Lots of fields and grass for many dogs to play and people to picnic. The grass is green and well taken care of. I have visited a few months back and again today (2022) and the Park is just as beautiful

The park is clean and I like the walking trail. Plenty of space to sit and relax or you can play tennis. I will definitely come back.

This park is a great place to get so many fun activities done. You can find a running/walking trail, swings, basketball & tennis courts, baseball. There's also gazebos and grills where you can bbq. This is the place to bring family for relaxing, exercise, passing time, playing games and have a fun.

Great walking trail. Super easy and relaxed. The trees are incredible. Tennis courts r usable but need better care.

A flock of budgies made my day. They are so happy. A variety of trees and well done landscaping put this park above the typical park. Kudos to Downy!

This park is very beautiful and clean besides the shelter we rented,shelter 1. It was for my daughters 1st bday, the shelter had trash in the floor I was a bit upset because we didn’t have anything to sweep it with. The parking gets busy on weekends since they have baseball games there so make sure you get there early if you plan a party, also the bathrooms were pretty far from shelter 1 if you decide to have elderly. Bathrooms some kind of clean and workers are on top of it which it’s a good thing. Other than that is beautiful park and the kids playground is nice and clean.

Fun fact about this park if you call the main number to this park. They will let you know what huts are reserved and which are not. The ones that are not reserved are first come first serve. So be ready to be there at crack of dawn for these babies. I was up at 730am setting up so no one would take them. Great park awesome place for kids just please clran up after yourselves. The staff are super friendly shot out to taat staff that helped us out we appreciate u.

Loved the ballpark and the playground. Very clean. Grass a little too much mud. But great atmosphere.

This is my favorite place in Downey. Because it is walk distance where I stay with a baby. We almost every morning visit here and have great time. We walk and play together. It’s really peaceful place.

We go here because of the tennis courts, although they are mostly always packed. The park is really clean.

Very nice Park for kids and family. Recently renovated. Has 3 tennis 🎾 court, basketball, 2 baseball field. Plus play area. And seats are available. You can also reserve $ a picnic area for birthday and events.

I absolutely love this park! It's so beautiful and peaceful and is great all around fun!! I'm usually here to get a nice walk in the evening on their track and it just feels so good and safe

People the come are so rude in this park. My boys were playing tennis and only because they look small this guys come to us and say if i was using it I said my sons are and they said that’s not tennis and kick us out trying to make us feel bad. I guess that office couldn’t do anything but that’s so rude of this people.

My friends organized a picnic party in this park and turned out pretty good

Love this place. Summer concerts in the park, nice walking/jogging trail, workout equipment, tennis, basketball, baseball courts even space for some futbol, volleyball.. you name it if you have the imagination. It's a park I don't want to miss, i hope that makes sense.

Furman Park is really nice place where you and family can stay, eat together and walk around the Park.
