Just your typical Five Guys. Good food and good service. We picked up our order and they made the fries fresh so they were piping hot when we got back to our office.

$6 for a burned grilled cheese?! The fries were soggy/cold, but the burgers were fine. I wish the prices hadn't gotten so out of control here. I'll still to In-N-Out!

Ordered a burger, small fry and regular soda for only $17. Burger was tiny. Got a lot of fries though.

Of all the burger chains, Five Guys is the best! The burgers are cooked fresh and the fries come from the finest potato farms in Idaho. The shakes are pretty darn good too. This location is clean, and I've never had any problems with my order.

We always have a great experience eating at five guys. The burgers are always fresh and delicious. The lobby is always clean. The only complaint I ever have is the price and if you forget to tell them what toppings you want they give it to you plain without double checking that you didn't make a mistake.

Blonde cashier girl on shift at 6pm tonight was very rude and impatient, even a bit racist. The family in front of me had limited English and she kept talking very rudely to them. Then when I went to pick up my food, another man asked one of the employees for a bag and she came over and said “he doesn’t speak English” very rudely. She needs to change her attitude or not work at the front. Food was great! Pricing went up though. See updated menu picture. Thank you to the workers cooking the food! You gentlemen did great!

Went to 5 guys with my family and ordered a large fry. It was more like a small. No worries I'll order another fry. Order another one and had barely enough fries to fill the cup. I complained to staff. They asked me which number because they knew they messed up. No apology just here little more fries. I used to go to 5 guys for their good portions even though they are more expensive. Not any more.

Placed an online order and was there at the given pickup time, still had to wait 30 minutes before getting our food. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and the staff was rude. I was initially told the wait was so that they could drop the fries, but watched them put cold fries that had been sitting out into our bag. Cold, overpriced food and poor service!

Used to like Five Guys but it has plummeted to a poor shadow of its former self. Not only have they shrunk the fry portion... I get inflation... but one of my burgers seemed tampered with. The bun was extremely soggy. Like a prank. As I had it delivered by Uber Eats, it is a mystery. Hope management investigates what is going on or this location will vaporize itself.

Really really good fries and burgers. Must try if you love burgers. I tried a whole bunch of burgers at different places in a close period of time. This place was my second favorite. I am dinging a tad because there is no drive-through and the ambiance is a bit sterile. And I am Mickey Deutsch!

I was surprised how slow the service was but then I was so impressed by how fresh my cheeseburger was that I totally understand. Wow. So yummy! Great service. Great food!
