Wings were great. Overall food and drinks were great. The reason for the 2 stars was service; very slow. Inactive to the customer. I literally had to ask host to seat me elsewhere to get serviced. I came to enjoy a night with a few drinks, ended up having 1 drink because the service was so slow. I stayed about 30 minutes too long because of the time for servers to get back to me. Needs improvement, or new management staff. Restaurant was more than half empty and still non-attentive to customers.

So tonight I went to bar Louie by myself. Hesitant that I wouldn’t enjoy it alone. Truthfully the bartenders Arika and Briana made the night lit for me haha. They were super knowledgeable about the type of drinks I got and the vibes were mature and clean. They switched what I didn’t like and they recommended what they thought was great. The happy hour prices are unbeatable and the bar vibes are way better than I thought. I got a mixed drink and always served a water Incase I wanted one. I was able to get appetizers and drinks tonight for a very cheap price.

We came here for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised of the quality of the food and the menu options! Definitely a great lunch choice if you're in the area!

Took LONG to even know who my server was. We are older than the typical crowd so we were overlooked by all staff. Food was pretty hot. Nachos were tasty. 805 was on point. Very nice place even though it can be LOUD in the pm.

Food was ok more appetizer than actual dishes on the menu. The hamburgers weren't cooked all they way. However, the spinach and artichoke dip was really good. The loaded tot were really good, too. The drinks weren't all that, but they did have a special for the martinis, so that was good. Need different types of music should be mixing it up. The music that was playing was a little too melon. Services were really great.

Been to this Bar a few times since the year started and never felt the need to review this place. This last week when I came in it was slow and I took the time to ask our bartender for his specialty drink. I dont know what it's called but he killed it! I love this refreshing drink. He had great customer service skills and even joined in on our silly conversations.

Great experience at Bar Louie because of Jasmine! She was great all the way around. Amazing service, attention to detail and incredibly personable. First time at this establishment and thanks to people like Jasmine we would definitely come back!!! Food was good, atmosphere was chill and music was great. Bottomless mimosas were great as well

The patio can be great when the waitresses are making sure you and your table get drinks and foood in a timely manner. Inside is good when the DJ is there creating a good environment. Food overall is decent and at price point. It does take along time to get drinks or beer. Bartenders should not get upset when you as the customer, has to keep asking for service. Managers should be more courteous, when customers bring these issues up. Dont want to know how understaffed you are at the bar or kitchen. Response given my manager and all staff.

Great drinks, delicious food, and terrible bartenders. Bartenders overcharge and forget orders/drinks. Also, the staff seems to not know their own menu. The company ‘bar Louie’ itself is good but the employees at this location are terrible. I’ve been during brunch to closing and they are all the same! Maybe it’s the managers? Go at your own risk. And remember to double check your tab/check.

Bad, bad, bad service!!!! If you’re trying to go out to have fun and few drinks please avoid this place.. lazy staff. Takes hours to get a table if you do and it’s not even because they are busy. You can’t get a table because they are dirty with dishes and no one cleans them. Bartenders take forever to serve even though you’re in front of them. They will pass by a million times but won’t ask you if you want anything to drink. I tried it once and thought it might of been just one day thing, the second time it was worst. Not sure how people still go to this place. Luckily we found another spot near by.

Great customer service. Order the Crunchy Tasteful nachos for your group, plenty to go around. Loaded Tots are everything but loaded. All we received were tatar tots sprinkle with bacon bits and green onions. Skip the Loaded Tots.

I like bar Louie the drinks are good even though they're a little price. The food is decent for bar food, but the one thing they pretty much suck at is their service there's been days that it's not really busy and the waiters and bartenders seem to just forget about you. You literally have to hunt them down and and try to Make intense eye contact with them lol. And on really busy days forget about it order 2 drinks at a time because it takes them 30 minutes to come back to you for your drink they should really coordinate themselves and prepare for days like football play offs. Because you shouldn't have to wait 30 min to be refueld.

Had been wanting to try this spot for a good while now, so was definitely excited and looking forward to the experience. Walking inside the vibe was already amazing. The music was great and it didn’t take too long for me to get helped initially. I will say this, after our waitress asked if we would like anything to drink and brought over waters We had waited almost an hour, and had not seen her walk around once to take our order and bring our drinks. We even had to speak with the hostess to find out what was going on. We ended up leaving the restaurant, which sucks because everything up until the wait and the service was great. If I end up going back is still up in the air. And if I do, hopefully next time, they don’t take up to an hour to bring over two margaritas and get our orders in!

We were there for an hour and not one server came by our table. We had to get our drinks from the bar. Servers passed by our table and not one helped us. A couple came in and sat next to us, they were assisted immediately. We tried multiple times to get the server's attention and she just walked the other way.

My server was Eileen, she was such a sweetheart she was constantly checking on us. I had a michelada and a diva, it was so amazing I loved it, sever made sure to get the drink to the table fast as well as our food. She was quick and very sweet. Would definitely go again, hope she’s working there next time we go.

I’ve been to Bar Louie a couple of times and they do not disappoint. I always have a great there with my friends. My favorite dish is their sliders. I definitely recommend it. The bartenders are awesome. Especially Paulette, she is very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to going back again!

Was there for about 40 min and not a single person approached our table so we left. Had to find our own table since there was nobody at reception and servers would see us and walk past to serve the same tables the whole time leaving new people looking around for a waiter/waitress. Other nights have been good but today was horrible service.

Great customer service, good prices, amazing food, great atmosphere, and unique yet delicious drinks. I definitely recommend for any occasion.

Went there last night 2/18 at around 1930, the place was starting to get lively but the outside patio was available. I went inside to get seated with my guest and the girl at the desk told me it would be a 30 min wait for indoor, and a 10 min wait for the patio. I gave her my cell for the patio table. She never called me we waited nearly 1 hour. I ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. This is not the first time, the services is terrible by the door attendant and some of the bartenders are whack, they only attend the female crowds. The servers and nice but that door attendant needs to get a stern talking to, also a couple that came at around 2015 got in before us, and I know they didn't have an reservation cus they sat outside in the patio. This place used to be my go to for food and drink on a Friday night, but after this I might need to reconsider my options. Bad service by the staff.

Meh.... experience was not very good. The drink was ok. Service was not very good at all... 30 minutes to order a drink, 30 minutes to get it and 15 to get my check and leave. Can't say that I'd come back. The floor was trashy, took an hour for them to bus the table next to me. If you avoid this place you are likely doing yourself a favor. I added the extra star because the drink I did have was actually decent.

Every bartender is pretty cool at this location, drinks are good. Prices are reasonable, vibe is good as well if they ain’t playing good music, they are playing the dodger/nba games. Would recommend bar Louie to anyone! Give it a try

I've been to this place a few times and have always enjoyed myself. The drinks are good, and so are the appetizers, the chicken nachos and calamari are my favorites. I like the indoor outdoor seating situation they have also.

We've came a few times, with coworkers and family. The appetizers are always good. The drinks also. The vibe is good. I like it. The only thing that sucks is the service. They take soooo long to get your order, bring it to the table, but quick to pick up the check.

He’s the best experience with Eileen. She was soo sweet and recommended the best food! I don’t normally get the best dirty martinis everywhere I go… I told Eileen how I like them and MY GAWD!!! Perfect! Kudos to her and the bartenders 💚💚💚 can’t wait to come back! Such a good vibe here

I'm honestly giving three stars because my past experiences have been better than this past Saturday. My daughter, mom and myself decided to have a "quick" meal. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted so we sat away from the door because there was a party of about 12 girls being very loud who were yelling and laughing. They took our drink order, brought them back within 10 minutes and took our order. My mom and daughter got their meals within 15 - 20 minutes. The waitress came back about 40 minutes later asking if I had received my order. I told her that I hadn't so she said she would go check for me. A guy came back about 30 minutes later, apologized "for the confusion" slid the plate on the table and walked off quickly. I get that the party outside probably needed more attention but we were paying guests too. My daughter asked for water and ketchup, wasn't eating her food because she was waiting for it and it wasn't brought to her for another 25 minutes. She asked for another drink and it took about half an hour to get that. All in all, our "quick meal" was almost 3 hours. We had no food left, all our dishes were gathered and placed in the middle of the table and the waitress asked if we were okay... I just asked for the check, was brought while I was walking out of the restroom and had to look for someone else that could take our payment because we definitely didn't want to wait another half hour for her to take my card and another 20 minutes for her to come back to have me sign. So disappointed since we had such great service the previous times.

Love coming to this place! Always has the best vibes. The food and drinks are fire! Have to shout out Briana. She is such an awesome bartender. She is very attentive and friendly. Her drinks are the best! If you want to a good drink and a great experience, go to her! You won’t be disappointed.

Didn't like it that much. Service was extremely poor. We sat at the bar. It wasn't a busy night. The music was super load couldn't chat with out talking super loud. Food was good. This bar has all the makings of being fun. But the staff is not engaged.

Spinach and Artichoke dip, tastiest thing I’ve ever had! Chased with a gastroburger and topped off with a cocktail made by Kevin at the bar. Lots going on at Bar Louie but Kevin both times I’ve been here now finds a way to stay genuine and give the best service. Ask for him next time you’re at the bar because not only does he make a great old fashioned he makes sure you feel welcomed.

Came here yesterday with the lady and some family members for Sunday football. We were quickly seated which automatically made me like this place especially for being a football Sunday. They asked us what games we were interested in and sat us accordingly. Food and drinks were great and our server was even cool about the 8 Mimosa limit on the bottomless.

I decided to bring my brother and nephew out for happy hour here at Bar Louie. The experience was wonderful and Kenny our server was fantastic and drinks delicious!

We come here all the time and everyone here is amazing! We usually sit at the bar but decided to sit at a table today. Dee was our server and was very nice and attentive. She knew how to work around my dietary restrictions. Definitely will come again :)

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, great food & happy hour. This past weekend tho I had a very disappointing experience. Me & my husband were sat in the patio area & we’re not given service. We sat in between two other parties. Two different waitresses serviced tables around us, I made eye contact with both of them but we were completely ignored. The waitresses came by twice, we sat patiently for 20min then decided to leave. I really like this place so it really annoyed me that we had a horrible experience! Don’t think I’ll be back.
