Our
initial
visit
with
Carmel
Campbell
was
very
good.
She
helped
me
and
my
finance
pick
out
a
perfect
wedding
band
for
him
but
as
soon
as
we
walked
out
it’s
like
their
customer
service
went
from
a
10
to
a
0.
I
came
back
to
get
the
ring
resized
and
the
process
took
forever.
I’m
not
sure
if
it’s
because
they
don’t
have
the
proper
training
on
their
system
or
what
the
issue
was
but
it
was
very
long
and
she
had
to
go
back
and
forth
to
ask
questions
to
her
other
associate.
I
had
a
service
pickup
with
Kay’s
and
I
decided
to
just
walk
in
and
ask
Carmen
if
there
has
been
any
update
on
the
ring.
She
straight
out
tells
me
to
come
back
in
an
hour
because
she’s
going
to
lunch.
And
she
would
call
me
if
it
did
come
in.
I
ended
up
leaving
the
mall
so
I
called
a
couple
of
days
ago
to
get
an
update
on
the
service
since
it
was
scheduled
to
arrive
on
the
29.
The
lady
who
answered
the
phone
said
she
would
give
me
a
call
back
once
it
wasn’t
busy
anymore,
and
to
this
day
I
haven’t
gotten
any
call
back.
And
now
it’s
past
the
promised
date
and
I
called
again
this
morning
gave
her
my
information
over
the
phone
only
for
them
to
tell
me
“I
don’t
see
anything
in
the
system”.
I
asked
her
to
reread
my
phone
number
back
to
me
and
clearly
it
was
a
mistake
on
their
end
because
my
number
wasn’t
typed
in
correctly.
I
am
just
annoyed
about
the
whole
situation.
I
feel
like
they
are
very
polite
while
making
the
sale
but
then
once
you
walk
out
it’s
a
whole
other
story.
