Ambiance: There will always be a line, so put your patient pants on lol. Service: Consistently quick and accurate service. I've never had to remind them to give me anything. Food: Fresh and hot bruger and fries, one of the only places that understand what I mean by "light onion" peppers add the spice I like. Overall, it was a great experience.

Service: T’Mar took my order and was super friendly. Not sure what took so long but about 7 people that ordered after me got their food first lol. Environment: There were people everywhere, kids everywhere, a little hectic. I low key feel like it’s always like this in In-N-Out tho. In-N-Out is my favorite burger of all time and this spot makes them the way you want and expect. I ordered an animal style lettuce wrap double double combo with a strawberry shake. The protein style was delicious as usual and the fries were fried to a nice crispness. The strawberry shake just made it over the top. Solid recommendation & the best burger joint(as a whole)I’ve been too. The place has a descent amount of parking but gets full fast on peak times and when the drive thru gets busy.

I placed an order, 3x3 plain no cheese. Had to go back in because they put cheese. They redid my order, was asked three times, 3x3 no cheese, ketchup and raw onions. I said yes. Didn’t check the order because I was asked three times. Got to my brothers and to my amazement, another burger with cheese. I live in Alabama so the last time I was here, 2019, they did the same thing. Won’t go to that one ever again. Both burgers went in the trash.

The best burgers I have ever tried from a fast food chain restaurant. Triple double is definitely a way to go, highly recommend to everyone.

When I first came to California the first meal I ate was In-n-out and it was amazing and today my last meal here was In-n-out, it’s the best burger in California they have a really special burger and fries, it’s filled with a lot of flavour that you will only taste at in-n-out, they give you a really good ratio of the burger. I would eat this meal every single day.

I personally don’t write reviews about food chains but today I just had to because of the great customer service I received from Sabrina. I always come to this location because it’s the closest and I rarely get greeted well by the employees. I understand this is a fast paced environment to work under but at least some employees should be able to ask how your day is going or how are you. Sabrina in fact greeted me and asked those questions with a positive attitude today & I actually had a good experience for once at this location. She even went above and beyond to give me extra dressings because the girl who called out my order ignored me when I asked for it. It wasn’t even a busy time when I went in so that’s why I felt like what the hell about it when the other girl ignored me. Great job Sabrina! Keep it up and keep doing you! Sabrina definitely deserves a raise for her excellent customer service experience! :)

Order this burger by asking for a "4x4 with whole grilled onion" If the drive-thru line starts by the traffic lights near the entrance to the mall then the wait time is approximately 25 minutes.

Good flavored burger, BUT....small burger, tiny, tiny, tiny patty. Where's the BEEF! Member that commercial people? Come on, where's the beef....

The food here is SO fresh and the people here are so friendly. By far my favorite In N Out to dine in. Big shout out to Jay for being the best order taker and making sure all my special requests were made! Will definitely be choosing this In N Out to eat here again!

The food is delicious and I love how the fries are not greasy or too dry, they're fresh and delicious! The burgers are delicious and awesome! I love the way you can request the special sauce but not sure if they still give it for free. The only problem I have is that the lines, especially for drive thru, are ridiculously outrageous! Too many long, long lines in most of the In and Out locations! This is one of the sad reasons I don't or haven't been able to go enjoy a meal there in such a long time. The company can really benefit from listing themselves on Uber Eats or something for delivery options. It would also help others who can't travel. For example, I am disabled and I would definitely order and love it, but because the company has not taken any consideration for others or the disabled people's situations, it makes it very difficult and that is a disappointment for me. Hopefully this will help and soon change.
