The waitress appeared to be very funny and cool. But the tragic fun was that there was a long hair in food fully coupled with chicken, we told them, but I can say that despite a very tiny action, they didn't care. So don't expect too much if you find hair in your food.

The location is big and really nice. The quality of food is good and they have many original Spanish dishes. At the time of our visit the service was really slow and we needed to wait a while. The staff is friendly and they are able to recommend you some good dishes if you don’t know what too choose. The wine menu and drinks is as the dishes good and they have plenty of choices with and without alcohol.

It's a rainy days, since indoor seat is fully booked, so we can only sit outside. Ordered the set tapas, I would say none of the dish is spectacular, just ok. Price wise is quite reasonable for the where it is located. Waiter speak a little bit of English, but at least he is friendly and helpful.

Why go to a restaurant and make your own sandwiches ( tapas ) for 30 euros? What kind of concept is this? The assorted meat that my wife ordered was completely not tasty, just bad in taste. The tenderlois steak I ordered was tasty, but cold, and on top of that, the waiter didn’t ask what degree of doneness I preferred, didn’t ask what kind of vodka I preferred, and didn’t bring drinks with the main course on time. She is probably very experienced and was able to determine the guest’s preferences with one glance. P.S. We were and remained in a great mood. In my opinion, this restaurant is very overrated, and the service of individual waiters (I don’t know how others work) is at a very low level.

Oh man, you should go here for sure! Very spacious place with extremely friendly staff. They have good Spanish food and drinks. The Sangria was not traditional, but did the trick 😉 Food was amazing and you can easily spend a lot of money here. The prices are a bit high, especially the Sangria. So be aware of the prices when you order. If you're visiting Leipzig, pay a visit for sure.

We enjoyed very delicious Tapas at the Café Madrid, beautifully served in nice tablewear within only a few minutes. The staff was friendly, the prices absolutely fair. I especially recommend the Andalusian lamb; the potatoes and dates were very good as well; the spinach with feta was a bit boring though.

The service was very good. Waiters are very organised when serving customers. The interior is nice too. The food is not the best to my personal preference however I’m giving full stars for an overal rating.

Restaurant Cafe Madrid is a good place for tapas. Order a lot of small things for the table as the portions are extremely small if you order from the first two columns of the menu. I had the paella which was a big portion enough for at least two. I enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates and mussels. The guacamole was surprisingly good for a Spanish restaurant but tasted great on the bread. Server was very friendly.

If it weren’t for the service this would have been a 1/5. Extremely badly cooked food, sausage was hard as a rock, squid was completely tasteless, garlic chicken was dry. I struggle to remember a dish tht was good but sadly there was none. Definitely do NOT recommend

Excellent restaurant if you are looking for Spanish food. The food is delicious, for drink I took one Tinto de Verano that was really good. People working there were extremely friendly and they speak German, English and Spanish. Nice terrace with lot of shadow. Totally recommend.

Decent tapas, in a nice setting. Good service with a helpful waiter. Food was tasty - we had mainly tapas, though our steak was poor - seems medium rare isn’t so understood here! 🤷🏻‍♂️ No complaints but wasn’t blown away. Great location 👍🏻👍🏻

This tapas restaurant has, as you would expect, a variety of dishes, some of which I enjoyed, and some of which I enjoyed a lot. Generally, I think the small dishes are better than than larger ones. Service was quite good, but I had one waiter that was pretty unfamiliar with the menu. A Spanish friend claims that quite a few dishes are quite genuinely Spanish. A very enjoyable place to dine and linger.

The best Tapas in town!! Very flavorful and fresh ingredients! Chorizo and croquettes dishes are the best. Top! But the cocktails are okay!

The place charge for every ketchup and mayonnaise 2 euro. The plates are small and very industrial taste. Wouldn't go back there.

On a trip around Europe, it's great to find good places to eat. The staff were friendly and the food was great, we had the 5 bowl tapas with bread and aloi, from a good range on the menu, with sangria. 😋😋

The food is fine, as to be expected. Perfect location in the centre. We were not very happy with the staff. Had to wait very long for extra bread (forgot) One of us got wrong desert and then had to waight for half an hour. We asked for rhe bill three times...didn't feel very welcome

Good selection of choices for vegetarians, quite usual but foods contain too much garlic and onion, even though many people like them. Service is neat and prices are somehow a bit higher… It situated in center popular areas where of course people eat and shop.
