This vape, huka, smoke, and coffee shop has it all! I've been to nearly almost every vape/smoke shop from provo to sandy and this place has 10's in all the right places. They have the best selection AND prices on vape juice, and glass and have many kratum and CBD options as well. Throw in that this is the closest shop off of I 15 and it's easy to see why I always go to this shop. Im.not sure if they have been able to launch the outside huka smoking part of the company due to Utah laws but it is does it will be unstoppable. The employees are also all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Adam and the team here are top tier. Have been going here since they opened and won’t go anywhere else unless I’m in a bind or out of town. Employees here have helped me out in random ways more times than I can count. They really care about their customers and have the best selection in the valley. This is my favorite shop by far!!!!

Needed Frappuccinos for the family before Thanksgiving dinner and these guys were open!! Loved the staff and it is very clean and beautiful, will be back for hookah stuff🔮

When I’m in the Draper area, this store is my go to for getting my vapes. They are so friendly and accommodating for anything you may need. If they don’t have what you need, from my experience, just ask and they’ll do their best to get it for you in a timely manner. The employees are just great! They are so helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience in this store.

I bought the AirPro Sourin and it was defective, they gave me another one but not sealed, i thought it was ok but when i notice the button that the vape have was damaged i came back and told them this, they just answer me that they cant do anything, the store is good when you buy things but so bad when you need a refund of defective things because they “dont give money back”. Ill never come back this store anymore.

The girls are amazing here. Usually Lindsay helps me and she's been great since day 1. I've also been helped by Ellie and she's great too. I'm only giving this a 4 star because in between the girls I've been helped by a guy, who I didn't get the name of, but he just seemed annoyed that I was there. Just kind of like "what do you want?" attitude.

Literally the best smoke shop in draper!! The workers here are always so amazing!! And so on top of everything!! This is the only smoke shop I go to anymore because Draper Vaper sucks!! They don’t ever take hundreds… EVEN WHEN MY TOTAL IS $65+ like are you kidding me? i’m not normally one to leave reviews at all, and i really hate giving anyone negative feedback but i just had a really bad time here tonight. i’m not from draper so i decided to go here based on reviews, and they do have a really massive and nice inventory. the only thing was the customer service, and i pride myself on being extremely kind to customer service employees so this was no different. the girl who helped me was just very, very, very cold and obviously very angry or upset about something else, she would hardly talk to me and when she did she was short and her tone was very displeased as if she was inconvenienced by my presence. she was so off putting and rude, and i was extremely uncomfortable so i just told her i needed something from my car and left without buying anything. afterwards i told my boyfriend (who is local and frequents this place) about it and he let me know that he has had similar experiences with a specific girl who works there. i don’t know if it’s the same person or not but this just left me feeling a little sad lol

Great staff! Super friendly and know what they're talking about. Great selection of products, and only place I've seen with a clearance shelf. Definitely will make the long drive just to purchase from them.

They have such a large selection of brands and flavors of disposable vapes! Plus really good customer service. They always help me choose a new flavor and have always had a wonderful experience. Will most likely frequent this stop!

They are always super friendly and helpful when I go in with my daughter and son-in-law. They are regulars and love it there because they are treated so well.

This place is open seven days a week and surprisingly most holidays. Was lucky enough to find that this place was open on Thanksgiving and Christmas this last year. Somehow I always end up running out of Vape juice, or accidentally burning a coil on a holiday. Always have clearance items sometimes vape juice for $10. Also very good rewards program. Excellent and knowledgeable staff that not only know about the products that they’re selling. But are also willing to help you understand what you’re buying. I have on more than one occasion gone in there and bought a new coil, gone out to my car but unable to get my tank unscrewed to change it. After going inside they have been more than willing to help get my tank taken apart and put back together with the new coil. I will drive the extra 10 to 15 miles one way from the nearest Vape shop to where I live just to go here.

Good selection but the lady with the fake looking dreads was really standoffish and unfriendly. Bad customer service. I will never return for this reason alone.

The Shop is always in Immaculate condition, the customer service and knowledge you get when you are there is amazing! The shop is always clean and ready for what ever you need from glass products to the Biggest vape selection I have seen around! Adam along with all his employees are the best!! I reside in Draper and Draper Gate is undoubtedly my favorite vape store. The store is consistently well-maintained and the premises are always clean and ready to cater to your needs. They have an extensive range of products and the most comprehensive vape selection in the area. Recently, my vape started displaying an error message "HIGH TEMP" on the screen, which was quite concerning. One of the young ladies tried her best to help, but then Adam stepped in and he was determined to fix the issue. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he tried a few tricks until he finally found a solution - a simple sample bypass. I am grateful that he was working that day. I walked out of the store with a big smile on my face. Mind you, I wasn't able to vape all day due to this issue. If 100 out of 100 was an option, Adam and his team at Draper Gate would definitely deserve it. Without a doubt, this establishment is the premier choice in the area. Happy Customer *****

Excellent service and selection! I came in to get a gift for a friend with very specific needs and Adam was very patient as I waited to hear back from him about things and also super helpful - he let me fiddle around with various display units until I found the perfect one. The other shop I called said they wouldn’t let me do that. The selection was also amazing - they had the item we needed in 11 different colors!

I don’t think they like my kind in here! Idk 4sure but every time I show up they are closed or about to close the website says 7am till -12am I’m here right at 10:10:30 maybe 11 and no entry everytime……: trust me I love hooka and I am a person who tells the truth no need to lie it benefits me none to lie just please do better with letting ppl in and closing at the time u guys have online that’s all I ask… because I love smoking hooka and buy from you guys all the time no need to lie… also play pro sports out here in Utah so my rep and my name is out there if I lie about a company or business so that’s a no no… hope you guys learn and take responsibility for your actions just don’t let it happen again and everything would be smooth… about this place

I have been here twice. both times were a terrible, terrible experience. I will not come here again. First time they lied to me about the content inside my vape cartridge leading me to believe that it had higher levels of delta 9/8 than it really did. They never ID'd me because I didn't have an ID. They were like, "Oh well. You're obviously old enough", since I am 50 years old. Then today, I came back to buy a torch and he refused to sell it to me because I didn't have an ID.

You know I usually really like this place.... great selection of products, ok prices, and decent reward program. Normally, the customer service is OK too. Not great, but bearable. Unfortunately, tonight it wasn't even ok. The chick who was working was rude, monotone, and shouldn't be working with people. I honestly would've given a 5 star review simply because of the selection, location, and pricing, but she blew it for them. Adding to my earlier review from tonight.... got home, went to change the coil I just bought for my MOD, and, big surprise, she sold me the wrong ones! I even brought my MOD into the store with me, so there's no excuse for this at all. Maybe they just need to train their employees better, I don't know. I am changing my review from a 3 to a 2 star. Sad Since this is the only smoke shop close to home for me, I don't have many options. But each time I've gone since my other reviews, they've since a little better. Back to a 3!😁

Been going here for a good while love the place only been there for there smoke stuff not there coffee yet but I bet its good, very good employees always looking out and helping, they also have a dope chilling spot and they are next door to a very good Mexican restaurant. 10 / 10 would recommend to come here and browse thier stuff.

One star, reason being is because the disposables are almost always not working, I’ve had tons from this store fill my pocket with hot juice, I understand the disposables are not the best device, but when they say try it if it doesn’t work bring it back, but they really don’t honor what they say, the best they did was give me 15 percent off, so I had 2 vapes one works one doesn’t for 40$ lol,

Guy working there looked at my vape and sold me coils that don't fit. When I went to exchange the unopened box with my receipt in hand from a week ago they said they can't do exchanges. Thanks for wasting my money. Finding a new regular shop I guess, won't be coming here again.

Dude Chris and Emily are the best!! I just left and Chris was incredibly helpful and friendly and just a wonderful person! I called before hand to get information on some salt nicotine devices and she was very happy to help as to the other shops I called kept telling me to come in and they were to busy to be on the phone. This was my 4th visit to Draper Gate, and each visit has been a great experience! Adam helped me tonight and went out of his way to hook me up with some gaskets for my tank that I've looked for online and several local shops. Best part was that he didn't charge me for them. No more leaky tank! Made my 20 minute drive worth the trip. Thanks Adam and thanks Draper Gate!

They have a lot of my favorite flavors of juice they even had my wife juice that she has not seen in a long time. Prices are very affordable.

I came in last night to pick up some items. There was one other person in the store being helped so I got asked to wait. I waited and another person came to the counter and helped someone who walked in after me. I feel like when we are asked to wait you should help who was asked first. I am not sure I will return again unless its for Nic.
