DO NOT STAY HERE. A year ago my friends and I stayed here and we had the best experience and had a nice clean room. We booked again for last week but this time the room was disgusting and all of the bedding had stains and looked like they were never replaced. The headboards were supposed to be white but were gross and all dirty. I asked for new pillow cases and were given some that still were stained. We asked for a new room and the next one was even worse than before and stunk. In the end they wanted us to sign something saying that we were offered a new room but refused. I mean, when you get a new room you expect it to be better than the last. The office staff were all so rude and would not let me even get a word out and would roll their eyes whenever I voiced my concerns. I will say, they did let us get a full refund, which was the only bright side to this situation.

Do not stay here. I was not thinking when I booked this place sad 😞. overpriced, mosquitoes everywhere, ac outdated, people upstairs stomp loud often, you can basically hear everything, rude front desk little girl. The other tv in the mini living room kept freezing. I don’t know how mosquitos got in there.

Jennifer made me feel comfortable and provided great service. She troubleshooted maintenance services on lock systems to ensure my safety. Extended herself multiple times to compensate the difference. Her cheery and warm personality made me feel welcomed.

Rooms are pretty big, clean, includes desk, chairs, mini fridge and microwave. Their cable includes movie channels as well. First time staying here, great location, smack dab in the middle of everything. A good hotel with all the usual overpriced frills

breakfast as described on the Expedia page is not accurate. the only things available are juice and packaged rolls. the rooms are clean but the pictures do not do this place justice! they are uglier. it's just a room and they have the basics. So if that's all you want, this is the place for the bare minimum.

Nice spacious family room with one queen and two double beds. The room is spacious and pretty clean too. For breakfast basically they provide only coffee and juices.

Strongly would recommend a cardboard box instead. Practically nothing worked and when we called the front desk they didn’t care or do anything about it. The free breakfast was non existent and they always had excuses for things.

Comfortable and large room. Very clean, too. The shower had a very thin single curtain and after showering there was usually a pool of water on the floor. Location was great for me, as I was traveling for work and this was very close. I love that the room had hard floors instead of carpet.

The pros: a good size room that was clean with a comfortable bed. The cons: Coffee machine and hair dryer didn't work. The person checking us in was very direct and left us frustrated by the way the hotel does business. Friendly and personable were not the individual's strengths. My card credit company told me never to give my pin to anybody so not sure why I would give it the staff of the hotel.

I picked this hotel because it was closest to a wedding venue I was attending. Sadly the room quality was very very poor. Although the rooms are updated and they have excellent cable nice double beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, lacked in abundance. There were burn wholes in our bed sheets and stains was well. The floor was so dirty that the bottoms of my new sandals were black with dirt. The sink in the room just outside the bathroom I believe has well water instead of regular water from a main line because it smelled so so bad whenever I wanted to wash my hands or brush my teeth it was unbearable. As far as location, it was great but everything else was just not up to par. I had to clean the toilet myself once we checked in. And the iron is tied with metal wire to the ironing board thus making it difficult to iron anything properly.

3 bed bedroom was spacious and clean. Parking is small.

Will never ever stay in this hotel ever again! The Beddings were dirty. Found blood stains, and lots of other stains. Cover of the bed was not even done properly. It just covered 3/4 of the bed! The shower curtain was super thin that it didn’t even hold the water in. The towel rack fell off just by putting the towel on it. I asked them to change the linens they said yes. When we came back, the bed was made! Nicely made! But linens were not changed!!! So I went down and cancelled our reservation for the rest of our stay there. Never again!

Although the rooms are large and the hotel is in a very convenient area, our floors were filthy and rubbish outside of our rooms was left for days without being cleaned up. Our bed sheets also did not fit the bed properly. Breakfast was just a muffin. It's a pity as this hotel has a lot of potential.

This WOULD be a 5 star, but two things have cost this place that rating. First I want to say that this was a really nice place. Largest room of our stay in LA with the most comfortable bed. Nice and clean with stores all around. Okay now for the bad. They charged us 2 times for one night and we have yet to hear from them! That's ridiculous. The second thing is there was a random fake eyelash on the curtains here. Why? This was so large anyone could see it from a mile away. Take care of the doubled billed issue and I'll revise my review. Zero to none privacy. It's loud. The rooms look nothing as advertised. The room you book is not the room you get. Not the friendliest staff. Taxing for little things.

there was no breakfast i payd for it .they offert me 5 dollar for 4 persons a day compensation idiots

This hotel is racist and discriminate Hispanic woman not only that but they give rooms that are flooded and rooms that are extremely dirty and stinky and if the person wants their money back, they will humiliate the person. Customer service is horrible.

The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable. The staff are great on vacation if you are looking for a place to stay, come here.

Clean, but dated, room and bath. Fair price for what you get. Very friendly welcoming staff. Friday night was a bit noisy in the neighborhood and we had a next door yahoo yelling at his poor wife and kids all morning prepping for a day at Disneyland. Overall it worked for us.

Great location, great service staff, clean rooms! Only downside is that online it says they provide breakfast and at this location they do not.

Solid 4 stars for what it is. The rooms are clean, everything works, you have a fridge, TV and microwave. Plenty of outlets (the lamp ones will not power a laptop) and space in the room to spread out, Wi-Fi speeds are good enough to work. Lots of amenities and walking distance, plenty of food, quick Uber Eats deliveries. They're in a good location. The only thing(s) I don't like is they're on a very busy street and with the door facing out you get a lot of street noise, a lot. The AC units are outdated and never shut off, they're so loud, and some make weird noises that will wake me up if I don't use ear plugs, but I sleep in the cold (low 60's) so it probably won't bug normal people who can just turn it off at night. The price is certainly worth the down sides, and I've been here at least 5 times and will stay again.

I would only recommend hotel as a last resort or for business trips, good thing we had a car, because there are not amenities like gym, pool, or complimentary breakfast. However the room and property was clean, quiet, and well maintained.

Front desk was not friendly. Rooms were decent. Room 1 the fan/heater was outdated and loud. The door top lock was also broken. Toilet top was cracked. Room 2 was the fan/heater was older and loud. Location was not a concern besides the safety (see next comment section) As we were only there for a funeral.
