreshing. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. One of our better experiences at Red Lobster

    Very typical Red Lobster experience (nothing great, but nothing overly horrible). Interior was clean and fresh (nothing worn-out looking) Server was helpful, just not very present (we weren't in a hurry, but there's a big difference between attentive and absent). Food was on par with previous Red Lobster experiences - I just wish they'd make it easier to find the nutritional information (their food tends to have a lot of salt, but you really have to dig to find that information). The tableside payment devices weren't working, adding even more of a delay

    My buddy & I attempted to go to Pappadeaux's in westmont on a Friday at 1:00p and they told us we needed reservations, which is unheard of so we left and found this Red lobster. We walked straight in, got seated. I ordered a Brandy Alexander (virgin) and it was fabulous! However, the food was not! Straight to the point, the bay scallops were simply disgusting! So much so, that my server saw me & my reaction to the scallops from a distance, he came over and immediately asked was I displeased? Which I was. So, he proceeded to remove them from our bill, which was great. Said scallops are in the black dish in the middle of the plate in the milky liquid substance. Looks extremely appetizing, doesn't it? LOL (NOT) Other than that, everything else was basic. The coleslaw wasn't tasty. I enjoyed the crispy brussel sprouts. They didn't have enough of the sweet glaze which made the dish tasty. Biscuits for light and fluffy. Before the amount of food we had the bill was fine. P.s I forgot to say, the stuffed mushrooms were raw. The topping meaning the cheese was melted but the entire mushroom was completely and utterly raw. So, the Brandy Alexander got five stars and the rest brought it down to three stars which probably should be two stars since I remembered about the mushrooms being raw.
