I
placed
a
phone
order
and
the
woman
at
Wing
Nutz
read
it
back
to
me.
My
order
was
correct.
When
I
went
to
pick
it
up,
it
wasn't
until
I
got
home
and
opened
the
tied
up
to
go
bags
that
I
was
able
to
see
that
they
forgot
a
pretty
big
item
in
the
order.
I
called
them
to
have
it
refunded
and
was
put
on
hold
for
5
minutes.
I
had
to
hang
up
and
call
back
to
get
someone
to
help
me
so
I
guess
they
had
just
forgotten
about
the
fact
that
they
had
left
me
on
hold
the
first
time
I
called.
The
woman
refunded
the
price
for
the
item
and
when
I
asked
them
about
refunding
the
tax
I
paid
on
that
item,
she
got
confused
and
it
wasn't
worth
the
hassle,
so
I
let
it
go
which
was
annoying,
but
whatever.
Anyways,
the
wings
I
got
were
soggy
and
greasy.
Not
good
at
all.
The
worst
part
of
the
whole
thing
was
the
nacho
chips
in
our
nacho
order
were
crumbs.
It's
like
the
took
and
almost
empty
bag
of
nacho
chips
and
just
poured
out
all
the
leftover
crumbs
into
the
container
instead
of
just
opening
a
new
fresh
bag.
I

I'm
talking
about.
I
will
not
be
going
back.
