I left my review and apparently it was removed somehow. I wanted to share my experience with this doctor since it was far from pleasant or professional. I left the office speechless and quiet disturbed. I had a lot of questions and not only they were unanswered but i was disrespected. He said i was young and know nothing.. He was yelling at my face because he didn't like my questions. If you want a spa experience, don't go there. The office is crammed and looks far from a spa. Girls upfront were nice but the doctor was rude, getting visibly distressed by my questions, spitting at my face while talking and coughing without covering his mouth. I left in a very disturbed state.

I purchased a Groupon for Botox and went for treatment of one area on February 4th. At that time I also paid for two additional areas at full price. First time I was there the staff was very nice. The Nurse that sees you before the Dr. explained that they want you to be satisfied. They only give you the recommended dosage but if you find it is not enough come back and they will give you additional units free of charge. Also, if you have migranes they will help you out with that. It took 2 weeks for my forehead and frown lines to take effect. I never felt that the injections for crows feet worked and I went back after 2 weeks for additional injection. Dr. was less than happy to give me the additional units but did so anyways. At this point I still was not unsatisfied. It was my first time here and being that I have had injections many times I knew what to expect. I just figured the "recommended dosage" was not enough but took them at their word of wanting the client to be happy. By week four I was getting movement in my forehead and slight movement in the frown area. I called the office 31 days after initial treatment to come back for additional units. They did not give me an appointment for another 9 days. The Dr. was irritated and pulled out a chart showing Botox only works on 70% of people and peaks at 14 days then begins to wear off. It took 14 days for it to work and 14 days later my lines started to show. I told him this is not how this was explained to me nor my prior experience with the correct dosage of Botox. He said, do you understand it now? Yes, I understand and don't worry about it. I won't be back. Unless you are under dosed Botox should not wear off in 14 days. I paid $650 for 2 weeks of results? When I mentioned the cost his response was, are you worried about the money? He stuck me with the needle before the nurse could clean my face. He only injected the area that I said I could see the lines not where the injection was needed to keep the muscle from moving. If they want to charge you by the unit and you need additional units then you go into it knowing that. This is not how this situation was sold to me. The Dr. could not have been ruder or more condescending. I could tell the Nurse was embarrassed. It was the same Nurse that said just come back if you're not happy. Don't bother. Pay per unit so you know what you're getting. I paid $650 for 2 weeks of results. If he had just been kinder and explained that going forward they would keep track of how much I need and bill me accordingly they would not have lost a client. The Dr. made sure to tell me that they have the most clients of any place in the area. Maybe that is true, but why mention that? So I know I am missing out or that you don't need my business? This statement just solidifies his arrogance. There are tons of Groupons this guy does not deserve the business. If you do go, don't believe the sales pitch.

Every experience I have had at Metamorphosis Med Spa has been a pleasure. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable. They will thoroughly go over any of your concerns with you and they take the time to educate you on the services you're receiving. It is also very comforting that the Doctor is the one who does the injections. I would definitely recommend them.

I've been getting botox/Dysport for years. Always hapoy of course. But this Spa is AWESOME. The nurse talks to you, about all sorts of things, the Doctor and staff are super friendly. And not to mention my face, I can't stop looking at my face. Incredible. Thank you....

I've been going there for years. The staff and the doctor are amazing. Do not believe the negative reviews that unfortunately have been placed here on google. I have had a good experience. They will definitely work with you if there are any questions, concerns, or even issues. I recommend and refer them to friends and family. I had purchased a Groupon for one area of botox specifically for my forehead wrinkles. During my visit the nurse working there educated me on the matter as it was my first time ever getting something like this done. She talked me into getting my frown lines done and went as far as to tell me that if I were to get only one area done, the frown lines should be done first. What sold me was that she said I would have the possibly help with my eyes becoming more "open." Not only did I spend an extra $160 on an area I did not come there for, I hate my results because of it. I'm Asian and I've always had double eyelids that I've always been proud of. However, because of the area done around my eyebrows, it has cause the area under my brows to tighten in a way where my eyes are completely hooded now and i cant open them all the way. I absolutely hate how my eyes look now and putting on eyeliner and shadow has been a pain. I know there was a possibility of not having my eyes looking more open but I didn't know there was a possibility of the complete opposite. Otherwise I would've never taken that chance. I really wish I didn't let the nurse talk me into getting that extra area done and i had just done what I came there for as I really love how my forehead looks. But now I'm out $160 for something that I didn't want and impatiently waiting to fade so I can get my eyes back to normal.

All in all I have had a wonderful experience at this Med Spa. I am not sure how Botox cannot work for some but mine was successful. I feel like it was just enough that I still look natural. The cost is competitive and I have never been pressured to purchase more which is a big deal to me. Dr. A explained everything he was doing and took to the time to really looks at my face and see what I needed. I can always get an apt to come in on short notice and I am in and out quickly.

After discovering Metamorphosis Spa through Groupon, I've been getting my treatments there for at least the past 5 years. My jaw dropped in disbelief when I read some of the reviews. My experiences at Metamorphosis Spa have been phenomenal. From Dysport/Botox injections which I use for Depression to a couple of filler treatments, the products have done exactly what they are suppose to do. Dr. Arora's application, medical knowledge & willingness to answer my questions are what keeps me a loyal client. The staff is equally professional, kind & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Metamorphosis Spa.

I don't know why people are claiming that the products don't work here. Either they had false expectations or didn't get enough product to satisfy their issues which many people do to avoid cost. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and their products worked amazingly for me. I am a nurse and extremely neurotic when it comes to treatments, and I felt at complete ease with Dr. Arora and his treatments. I had dysport injections primarily for migraines and the esthetic effects were a major bonus. I had deep forehead lines, so deep that other spas had suggested fillers. Dr. Arora said he would not even recommend fillers at my age (which may I add would have been more money for him) and encouraged I go with dysport instead. My first round was amazing. I saw and felt results within days and they lasted the expected time frame. Upon my return they kept to their discount rate for my injections and I was given a Groupon rate for an additional service I requested even though I didn't purchase the Groupon. Jeanine was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable and I felt at ease with a physician (Dr. Arora) who also was incredibly personable and insightful while doing the injections. I travel over an hour to receive treatments here and will continue to do so since they have gained my trust and satisfaction. I highly recommend this med spa. Be realistic with your expectations and do your research ahead of time and you will be very happy.

I absolutely love Metamorphosis spa! I have been getting dyaport done there for a couple years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Great service and I love how my treatment turns out every time. It also lasts a long time! Highly recommended
