The best service I have ever experienced at BWW. We were seated by the host seconds from walking in. Esme our server is amazing. Our drinks and food was served amazingly fresh and fast for a Thursday/Game Night. Great Job and Great team. BWW Downey 5stars For sure. Highly Suggested.

My wife and I have enjoying the food especially the wings and other items they serve on their menu. We enjoy the wings very much with the choice of flavor you can choice on your wings. We try their new boneless bar pizza it's amazing good so much flavors like boneless chicken on the flat pizza bead with BBQ sauce with jalapeños on the pizza add spicy and incredible tasty that you come back again to try it again. If you get the Buffalo Wild Wing app sign gets points and redeem the points you can get items free with the points.

Great wings, subpar service. This location is always packed with staff, but somehow the service is always slow, and unwelcoming. Also, I recently went for happy hour and my mozzarella sticks were cold when I received them.

Visited the one in Stonewall Mall. Service was terrible. They had a flyer for a Dodger tall ale draft beer at $5 and was not honored. Stated that special was only during Dodger's game and they forgot to take down that only flyer. It was my mom's birthday and we went for a drink and wings. My bill came out to be $92 for 20 wings, 1 order of cauliflower wings, 3 tall glasses of beer. They charged more than the price on the menú and I was told that the prices on the menu O ordered from was an old menu. I asked for the late happy hour menu and was told that location did not have late happy hour, theirs ended at 6PM. I asked if the will sing happy birthday to my mom a d was told They no longer do that and had no cake, only cheesecake. When I said cheesecake will be good, I was asked if I wanted that to be put on my Credit card. I will no longer visit this place nor I recommend.

The food is okay. But people be very careful when you pay. Check your receipt good. Because yesterday my bill was 107.63 I gave the waitress $40.00 in cash and for her to charge the rest on my card. She came back for me to sign the receipt and I saw that receipt said $87.63. So that really didn't made no sense since I gave her 40 in cash. I thought well maybe they charge the tip since most restaurants include the tip. So I asked the girl and she said no the tip is optional. Then I asked her then why it says here they are charging 87.63 on my card since I gave you 40 in cash 107.63 - 40 is 67.63 not 87.63. The girl looked confused. supposedly she fix it. But I still see a 87.63 charge on my card. I'm just waiting for Tuesday to speak to my bank and see if they actually fix it or if they stole 20 bucks more plus 67.63 that they charge again. So people check your bill good and if necessary do the math more then once because they almost got away with charging me 20 bucks more

Not sure how to start waiters and waitresses standing around on their phones talking. after I placed my order I was asked for my debit card to be placed on hold I asked why and she said that that's just how they do it, I've never heard of that before my order was wrong it came with avocado and jalapenos and it was just a salad the cobb salad I didn't ask for avocado jalapeno. I asked for a kids menu and she just told me what was on there instead of bringing me the kids menu so I didn't get to see the kids menu I don't know if you have one. Just not happy its felt uncomfortable being in the restaurant.

Dirty place was about to start eating and saw a roach in between seat cracks..checked on the side of the seats and its filthy trash everywhere they really need to clean this place up

This experience is based on the experience we had tonight at the Buffalo Wild Wings at the stonewood downy center. Our waitress who seemed fairly new gave my 9 year old niece an alcoholic beverage. She stated she wasn't aware that drink was an alcoholic beverage as it looked just like the straberry lemonade. (I ordered the henny hustle) she also mentioned how she is barely learning what all the drinks are. Lack of training and customer service. This is a huge liability for this store. You shouldn't allow someone who isn't trained handle alcoholic beverages. When I called to speak to the manager they put Andrew the kitchen manager on the line and all he said was he'll talk to her

I found this restaurant quite decent and good! Food was delicious and looking fresh. Restaurant has also good atmosphere. Staff was quite busy so service was a little slow but it is understandable. 👍

If I had the option to give a zero star to service I would. My party was 3 & a baby we got sat in Natalie’s section at a table which on my digital receipt says table 151. We asked could we be moved to a booth that was empty & Natalie already looked bothered and immediately said no it’s closed and said let me ask. She went to ask someone and came back saying “yeah, it’s closed” that is not great service etiquette & if that is Buffalo Wild Wings steps of service then that is not right. She brought our appetizers and just simply threw them at our table and walked away. She never came back to check on us. Simply felt ignored and mistreated because I asked if I could move to a booth and even asked if you could still be our server. Was not happy with the service I received there at all.

Boneless chicken wings were a little bit cold when they came out like they had been sitting. I'm 5'10 200lbs, and the small burgers and chicken sandwich portions would not fill me up. Tots. Wedges, fries, and pickles came out perfectly.

We've been coming here for years. The service is usually okay, sometimes it's great and sometimes you can't find anyone to help you for a while. Drinks and food are still a decent price, they've definitely gone up this year. A lot of their happy hour stuff has changed in recent years.

I go for their lunch special. 10 classic wings with any rub/sauce, fries and a drink for $13. Greatness. Their flavors are out there compared to WingStop, theirs are more retained. Good fries. Most likely going to be coming here every other week.

Food was not so good, too undercooked, greasy, and no seasoning on the burger. The appetisers were delicious! But the cocktails were the best part! Would definitely go again only for the cocktails 🍸

Service was all over the place, kept changing servers on us like 3 different times. So when it came to pay our bill, we were told " oh so and so helped you so they would be the ones that will bring you your bill" 🤦🏻‍♂️ we went around in circles so mane times because they would either be on break or unavailable. Teamwork people, I'm sure there is a way where your co-worker could ring up the bill for another co-worker.

Front desk people are the worst. Whenever I do a carry out order I am never told when my order is ready. When I ask them to check on my order status I get an attitude from them. If people don't want to work on customer service then find another job..

Waited 20+ min for a server to come to take our order for drinks. We asked the host that we have not had anyone come to the table to take our order and she said there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. Once told that, we got up and left. Would definitely not come here ever again.

Waiter kept walking by and would take 20 or more minutes for us to order after we had to wave him down. Even when it was time to pay he said “be right back” and didn’t come for another 20 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to try to pay but they stated the waiter has to do it. I asked for 3 to go boxes and he negotiated with me to only get 2….? I always tip every restaurant.. this place I had to tip $0.

I love Wild Wings, I hated this location. Took forever to order, then was given the wrong drinks, after waiting forever again. What was astonishing was that my girl picked up the drink, put it to her mouth, didnt drink, but was smelling it and realized it wasnt hers. Told the server and she still gave to the other table. Then we ordered food, never got it, waited forever and finally left. Terrible customer service at this location. Went to Hooters in South Gate instead. Service was immediate, and very courteous, and exact. Having said that, not all BBW's are bad, but stay away from this location.

1st time at this location. Arrived around 6:45pm and it was busy. We were asked if we were open to any seating available. We were seated outside 1st group out in the patio. Around 10 min we were around 4 other parties. Order was taken promptly. The server has some mishaps but our orders started coming out quite quickly which was pretty good we were starving. The server made up by coming by to check on us. Sorry forgot pictures but we ordered 30 wings, fries, street tacos and they come with a side... fries, onion rings, tater tots. We chose onion rings. Mozzarella sticks, and Queso with Carne and chips. Will return to this location again.

Whatever you do, check your food at the restaurant if you order online. It looks like they ate my nachos while It was “being made.” There was no steak or guacamole even though they charged me for it. Just look at the attached photo. That was without me eating any of it. There was also 1 of my 10 wings missing. I didn’t notice the nachos until I got home as it was in the bottom of the bag Update: BWW reached out and promised to reimburse me with their points but never followed through . Don’t eat here

If you're hoping for good, attentive service this is not the location to go to. At first, nobody was at the front door to greet us or even let us know how the seating worked so we had to sit ourselves down after standing around like idiots wondering if anyone was going to help us. We got a blue haired waitress to serve us and not only did she get our order wrong, she seemed bothered that we even spoke up about it. Servers who make you feel uncomfortable about getting the wrong food are the absolute worst. After that, should would rarely pass by our table or even give us anytime to ask her for what we wanted. After asking her for another drink she gave us some sass back and said they weren't free as if to imply we were broke. After handing us our bill, she never came back to get our card, say thank you, or even give us her name. We really wanted to leave so we got up and went to the front desk where nobody could help us because our specific server had to charge us. Not only were they not able to find her, but when she came back, she did not apologize, took her time to charge us, and walked away without saying anything. It seemed as every worker in there was glaring at us for wanting to leave or even find our server. We aren't the types to get loud or even complain but that was just horrible customer service. Almost walked out because it felt like we were begging them to charge us.

First thing I want to establish... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Heck, they even call your phone if its a to go order and you are walking around in the mall. But...now to the food. Well, I just ordered a few wings. And...they were the smallest and driest wings I have ever had in my life and for the price they are not worth it. Heck, the tray holding the wings had more sauce than anything else. I ordered the Carolina Reaper flavor, love my spice, but it didn't even taste like its suppose to. Maybe just old chicken and old spice. It the most disappointing meal I have ever had. Do not go here to eat. Maybe to get drunk, but the food is just...horrendous. 5/5 for customer service. But that is not what makes an EATING establishment, edible.

I've always loved BWW, but this time I left disappointed. Our fries portion was very small and I asked them with cheese and bacon that didn't make it up. And our wings were quite dry. They served like a bit of the sauce flavor on one of the corners of the tray. Waitress no service offered the whole time we were there, so that is another negative view for there customer service and not to say about the kids they have in the front entrance with their "don't want to work faces". It could be this spot but still love BWW.

Took server more then 20 minutes to take our drink order and was asked to give my debit or credit car to open a tab I never been ask to open a tab for soda but any ways after receiving our drinks it took him another 20 minutes to take our food order. 20 or so minutes later we get out food cold. Waiter never showed up again to ask how we were doing or to refill our drink super disappointed with the service it use to be the go to place now I rather go to a burger joint
