If
you,
as
a
business
customer,
would
like
to
buy
a
new
car
from
the
Nützel
car
dealership
in
Bamberg,
then
you
should
go
to
the
seller,
Mr.
Tobias
Korn,
immediately.
Under
no
circumstances
to
Ms.
xy,
the
business
customer
salesperson
assigned
to
us
at
the
time.

The

for
Ms.
xy
and

for
the
Nützel
car
dealership
with
regard
to
the
referral
to
this
business
customer
salesperson.
For
Mr.
Korn,
clearly
5
stars
(unfortunately
you
can't
give
more
than
that
on
Google
-
otherwise
6
stars).
I
made
contact
as
a
business
customer
via
the
Nützel
website.
Here
it
is
explicitly
advertised
that
there
are
special
business
customer
salespeople.
After
my
email
request,
Ms.
xy
was
assigned
to
us
by
the
Nützel
car
dealership.
The
configuration
of
the
new
car
was
a
disaster
to
say
the
least.
Ms.
Despite
several
weeks'
notice,
Ms.
xy
couldn't
get
to
grips
with
the
Audi
configurator.
Constantly
scrolling
up
and
down,
looking
it
up
in
her
notebook,
asking
colleagues,
etc.
Questions
about
the
individual
configuration
blocks
could
not
be
answered
or
could
only
be
answered
inadequately.
Configuration
canceled
after
1
hour
and
left.
At
this
point
it
was
clear
that
we
would
definitely
not
buy
a
vehicle
from
the
Nützel
car
dealership.
After
a
few
days
we
received
a
call
from
Mr.
Korn
(Mrs.
xy's
colleague).
He
found
out
about
the
problem
and
asked
whether
we
were
generally
ready
for
a
second
chance,
which
he
would
then
look
after.
Because
of
this
open
request,
Mr.
Korn
gave
me
the
second
chance.
The
subsequent
experiences
with
Mr.
Korn
and
the
related
Configurations
were
at
a
very
high
technical
level.
Mr.
Korn
knew
his
way
around
the
Audi
configurator
perfectly.
Furthermore,
useful
configuration
modules
were
explained
very
well
and
understandably.
Our
questions
were
answered
directly
and
in
full.
After
Mr.
Korn
communicated
to
the
customer
in
a
technically
perfect
and
understandable
manner,
the
configuration
was
a
short
matter.
You
can
feel
Mr.
Korn's
passion
for
his
job
and
his
commitment
is
correspondingly
high.
Based
on
this
positive
experience,
I
ordered
the
vehicle
from
Mr.
Korn.
The
vehicle
handover
and
initial
instruction
for
the
vehicle
went
really
well
and
continued
Mr.
Korn's
high
level.
Even
after
handing
over
the
vehicle,
Mr.
Korn
has
provided
perfect
support
with
questions,
etc.
It
is
now
clear
to
us
why
there
were
always
customers
at
Mr.
Korn's
at
our
first
appointment
with
Ms.
This
continued
in
the
subsequent
appointments
(purchase
completion
and
vehicle
collection)
and
so
the
first
appointment
was
definitely
not
a
snapshot.
Without
Mr.
Korn
-
in
our
experience
-
the
Nützel
car
dealership
in
Bamberg
would
definitely
not
have
such
a
customer-oriented
top
salesperson.
Guess
Mr.
Korn
records
most
of
the
sales.
However,
this
is
done
without
sales
tricks
but
always
with
the
customer
in
mind.
This
is
not
a
given
in
this
industry.
