gentlemen
of
the
b-flat
Jazz
Club,
I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
dissatisfaction
regarding
our
recent
visit
to
your
club.
We,
three
musicians
from
different
countries,
had
pre-booked
three
seats
and
received
confirmation.
Unfortunately,
our
visit
was
far
from
pleasant
and
did
not
meet
the
expectations
one
would
have
for
a
renowned
jazz
club
like
b-flat.
Upon
our
arrival,
we
discovered
that
no
seats
had
been
assigned
to
us,
and
we
were
instead
directed
to
a
side
room
near
the
bar.
The
noise
level
from
the
bar
was
unbearably
loud,
making
it
practically
impossible
to
enjoy
the
music.
Our
request
to
lower
the
volume
in
the
adjacent
room
was
unfortunately
ignored,
resulting
in
a
frustrating
and
disappointing
experience
for
us.
It
is
disheartening
to
witness
how
the
reputation
of
the
b-flat
Jazz
Club
has
changed
over
time.
It
used
to
be
a
significant
hub
for
the
jazz
scene
in
Europe,
but
now
it
appears
to
be
more
geared
towards
tourists.
As
musicians
who
appreciate
the
authenticity
and
quality
of
jazz
music,
we
left
with
a
sense
of
deception
and
frustration.
While
we
understand
that
events
and
circumstances
can
evolve,
we
had
expected
a
club
with
the
reputation
of
b-flat
to
continue
focusing
on
preserving
the
tradition
of
jazz.
Unfortunately,
this
does
not
seem
to
be
the
case.
We
hope
that
you
consider
our
feedback
constructive
and
take
measures
to
improve
the
quality
of
the
musical
experience
at
the
b-flat
Jazz
Club.
We
are
confident
that
a
return
to
its
roots
and
increased
attention
to
the
needs
of
jazz
enthusiasts
can
restore
the
club
to
a
place
appreciated
by
musicians
and
music
lovers
alike.
