We
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
3
nights
I
have
some
mixed
feelings
about
the
place
but
still
gave
three
stars.
Let
me
elaborate:
Not
very
kid
friendly:
we
came
here
with
a
small
kid
in
a
stroller.
To
enter
the
main
building
and
the
room
in
another
building,
there
were
a
lot
of
stairs
which
was
not
very
practical.
Due
to
the
old
building,
the
doors
to
enter
some
placed
were
a
bit
too
narrow
to
enter
comfortably.
We
requested
a
baby
bed
in
the
room
when
making
a
reservation,
and
confirmed
a
second
time
by
email,
upon
arrival
the
bed
was
not
ready
in
the
room.
The
staff
did
bring
the
bed
around
one
hour
later.
The
restaurant
was
a
bit
too
fancy
to
eat
with
a
small
child
-
usually
some
bits
fall
on
the
floor
but
there
is
carpet
so
we
didnt
feed
her
in
the
restaurant.
If
we
were
here
without
a
kid,
there
wouldnt
have
been
an
issue.
Best
is
to
come
here
as
a
couple.
Maybe
it
would
be
better
to
allow
12+
or
16+
only
like
some
hotels
do.
Room:
room
was
clean
and
very
large.
There
were
some
details
worth
pointing
out.
It
was
hard
to
figure
out
how
the
heating
worked
and
how
the
blinds
would
open
and
close.
A
staff
member
showed
us
to
our
room
-
it
would
have
been
appreciated
if
this
is
shown
to
the
guests.
Some
outlets
did
not
work,
and
the
plug
in
the
sink
is
stuck
so
the
water
did
not
run
away.
The
cleaning
staff
fixed
this
issue
for
us.
The
floor
heating
cannot
be
turned
off,
or
we
did
not
know
how,
so
the
room
was
very
hot
at
all
times.
The
pillows
were
of
terrible
quality.
As
flat
as
a
piece
of
paper
after
a
minute
of
laying
on
it.
Food:
the
breakfast
is
a
buffet
with
a
lot
of
variety.
I
liked
that
they
served
Latte
Macchiato.
I
only
had
dinner
once
and
that
was
excellent.
Unfortunately
on
the
second
day
my
baby
and
myself
became
ill.
I
requested
a
dinner
in
the
room
and
that
was
accomodated.
I
told
them
to
make
whatever
is
easiest
to
make
and
I
will
eat
anything.
I
got
potatoes,
roast
beef
and
salad
with
some
bread
and
it
was
tasty.
We
feel
as
if
the
restaurant
staff
was
a
bit
uptight
-
we
got
a
comment
when
we
used
a
champagne
glass
for
water
at
the
breakfast
and
at
dinner
we
felt
as
if
one
particular
staff
member
did
not
like
us
-
when
we
entered
the
restaurant
with
the
stroller
they
seemed
annoyed.
The
bar
was
closed,
which
is
a
shame.
Reception
desk:
always
friendly
and
clear
communication.
We
asked
for
info
about
the
town
multiple
times
and
were
helped
politely.
All
requests
were
accomodated.
Pool:
pool
was
very
clean,
we
were
alone
there
each
time
we
went.
The
room
and
pool
are
heated
which
made
it
ideal
to
swim
with
a
baby.
There
are
bubble
bath
beds
in
the
pool.
Cleaning
crew:
our
room
was
thorougly
cleaned
by
the
cleaning
crew.
They
checked
ahead
when
we
would
be
gone
and
cleaned
the
room
during
that
time.
To
sum
up:
this
hotel
is
ideal
to
stay
at
as
a
couple
or
with
older
kids.
If
you
have
a
stroller
with
you,
it
might
be
better
to
stay
at
a
different
hotel.
