Application process with Jessika was unpleasant and unnecessarily frustrating. Moving- in was inconvenient, as building has only few elevators so you need to park on one side of the building and drag your belongings all around to your apartment. Dogs urinate and leave feces on the artificial grass right by the entrance. Dogs urinate in the building too. It smells awful... In the morning & evening they sprinkle the artificial grass with water and it is running on the pavement so you need to walk through that.. dog wash is nasty ( people don’t clean after themselves, neither does the building management) elevator is broken at least once a month and it’s always 24-48h or more to fix it garage parking door is often broken - either you can’t get in, either it’s open 24/7 app occasionally doesn’t let you into the garage& building during winter your balcony door freezes at night and you have a little pond by the door in the morning Our car was broken into in the building garage parking swimming pool is nice when there are no massive parties, which are happening almost every weekend during summer you can not get in for a swim in the morning(10am) it’s closed So yeaaah.. great place

Had to go back for a 2nd tour to see another apartment type yesterday. Just as great as the first one I saw. Loved both. The staff is so friendly and the conversation with the girls while touring is amazing and make you feel like they want this to be your new home. They take their time showing the apartment. The girl that was with me stood on the balcony talking for a good couple of minutes. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely love these and I think this will be the apartment I choose! Also there are no other building around so it’s quite. I also follow them on instagram and they are always doing giveaways and community interactions! That’s a huge plus bc it shows that they actually care about their tenants. Will be back in September when my lease is up.

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at! Not only are staff very kind and understanding, but they are very quick to respond. Communication is excellent along with their facilities team being effective! My only complaints would be the apartments aren’t the biggest, which is fine. The garage parking is excellent, however, the parking outside is “first come, first serve” which is great at first, unless you work late, nearly always forcing you to park out on the street.

The place is every bit as beautiful as seen in the photos. It really is a magnificent place to live. I was denied on my application process.( I kinda figured ) but the place was so nice then I’m not going to give up. I will try again next year and try to clean up some of my credit. I 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anybody that wants to enjoy where they live. The office girls are amazing, I brought my little girl with me and they were wonderful to her. Even when I got denied, I can totally hear the sincerity in the ladies voice.. Cool place for sure

Absolutely love living here! So clean and the people are so friendly and respectful! My first ever apartment and was very grateful I wasn't turned away due to being newly 18 and getting my first place. After working so hard to get in the position to finally get a place I had met Kyla. She is so amazing and friendly and I didn't once feel judged or looked down upon based on my age and how I dress! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! ❤️

Moved in about a month ago and i just haven’t had the time to review. BUT I can say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m moving from out of state and saw more that 15 complexes and this was the best one. Overall the knowledge from the agents was amazing they truly made it feel like home. Allie and Kyla made the whole move in process so smooth.

I have been living at the ICO Vista Station apartments in Draper for 7 months now, and have had the best experience here out of any other apartments I have lived in. There is a strong sense of community here from the staff and residents that makes it feel like a great home. They work hard on events for the residents and I love the updates on Instagram such as 'pet of the month'. Allie has been consistently helpful on anything I need addressed, and maintenance is always prompt. All in all a wonderful place to call home.

I would highly recommend Ico Vista! Management has been incredible to work with, extremely responsive and reliable. Kyla helped finalize my move in and she made the entire experience pleasant from our very first interaction. She ultimately was the reason I chose to make Ico my next chapter. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The location is to die for, the views are unreal and the units themselves are beautiful! Great place to call home!
