4 stars for the puzzle quality but minus two stars because the "Mutiny" room was in an outdoor trailer with woefully insufficient air conditioning. It took what should have been a pleasant experience into an absolutely miserable one past the 15 minute mark. The room had a max capacity of 8 but our party of 6 was already bumping shoulders, so I'd recommend an even smaller group. Puzzles were good, staff was pleasant, but if I had known about the heat issue ahead of time, I would not have booked this location/experience. I do not recommend the Mutiny room during summer.

Went and did the zombie one. It was awesome! We got through every clue except for the last one. It was an awesome experience and definitely worth the money. We will be going back for more. I wish I could say more but I don't want to ruin it for anyone with clues. Thanks for the experience!

Took my teen to the wizard escape room. We got out with 30 seconds to spare. The room was challenging but not overly so. Lighting was dim, so if that's an issue, I recommend night glasses. We had a blast and will for sure will be going again!

I loved it! I had 4 of my friends do the wizard room with me. The hostess was well prepared, friendly and wanted to make sure we were ready to start before she left started the clock. I thought the puzzles were fun and creative. I wanted to do another room right after we finished, but we didn’t have the time to that night.

I come here every so often but every time I do I’m always greeted with amazing customer service and fun escapes. Tonight me and my friend came in to do an escape room, so it was just us 2. We were put with a party of 6, which was no big deal at all. We had tons of fun and escaped. Our game host came up to us after and said he would be giving us vouchers because he felt as if we didn’t do that much which was totally unexpected and so nice to do. Unfortunately I didn’t get their name but a very grateful thanks to them. Another person to give thanks to I believe his name was Nathan? He seems to be the manager and we have seen him every time we go, he always remembers us and greets us with a smile. A very big thanks to those 2 staff members and we will definitely be back.

Over the past year my family and I have come to Alcatraz and worked our way through all of their rooms, from the least difficult to the most. Alcatraz was all of our first escape room experience, and it’s got us hooked. Everyone working there has been so kind, friendly, and fun. The actors are quick-witted, funny, and scary when called for. They skillfully embody their characters and create a fully immersive experience. Talia especially has just been such a delight. She’s bright and friendly and wonderful. Very excited to see the recent addition of the VR rooms. We were so sad we’d run out of rooms after we finished Chloe, but now there’s more for us to explore! We’ll be back soon!

Me, my brother and our wives love escape rooms! And this was hands down the best experience I have had with an escape room. We did the prison bus, we had to be handcuffed to our seats before we began which was cool. And Throughout the room we experienced very unique puzzles that were challenging enough to make you think but not impossible. There is no better feeling than finishing an escape room with time to spare.

I bought tickets to use on a Saturday. The time I THOUGHT it was for was actually at night. UGH!! When we got there luckily enough they weren't busy and was able to switch us to another room quickly. My mistake. But they fixed it. I was very impressed. We were a family of 7. We all had a blast we will definitely be back again. We were able to escape our room. This time to do the one we were originally going to do. Thank you for a great time. Words of advise..CHECK THE TIME WHEN YOU BUY THE TICKETS. 😂 I totally recomend this place.

I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the session. I spent 40 dollars to get in and they could have easily let me back in (took 30 seconds) and chose not to by their own power. Such small exception but by their own choice they chose to not let me back in. I missed an experience with my family that will be remembered as such. I’d like edit this review to a 4/5 stars since they reached out to me directly and apologized 24 hours after this review. They did make things right.

Very fun, had a blast, and the difficulty of Mutiny was right around our skill level, would go again very enjoyable. We had someone with a good pirate accent in charge of our room which made it all the more fun.

Our group got paired with a group of 5 small kids, which made moving around almost impossible, let alone trying to solve puzzles. Actor was good, but the amount of people and the size of the rooms made for a bad experience for me and my two friends.

Nathan, our tour guide to the virtual world, was kind, informative, courteous, and entertaining. The virtual headsets are surprisingly comfortable. The games are challenging but possible to solve. This is definitely a fun and memorable experience.
