This is an amazing hotel - elegant and romantic 🤩 This old hotel is definitely a go to if you are in this city. The hotel is located nicely by the Mosel river and super nice. The interior design is old fashioned German and warm, and the staff is super nice and welcoming. We booked two suites and was lucky to get our own private terrace, as seen on my attached pictures. Everything was nice - the only comment I have is about the parking spots and hotel reception 😊 Parking is included and fine, but note that the hotel consists of many buildings, so you have to walk left on the road to find the reception. A sign here could have been nice 😅

I just had the pleasure of visiting the hotel restaurant - Belle Epoque - this afternoon, but what a pleasure... Simply outstanding. The staff was experienced and courteous, and made sure that we were tended to. The food was marvelous, truly fantastic - one of the best meals I've had in a long time. This place was memorable and I will be back! It seems perfect for a long romantic weekend, with stunning view of the Mosel river. Hungry for more...

Stayed here many years ago, it was a total delight. The murals and architecture were so evocative of the Jugendstil epoch. We had a suite overlooking the river, which was a fairy tale setting. Walking the town and biking along the river - unforgettable. You can make this hotel and the surrounding area the focal point of a vacation and be thrilled you did.

This hotel was one of our ( my husband and I ) favourite spot until this evening. With their amazing new roof spa we wanted return to this lovely hotel. We were planning to book for next February . We were in town with a different accommodation we decided to have a dinner at Bellevue's restaurant and enjoy their amazing food and service. Unfortunately my husband and I found this dining experience very poor. My complain about the raw fish plate handled unprofessionally. The food was avarage. Very sad ....we had most amazing experiences, memories in the past at Bellevue. I don't know will we ever go back to our favourite hotel in Mosel. I hope things will improve there.

We ate here after our wedding with a group of 9 people. There was so much attention to detail, the food was great and wine even better. Staff were very professional. It was a little quiet but we didn’t mind because we had a big group (it was also a Thursday night).

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights I have some mixed feelings about the place but still gave three stars. Let me elaborate: Not very kid friendly: we came here with a small kid in a stroller. To enter the main building and the room in another building, there were a lot of stairs which was not very practical. Due to the old building, the doors to enter some placed were a bit too narrow to enter comfortably. We requested a baby bed in the room when making a reservation, and confirmed a second time by email, upon arrival the bed was not ready in the room. The staff did bring the bed around one hour later. The restaurant was a bit too fancy to eat with a small child - usually some bits fall on the floor but there is carpet so we didnt feed her in the restaurant. If we were here without a kid, there wouldnt have been an issue. Best is to come here as a couple. Maybe it would be better to allow 12+ or 16+ only like some hotels do. Room: room was clean and very large. There were some details worth pointing out. It was hard to figure out how the heating worked and how the blinds would open and close. A staff member showed us to our room -  it would have been appreciated if this is shown to the guests. Some outlets did not work, and the plug in the sink is stuck so the water did not run away. The cleaning staff fixed this issue for us. The floor heating cannot be turned off, or we did not know how, so the room was very hot at all times.  The pillows were of terrible quality. As flat as a piece of paper after a minute of laying on it. Food: the breakfast is a buffet with a lot of variety. I liked that they served Latte Macchiato. I only had dinner once and that was excellent. Unfortunately on the second day my baby and myself became ill. I requested a dinner in the room and that was accomodated. I told them to make whatever is easiest to make and I will eat anything. I got potatoes, roast beef and salad with some bread and it was tasty. We feel as if the restaurant staff was a bit uptight - we got a comment when we used a champagne glass for water at the breakfast and at dinner we felt as if one particular staff member did not like us - when we entered the restaurant with the stroller they seemed annoyed. The bar was closed, which is a shame. Reception desk: always friendly and clear communication. We asked for info about the town multiple times and were helped politely.  All requests were accomodated. Pool: pool was very clean, we were alone there each time we went. The room and pool are heated which made it ideal to swim with a baby. There are bubble bath beds in the pool. Cleaning crew: our room was thorougly cleaned by the cleaning crew. They checked ahead when we would be gone and cleaned the room during that time. To sum up: this hotel is ideal to stay at as a couple or with older kids. If you have a stroller with you, it might be better to stay at a different hotel.

The Hotel is very nice however the staff at the restaurant/Bar and front desk were extremely unfriendly. Rooms in the main building could use an update.

The hotel bar is amazing! It’s decorated in a Parisian Art Nouveau, very cozy! The bartender, Danny, was super friendly and made the best drinks! The espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had and the hunter’s mule (like a Moscow mule but with jagermeister instead of vodka) was a treat with fresh cucumber and mint. I will definitely be back to this bar again.

Everything was okay until the bartender poured a drink on my clothes. Asked if they could possibly clean at least my coat, and lets forget the other clothes. Sadly he said no, so I have to attend an international conference smelling like Jägermesiter... not too nice service or attitude...
