    I went there 2 days ago and I bought a cheese croissant. It was cold. I told that Hispanic manager and she gave me the worst attitude. And she seems to treat her workers like garbage. Please don't go here. Go to the one in Darien. It's the best service.

    2023 update: now they can even make a frozen chocolate the same half the time. I get maybe 6 out of 10 that have less chocolate so they're bland. Got one to and it has next to no chocolate taste. I barely want to drink it. Fyi the one on in Naperville on Naper is great. Drinks are always good and they do a chocolate swirl in it making it even better. Ordered 2 donuts and a frozen chocolate. Cashier gave me a frozen coffee. BTW I'm allergic to coffee. Then when i complained the cashier said thats what i ordered which obviously i would never order. Only after chucking the coffee in the trash did the other worker offer to give me what i ordered. My throat is swelled up now and i can't swallow. Thanks a lot Dunkin.

    After 30 min just trying to get a food menu online I gave up. Too bad for you Dunkin imma go someplace else. People these days have too many options fir you to be making it so difficult just to see what I might want for breakfast.

    Nice staff but this particular franchise owner’s decision to make oat milk a $2 upcharge… um lol ok I’ve never been to a Dunkin in the area where it’s more than $1, even the nicest artisanal coffee places downtown don’t charge that. I come here because I work in the same strip mall and get desperate, but if you like good coffee go anywhere else. At least you’ll get what you’re paying for

    My order came out correctly, but the service was a little rude. Couldn't finish my order without the gentleman behind the counter cutting me off saying "anything else" "anything else". The counter was cluttered with random boxes and a stack of receipts that hadn't been thrown away. Plus the counter where you receive your order was wet with spilled coffee and receipts for mobile orders were thrown into the mess then placed on top of the coffee lids.

    By far my favorite Dunkin that I go to.the employees are friendly and actually get your order right unlike most other dunkin shops!

    I always go to this place down from the laundromat I go too every week! Love the flavors and the associates are very kind. Pays attention to details too! Gentleman helped individually wrap my travel coffee mugs which I really appreciated. The lady at the counter helped me with my orders plus the payment device.

    What I don't like about this location is they refused to honor the company's reward program. I had a birthday coupon and he told me he wouldn't accept it so I walked out. Not only did he lose my business, he also lost out on me spending a large amount of money that I wanted to buy (drinks and coffee) for some clients at work. I took my business to the store on the corner of Hobson and Rt. 53 at the BP gas station. How are they allowed to use the name but don't want to participate in the programs DD runs? I refuse to patronize them and I encourage others to do the same. I contacted DD by email with my complaint. I was informed that the company "encourages" the franchises to participate in the promotions and programs but they are forced to. For me and others I know, if you want my business, show appreciation and follow what's advertised.

    REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Younger girls not wanting to work AT ALL “SANTANA” is her name. i get to the counter and the young girl working there is at the cashier, she looks at me and walks away. she comes back looks at me again and doesn’t say anything. until my boyfriend asks her if we can order. she said yes. our order was complete and she never gave me my receipt nor my bag with donuts. she just left it beside the cashier and left. another lady came and asked me if i wanted my receipt and i said “yes i guess the other girl didn’t want to give it to me.” at this point they still didn’t give me my bag of donuts so i asked the other lady, “is this my bag?” she looks inside the bag and said “i think so” and gives it to me. DUNKIN STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO WORK.

    Ordered a bagel, donut, and a cold brew. Took 20 minutes to get my bagel and I had to flag the staff down because they forgot my coldbrew. The guy making the drinks didn't know how to make anything and had to keep asking the cashier. Service as a whole was terrible.

    I asked for the new advocado bacon sandwich which stated 4.39...Rajesh told me 5.99..l bought food for price showing...the sandwich was terrible...its picture advertisement show 4 pieces of bacon....l had only one...terrible not worth it...this was at 6310 Woodward Ave. Downers Grove IL..@2:30 pm...

    Stay away from this Dunkin. Employees can hardly understand English and when addressing customers are rude and dismissive. I watched the underaged employee put cold brew instead of my iced coffee. This happened twice now and one can taste the difference. When i confronted her, she lied to my face explaining they don't do that. I live a block from this Duncan and will go out of my way to go to another.

    Ordered my iced coffee and waited while 4 people after me received their orders. Mine was never made. In my opinion, it was done on purpose . Will never go there again.
