I like the location of this cafe in Downey. Its across a dine in cinema and near the offices, bars, restaurants and police station. They serve freshly made sandwiches in croissants bagel or panini. Coffee is great too!

Neat coffee shop with real cafe vibes, and sense of community! Out door seating with folks and their pups. Indoor was nice..lighting and vibe of the place feels how most cafes should. Small and cozy. Hearing the staff greet the regulars. Great vibes here. I ordered white thunder latte, and oat milk macchiato. Both were good. Flavors did have a syrup taste, which was sweet and artificial. Although the notes is coffee I got were nice. Lot of the folks around me had food, and everything looked, and smell delicious. Would really like back and try the food.

I love this place, great sandwiches and blended drinks but tonight we just ordered sandwiches and I found a hair in mine. My hair is thick, straight, long, and black right now and my husband's is short and red so we know it's neither of ours. My husband and I both went to Downey high and have lived here most our lives so we've eaten here a lot but tonight just completely grossed us out. Even so I'm still giving them 2 stars instead of 1 just because everything here is usually amazing. We're super disappointed 😞

I typically really enjoy this place, but just bought a Chicken Pesto sandwich today n they forgot the “Chicken.” Had to cook my own chicken at home cuz i didnt wanna drive all the way back home…

Cute little shop with a very friendly staff. Affordable with lots of options. My only complaint was there were more sesame seeds on the everything bagel compared to what I'm used to but that's just a personal preference. That aside, everything tasted good and I loved the drinks! I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my first experience absolutely amazing and making me feel welcome.

First time here & it was amazing The service was great the person taking our order let us know what was in each sandwich & made sure we were ok with everything inside it I will be visiting again!

The panini’s are delicious! The staff are always friendly and the overall vibe in this little coffee shop is always great. The only problem is the wobbly old seats and tables and the AC is not the greatest.

When not busy, best place for a chicken salad sandwich with flavor. Cookies are great, solid coffee

Went in on a whim today and it was so good. Had an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk, Oreo cheesecake, chips, and a turkey bacon cheddar panini (not all at once lol) and it was so good!

Food was good, Carmel macchiato was ok, service was subpar. The sandwiches took right at 30 mins to make. Then the order was wrong and didn’t even get an apology. Had to wait even longer to get corrected order. Suggestion for owner…maybe go in the people order. Some of us waited 30+ mins for order while others waited 10 mins of less. So if you are short on time would not recommend.

Went here to grab a oat matcha latte before watching Scream across the street. Extremely delicious best one I've tried yet, if you prefer the strong taste of matcha without any sryups this place is for you! Also got another two drinks 20 minutes before closing for my siblings, they also loved them! Fast and friendly service! Definitely recommend!! Perfect place for studying as well, I'll be coming back for sure! :)

What a horrible service. The asian manager has a horrible attitude. Trying to support small businesses but not worth it. Definitely not recommended.

Their food is always to notch, but I give them 4 stars because they still continue to ignore the California’s menu-labeling law. I watch what I eat too stay on a healthy protein diet. I always order the chicken deluxe so I always have to guess the calorie intake, sugar, carbs etc etc it'll be nice if they actually put out the nutritional facts like they are supposed to. Then it's be happy to give it 5 stars.

Good coffee, good sandwiches, good overall little shop that has all your daily basic food/drink needs when you're on the go and couldn't prepare anything at home.

Ordered the white Chocolate Mocha & it was definitely something to come back for.! They also have a nice breakfast menu. Most definitely something to check out when in Downey

Excellent food ... enjoyable atmosphere... Sitting is highly compromised ... Where there Nov. 6th ( Sunday ) around 11 am ...Most people entered just to pickup... Luckily my daughter and I got 1 of the 3 tables outside... Order to go afterwards took close to 20 minutes to be ready ... SHORTHANDED or TOO MANY PICK UP ORDERS ??

I love this place. Awesome service. High quality and fresh ingredients. The chipotle chicken panini is one of my favorites! The tuna melt is amazing too! I haven’t tried the coffee yet, but guessing by the quality of the food, I’m sure the coffee is great!

Came after watching a marvel movie at the cinema from across the street. On a hot day and a first timer to this location. The mango smoothie really did the trick. I forgot the cashier who took my orders name. But phenomenal service. They said they were out of mango. But luckily they had one remaining. Served up a refreshing mango smoothie that for sure nuked my taste buds in a good way. Will definitely hit this spot up on the future. It's the little shops like these that deserve the recognition they need.

I have been sitting here for an hour and the line is not getting shorter there are people that came after me that picked up before me all I got was two sandwiches and 2 drinks fulll bags have left. I am aware of pick up door dash and what not but there’s people here that have BEEN here they said 5 more orders before yours! Placed an online order drove all the way to the place to find out my order had ben canceled. Only because they didn’t have any oatmeal They could have called or at least fulfilled the other items Total waste of time

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The blended drinks are great but the breakfast croissants and dessert selection is what makes it. The inside is small but they have a couple tables outside which is where I usually like to hang out whilst sipping on a mocha. The staff is also friendly and quick.

Delicious made in-house entrees, breakfast, lunch, smoothies and more. Desserts and muffins are absolutely mouthwatering. Prices are surprisingly affordable. Our ham, egg and cheese breakfast croissants were great portions and served cut in half. One could easily be shared especially when ordering other goodies. Locals know about this hidden gem. Small, clean, fast and friendly service.
