I can 100% recommend a visit! We received a very warm and relaxed welcome, even though we were a few minutes late. Everything was explained very well. Couple floating was unusual at first, but then very relaxing. The rooms are very clean, lovingly decorated, everything looks very new and if you have forgotten something, there is plenty of stuff on site to borrow and use (slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer, creams). I'll definitely come back for a massage!

My husband and I went floating for the first time today and everything was explained very well to us. We were in really good hands and felt comfortable right from the start :) The massage we booked was also very good. We feel like we were reborn and full of lightness :) We will be back definitely :)

I love this place of relaxation. The staff are so accommodating and I always feel comfortable. Bathing in salt water is not only a relaxation for the mind but also a cleansing for the body, I feel that every time after floating. And I enjoy relaxing in the relaxation room with a delicious salty drink and snack. Thank you dear team from the bottom of my heart:)

Ich musste den heutigen 14 Uhr Termin absagen, da ich gestern, Ostermontag-feiertag, das PCR Ergebnis erhielt Corona positiv. Seit Karfreitag lag ich und meine Familie mit hohem Fieber flach. Ich probierte mehrfach heute Vormittag erfolglos telefonisch jem. Zu erreichen. Kein Anrufbeantworter war an. 13.50 erreichte ich endlich eine Dame, die mir gleich als erstes zu meiner Lage schilderte oh da haben wir eine Ausfall. Und mir wurde schlussendlich mein kompletter Gutschein in Wert von 90 Euro belastet für keine Leistung. Als ob ich mir covid ausgesucht hätte. Unfassbar in mein Augen. 90 Euro sind eben mal für manche sehr sehr viel Geld. Ich werde nie wieder kommen und Freunde, Familie sicher auch nicht. Ich werde mir vorbehalten mich beim Verbraucherschutz und Rechtsschutz zu informieren, wie ich teile des Geldausfalls zurückerhalten kann. Es kann nicht rechtens sein. Hab mir covid und arg krank zu werden nicht eben ausgesucht! Einfach nur traurig und fassungslos. Ich stelle hier nochmals klar, dass ich nicht nur 1x versucht habe jemanden zu erreichen. Als mein Mann und ich mehrfach anriefen ging definitiv kein AB ran. Ein üble Unterstellung es nicht wahrgenommen zu haben den AB nicht zu nutzen - es sprang keiner an!!! . Mir wurde auch bestätigt, dass meine Nummer mehrfach seit morgens auf dem Display unter entgangene Anrufe wahrgenommen wurde. Ich habe ebenfalls in meinen schlauen Telefon den Nachweis wie oft ich und mein Mann angerufen haben und für wie lange. Ich habe auch nicht erwartet, dass man nichts an Stornogebühren abzieht. Aber komplett den Betrag einzukassieren ist einfach nur unfassbar. Ein entgegen kommen in dem Telefonat mit der Kollegin gab es nicht. Die Art und Weise, geht in meine Augen gar nicht. Sie haben leider weiteres Gespräch zur Deeskalierung Ggf. Kundenorientierung mit mir gesucht. Eine negativ Rezension abzugeben ist aus meiner Perspektive und Erfahrung absolut legitim und kann/darf für Kunden nicht von ihnen verboten werden. - da die Erfahrung die wir durchgemacht haben durchaus sehr schlecht ist. Mir geht es hier nicht, und das möchte ich betonen, um Schuld/Problemzuweisungen, von solchen falsch dargestellten Aussagen distanziere ich mich. Beste Grüße

Nach dem gemeinsamen Floating waren wir abwechseln im Natursalzraum und zur Massage bei Corinne. Die Salzperle ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns direkt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, die junge Frau am Empfang hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und hat uns mit ihrer ruhigen und entspannten Art direkt sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Haut geht es wunderbar nach dem Bad in der Sole im Floatingbecken. Das Becken hat eine angenehme Größe und man kann nach Wunsch das Licht und die Musik selbst ein- oder ausschalten. Ich empfand das Entspannen in Dunkelheit und Stille am schönsten. Im Natursalzraum wurden die Schleimhäute der Atemwege gepflegt, auf dem Weg nach draußen habe ich richtig gespürt dass meine Nasenschleimhäute abgeschwollen waren und ich viel besser durch die Nase atmen konnte (ich habe ein wenig Heuschnupfen). Die Ganzkörper-Massage bei Corinne war dann das nächste Highlight. Sie ist unglaublich gut ausgebildet und hat mir nicht nur zu mehr Entspannung sondern auch Beweglichkeit verholfen (so gut konnte ich lange schon nicht mehr mit meinen Zehen wackeln - und beim Yoga merke ich es auch). Das Gespräch während der Massage war tiefgründig und offen, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Auch mein Partner hat die Zeit in der Salzperle sehr genossen. Nach ca 4 Stunden haben wir uns im Shop noch zwei Steine ausgesucht, die uns nun immer an diesen leichten und entspannten Zustand erinnern, in dem wir wieder aus der Salzperle hinaus geschwebt sind. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, es hat sich sehr gelohnt und die Preise sind angemessen, bedenkt man die wertvollen Materialien, die hier zur Anwendung kommen (Solesalze, Wasser für das Floatingbecken und Öle für die Massage bei bestens ausgebildeten Therapeut:innen).
