If customer service had a video on customer service, then 5D Smiles Dental would be a great example. Everyone there is a great example of what customer service is all about. They always go above and beyond for anyone. They call/text you with appointment reminders(which is helpful since we can all be busy in our life) and if any changes happened especially if you needed an appointment earlier, they will call you immediately. Can they just rename their dental place to “5D Smiles Dental and Customer service” Would definitely come back.... well I need to for my appointment :)

The staff at 5D smiles was very professional and welcoming. I got cleaning and whitening done and the hygienist was very thorough throughout the processes. She explained every step she did to make me feel more assured and relaxed. The interior design of the dental office is minimalist. The bright space juxtaposed by the dark wood slat wall created a comforting modern space.

The attention from the staff is great, from the receptionist, hygienist, and assistants. Dr.Q is the first dentist that has thoroughly walked me through my X-rays and explained the work that needed to be done. He takes a holistic approach and is highly knowledgeable.

Dr. Q took over the practice of my previous dentist of 30 years. I was concerned at first with Dr. Q being so young. My last few visits however have proven to me , that Dr. Q is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, caring, and patient. His staff is also very caring and efficient. And the new office remodel exudes calm and peace.

Very pleased with the front desk as to how fast they got me in. Very courteous and efficient. Dr Qiu is very professional and thorough. He took his time to explain to me what is going on. I felt that I am finally in good hands. I strongly recommend 5D Smiles!

Dr Qiu, his staff and his office environment are all impressive. The front office staff is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. On my 1st visit with Dr Qiu I bombarded him with an array of questions on orthodontics, endodontics, restorative dentistry and other concerns related to my dental health. He patiently addressed all of my concerns. I was especially impressed with his treatment plan for my front tooth with root absorption. It is possible it will save the tooth from a future root canal and or having to be extracted. It is obvious he is passionate about his work which includes the best interest of his patients. He stands head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend him.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out a couple weeks ago and it was the smoothest procedure ever. It was painless and felt nothing after. I followed the aftercare and no problems. Great service

When I called for an appt i was given a date, when I explained my emergency I was told to go in. I expected to be rushed out of there but the dentist took his time and explained what was going on. I felt comfortable with Dr. Qui. I was a patient of Dr Duncker and had great reservations about the new Dr. I'm glad I met him and feel Dr Duncker left his patients in good hands. Dr Qui and his staff are very professional and welcoming. Thank You
