At first I thought this place was a godsend for prescribing Ivermectin. Some of the nursing staff is very nice but everyone else here is extremely rude/ disrespectful. The nurse will Tell you one thing and then the front desk will tell you another thing. There is a lot of miscommunication at this operation. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Then months later they have the tenacity to try to bill me for another $16. They were trying to say I gave them the wrong address but the fact is I did give him the right address and it's the same address on my ID. I would not recommend this place. There billing is very messed and they will try to send you bill after bill after I have paid these guys so much in co-pays several months later. I know it's hard to find good workers in this economy. But I hope the owner of this establishment knows how disrespectful his front desk/ billing is. All I know is I referred to a lot of people to this business but I will make sure to let them all know not to spend a penny more. These guys are unbelievably unprofessional/disrespectful. Most of the nurses seem very nice but when you have incompetent people that do your billing/ front desk it can ruin A lot of customers business. If they would have at least been nice to me about my bill, I would not have done this review. But after being so disrespectful every time I communicate with them I'm done. I will never go here again. Unless the owner has the integrity to make things right. I doubt I'll hear anything. If the owner does not want to make things right, then they will lose at least tens of thousands of dollars in business between me and different people I have referred out to this practice. Hopefully the owner has the owner has the integrity to make things right.

You may want to consider a different clinic. I’ve loved having Jarrod Bagley as my doctor for the past 8 years. He is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients and their needs. Unfortunately, the staff at the front office does not. I’ve learned from experience (myself, parents, brother, sisters, family friends - all patients at Pioneer) that if you ever have a genuine problem (mistakes with copays/surprise bills/ scheduling problems/etc) they can be rude, condescending, and beyond criticism. It will likely add more stress to whatever pain or illness you’re experiencing. Scheduling is currently their worst problem. My wife had her first follow-up with Dr. Bagley on June 15th. She has been waiting months to finally get some help/answers. She always shows up on time, but she made the genuine mistake of thinking her appt was 10 minutes later than it was. She was exactly 10 minutes late. They skipped over her appt and took the next person. When she arrived, front office staff treated her poorly and showed blind indifference. She apologized profusely for her mistake. They forced her to re-schedule. She did, but they said the next available appt would be in October! She left their office in tears feeling embarrassed and dejected. I called their office and begged for solutions or an earlier appointment. Instead of any help, Michelle gave me a condescending lecture on the value of being on time. It was such an offensive and hypocritical message coming from their office. For years, I and so many others have been kind and patiently waited when they’ve been 45+ minutes late with their own appointments. It hurt and left me feeling fearful of the importance my family’s healthcare holds for them. They’re overbooked. They don’t seem to care how long a patient suffers. I think it’s time I look elsewhere - I suggest you do too.

After 3 visits here I can safely say that I have felt completely overlooked for a dollar sign. Instead of listening to my situation and needs, they simply did a copy/ paste solution. I'm not overweight and I could physically get on track on my own. I reached out to Pioneer for some mental health guidance but that aspect seems to barely exist from my experience. I left every visit more frustrated than the last because I paid real money to listen to a bunch of buzz words get thrown at me. I learned nothing from each visit. I received zero encouragement from each visit. Everything they told me in each visit was obvious and pretty useless. Of all the healthcare professionals I have visited over the years, these are by far the worst.

i am sitting here waiting for my appointment and I began reading reviews. I find some of them utterly hilarious!! I have been coming here for several years. I’ve got to say that I’ve never been anywhere that exudes reality and integrity like this place. When reading some of the previous reviews I can say that if you don’t respect the medical field profession, if you think you know more than everyone else, if you are the most important person in the world, if you are unwilling to look in the mirror and just open the door of possibility that the person looking back at you is in fact NOT the one and only perfect person then this place is not for you. Now if you are open and receptive. If you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions and be accountable for your life. If you are seeing a Dr. because you were not able to get the proper diagnosis from webmd or your other clinic that only treated you like a number. If you are willing to pay your bills and understand that this is not a country of FREE healthcare (well not yet). If you are willing to be respectful and carry yourself like an adult, then YES this is the place for you!!! Dr. Bagley is a stud! He listens and then helps me see and understand the process to my health. The front desk is always willing to help out any way they can within the law and within reason. I love the nurses! They are fun and have great personalities!!! I highly recommend this place- Just don’t be a “Karen”!!!

I have been going to Pioneer Comprehensive for years and have been always impressed with the staff and FNP's. If I have been sick they get me right, no waiting. Informative in answering questions and concerns. My appointments have always been on time and quick, unlike long waits at other doctor's office's. Highly recommend Pioneer Comprehensive Medical!

I have been seeing LeAnne for several years. Several of my family members and friends see her as well. She is amazing!! I love the blend of both natural and western medicine. When I had strep, she gave me antibiotic, but when I had mono (yes, as a mom with 4 kids) she had the perfect blend of supplements to help me get well. I am very picky about my health care providers and this clinic is hands down the best I've ever been to!

Pioneer comprehensive is incredible. Not only have they taken great care of my health, but also have great patient care and are so lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctors office that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Michelle always is wonderful and warm from start to finish and promptly takes care of any of my needs. I highly recommend becoming a patient! It’s a wonderful medical office.

They are amazing and really listen to me as a patient and take the time to discuss my symptoms and involve me in my health related decisions. The people at direct nutrition are so kind and helpful and the prices are great.

From the front staff to Dr. Jarrod Bagley the experience was awesome. I was treated with respect and was able to address the medical issue quickly. Also the vitamin C drip is amazing!

Great staff who all seem to have the right balance of friendliness/relatability and professionalism. This office has a refreshingly modern take to healthcare while not lacking all the "normal" practices. It was a relief to be able go in for a physical and not beg for a more comprehensive blood panel to be ordered.
