Top notch AMAZING customer service!! Went in to get my ears pierced as well as my little sister and they where all so kind and welcoming! Especially Ms. Orquídea, she was so considerate and comforting when it was time for my little sister to get them done and despite my sister being scared she was patient and gentle with her, she was very lovely. Ms. Gemma, also was such a great help that our overall experience went great with them! Loved the vibes and friendliness of these ladies! I’ll be recommending them from now on! Definitely going back to buy from them!

This place is a joke! The customer service is absolutely horrible! When I walked in, there were several associates there but only one got up to assist me. The others were too lazy to even greet me. The jewelry is of very poor quality and extremely overpriced! My poor husband got fooled into buying me "quality jewelry." When I attempted to return the jewelry, they said no returns. We lost all our money. Stay away from this place! They rip people off! I DO NOT recommend coming here to buy beautiful, quality jewelry.
