We hired this company for our move. And what should I say? The conditions couldn't have been worse (snow, wind, cold, wet). Apparently Mr. Scholze came to us with his entire crew...and rocked this incredible move within 4 hours! Insanely competent. At a fair price! And with friendly colleagues! Nothing was broken. And we are still amazed by this performance! Keep it up! 5 stars from me! Because unfortunately there are no 10! Thanks!!!

We hired this moving company to move my mother-in-law. The move went very well and we had no damage. The furniture was all dismantled in the old apartment and reassembled in the new apartment. Since we were satisfied with the company, we also commissioned them to clear out the old apartment. The apartment was cleaned very well. My sister hired this company for her move. What she experienced was catastrophic. Apart from that, there are cheaper companies (with a fixed price). The doors were not hung back after the work was finished, the shower enclosure was installed incorrectly, which a good friend fixed, as changes (defects) were simply added to the invoice. You just can't treat customers like that. Unfortunately, based on our experiences, we cannot recommend this company. I would like to respond to your response to my review! Regarding your point 1: That's right, the contract was executed by my sister's carer. What's wrong with that?! Regarding your point 2: It's also true that I wasn't there (see my review), but my mother was the whole time, and she also contacted you or her colleagues about the defects. In order to respond to the time, 2 days were planned. So now I'm wondering where more time should have been invested, because no one worked longer. Regarding your point 3: Since my mother was always on site, she also pointed out the deficiencies to her employees. As a result, you don't need to address my sister's psyche. We ourselves know that she is not capable of doing this, otherwise she would not have a carer. Regarding your point 4: The payment deadline of your alleged 30 days was not exceeded (the amount was payable by October 22nd and was settled on October 20th). Now the question arises who should be ashamed here!
