Menchies is such a fun place to take the kids! They love choosing toppings and making their own sundaes. Everything here is fresh and there is such a great selection! Great little dessert shop!

Unimpressed with taste of yogurt- it was a little more sour than I'd expect. Toppings were ok along with service. I'll stick with DQ on Main&63rd. Way better price and flavor.

i love going to menchies it’s my favorite place to go to when i want frozen yogurt. until one day, i came to the conclusion that i won’t be going anymore ever. this girl employee who has dirty blonde hair, green-blue eyes, who was wearing a lululemon defined jacket was screaming. me and my friend walked into menchies on a saturday night a few weeks ago and she was running around and screaming as if someone was dying. i was extremely concerned. she was screaming while we were making our frozen yogurt and while we were sitting down eating it. it was absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service. i will not be returning.

I came here with my boyfriend and it honestly wasn't that great. The froyo was kind of funky and the dry toppings did not taste fresh which made me feel extremely sick afterwards. However, the fruit wasn't as bad and the syrups were good. The store was pretty clean although it's a very small place. Nothing special about it.

The employees were very nice and extremely helpful. We stopped in for a midafternoon snack and we were very happy we did. The pineapple soft serve reminded us of the Dolewhip we had at Walt Disney World in Florida.

Service was excellent. Came in last sunday (5/15) and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back.

My husband and I came here for frozen yogurt after an afternoon craving. My first impression was just how clean everything looked and smelled. We tried the vanilla snow and cake batter flavored yogurt and they were both so delicious and creamy. They do not have sample cups and asked us to just put some yogurt on a spoon and taste it. I just really hope nobody double dips using the same spoon to sample other flavors. Their topping section is unlike any other frozen yogurt place I have ever seen! The ✨BROWNIES✨ are so delicious and the fruit options were sweet and fresh. I would personally pass on the chocolate covered strawberries though! The lady at the desk could have been more friendlier, she seemed a little eager to get us out and end her shift. Overall it was both one of the priciest but also one of the most delicious frozen yogurt places I have tried in the area. I will definitely get this please try again.

I was there tonight and as soon as I walked in they said they only take cards.90% of the machines were not working. I asked what's going on? Nobody had an answer. They boy tried,but then he just sat down and looked at his phone,they lost a lot of sales. Another place off my list. Don't waste your time. (8:30 pm tonight )

Good variety of toppings and yougurt flavors. Open late compared to other yogurt places. Ample seating; inside and outside. Located in a shopping area with ample parking.

My friend and I stopped in for an after shopping treat This was our first time trying Menchie's. The lady working there explained how everything worked and some of the flavors which were new. I tried a small amount of many different flavors, a sprinkled waffle cone piece, some chocolate frogs, hot fudge and a cherry. My friend had the vanilla snow, waffle piece, caramel sauce and not sure what else. We were both satisfied with our desserts. The store was clean, well stocked with all items, service was good but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the cost for me. Our total bill was just over $16 for two small containers of dessert. I get everything is costing more and we picked out add ons but it was costly we felt for the amount of dessert we received. I would go back but maybe just get the yogurt and not add too many heavy add ons to it.

I have to say I am quite disappointed. I hadn't been here in a while and I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The service was not so great and the place wasn't well kept. The toppings counter was a bit scrambled. Just unsanitary.
