Don't ever go there... Hardly any selection at all.. Overpriced.. Customer service is meh.. Make sure you know what you are getting as some of the jewelry has no weight to it thus having no real gold value.

The service here is absolutely horrid, if i could have given them a 0 i wouldve. The manager named Ada is thee worst Manager, I spoke to her regarding my ring that they polished amd cleaned and I paid to get both rings resized, when I got them back one was a different color from when I gave it to them. She disrespected me so much and actes as if I was at fault and wouldnt even get the ring fixed even though it was the companies fault. I will be writting a letter and speaking to corporate regarding this manner and the employee Candy who also works there. Kays jewelry is all together horrible, my stone came out 3days after purchase.

We walked up for a ring cleaning. The only 2 associates were busy helping other customers, so we waited and browsed. One of the ladies approached us and said that someone would be right with us... We waited, they continued with their respective guests. A family walked in about 5 minutes after we were told that we'd be helped soon. Eventually one of the workers finished with her customers and DID NOT help us next.... I don't want to make this a race thing.... But we we're waiting and they knew it, but decided to help customers of a similar race and never acknowledged us for a second time. I'll find another Kay that won't appear as racist.

I have been coming here for 5 years now and Ada hands down the best at what she does. She helped me with my wedding ring, my watches, the gifts I would by my mother, to the gifts I get my significant other. By far the best. If you're looking for something without feeling compromised to get anything ask for ADA.

STAY AWAY especially From ADA. She is a condescending arrogant 9-5 employee who hates her job. My wife took her watch the get sized and she was super rude and kept asking for exact day when it was bought and for receipt AFTER she had already found it in the system! Litterally one of the most terrible personalities you'll EVER encounter in your life! But if you try to buy jewelry there, she'll be happy to make her little $42 commission! Looking for a "Karen" at this mall, go find Ada at Kay jewelers!

Never ever taker your pieces for a fixer here! Such a bad experience. I took a ring to this location because I wanted to be clean. I asked an associated ( blond in the middle 40) if I could get i price. She did and she told me that she could clean that for me for free and asked me what kind of stone were there. I did not know because the ring was gifted by my grand mother. She tested and told me that were not diamonds which I expected. I asked her if she could test other 5 rings that were gifted as well. She did And she told me that she could clean them for me for free. After 5 seconds she return with 4! She told me that I was only give her 4.! I told her that I knew that were 5. We spend 10 m on this argument. After A while and my insistence she found the ring in another yellow deposit that she used to put the teeth brush that she used to clean those rings. What a coincidence… such a bad experience. And after all she told me, are you leaving the ring to fix?! I told her NO. Never trust this store nor this lady.

Omg!!, where do I start!? Ok first off this place rarely answer the phone! I mean I literally called for 2 hrs straight. I live right by the mall so I decided to go in. What a surprise to me they were not busy in fact me, my husband and another customer were the only ones there! My husband actually called while we were in the store and they literally let the phone ring! Long story short my husband has brought jewelry from here and it's such a hassle to work with this particular store! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! I really like Kay Jewelry just not at this store!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!! AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR........ONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE NAMED ANABEL WAS THE ONLY HELPFUL ONE! SHE WAS AWESOME!

I went in with my family looking for a class ring for my son. The girl was not attentive, enthusiastic or interested in what we needed, she did not offer sample of the rings and she lock the knowledge or was not willing to let inform us of the process. Won't be getting the ring from this store.

My fiance and I are getting married in May and have been looking the past couple of months for a wedding band he really likes. We went to another Kays back in December and my fiance was able to try on a few white gold rings he liked but still decided to keep his options open. We went to so many stores but the one ring he loved at Kays stood out the best. We went to Kays in a different city and the customer service was horrible there. Yesterday we decided to try this store and right away we were helped out! The lady that helped us was extremely nice and not pushy at all. We wanted to check out one more jewelry store in the mall before making our final decision. After looking at other rings, my fiance loved the one at Kays. We went back and the same lady helped us out! She was extremely helpful and got us in and out right away. I can't wait to pick it up in a couple of weeks!

Ada was best associate to go to for my planned proposal she provided the most extended help like it was one of my own family members and I appreciated the final result that we came up with. She walked me through step by step and made me feel at ease through the whole process. I’m very happy with her customer service!!

The service was amazing. Miss Ada Portillo went above and beyond helping us with our selection. She was extremely patient with my comments or questions and explained every detail to my satisfaction. When it came time to the financing aspect she helped me explore every possible option on the table so that I could still get approved despite my bad credit, and she really came through for me. All in all 15/10 great service.

Some people really something else 😆 I have been a customer for years stopped by with my husband to upgrade our rings the girls were so helpful always greated us right away even though they had customers phones were being answered that we noticed but I don't blame them if they not answering many customers picking up orders and it's a process these ladies taking pictures of the items and everything so yeah we took a while because we wanted our rings with custom designs can't wait to see the outcome thank you ladies for the time and patience 👍👍👍
