Downey Family Eye Care is the BEST! The office is always clean & smells good. They play the best music that helps me relax. Checked in early. No the waiting past appointment time. Was able to try on various glasses. Did not buy any because as a first time user I am unsure what style I want. Overall a good experience.

I liked the time Dr spent with me and how she explained everything in detailed. The girl in the front was so patient with me, since I was Indecisive about which pair of glasses to choose from.

Dr. Trinh is truly amazing! She really knows what she is talking about when it comes to eye care. They are always so accommodating and really take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything. Her front staff is amazing as well. They answer all your questions and concerns and always have our insurance coverages printed out and ready to show what is covered and what isn't so there are no surprises. The office is clean and well maintained. I will keep coming here as long as I can!
