Great food and great prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a kiosk you can order on, which is nice.

Spotted this location during our travels in Bavaria. Located in Amberg. The best ever, we ordered #5 spicy currywurst and Potatoe pancakes with sour cream. Will be back to see just how spicy we can be.

My first time having Currywurst and pommes fries, so nothing to compare them to, but I enjoyed them and would definitely go back!! Mike's is a small, casual/unfussy place with a nice area to sit outside. Service was quick, friendly and welcoming even with my very rough German and they easily switched to converse in English upon realizing my limited vocabulary. I stopped a second time several days later for just a lemonade while walking the town and was greeted with smiles and waves coming and going, as if I'd been a local and regular for years and that stood out as much as the food!

Visiting Amberg for the Holidays and had to finally try this place. The entire operation is SOLID. Food is great. Service is great and atmosphere is welcoming! We were instantly greeted when we walked in and had no issues searing ourselves. Their homemade chairs are very unique, but comfortable. Food was excellent. I am now a huge fan of currywurst! IF YOU VISIT, EAT HERE!

Ware hier schon öfters um eine Currywurst zu essen. Das Essen ist echt super lecker und der Service 1a! Wer noch nicht hier war sollte auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen!

Die beste Currywurst die ich je gegessen habe. Preislich auch vollkommen im Rahmen. Problematisch ist es nur mit den Park- und Sitzplätzen. Am besten etwas weiter weg parken und zu Fuß kommen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Wir waren gestern dort und haben Currywurst und Pommes gegessen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, aber ich fand die Currywurst war ein bisschen zu klein. Was ich sehr gut dort finde sind die verschiedenen Schärfegrade habe mit der Schärfe Stufe 6 angefangen werde beim nächsten Mal Stufe 8 ausprobieren.

Super Currywurst, in einer sehr guten Qualität. Sehr freundliches Personal und auf Sauberkeit wird sehr viel Wert gelegt. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Essen war gut, die Leute sehr freundlich. Aber im Lokal so eng das ich dachte ich hätte mich in eine Sardinienbüchse verlaufen. Man hätte sich auch draußen hinsetzen können, aber es war sehr windig und der Verkehr war mir zu laut, da das Lokal sehr nah am Kreisverkehr liegt. Meine Begleiter waren auch der gleichen Meinung wie ich.

Mike is often found sitting outside. Indoor and out door seating. Directly a-crossed from the cinema. This place has delicious food. There’s even a secret menu item! If you’re a thrill secret and want to try something insanely spicy try ordering a 11 or 12 in the spice level (normal is 1-10) but be ready this can get hot! If you’re like me the 3 is perfect.

Two double currywurst with fries, recommend carry lvl. 7+ if u like it hot!

Best currywurst this side of Berlin! Love the sweet potato fries. They even have an amazing vegetarian burger. Definitely must visit for tasty and quick take out.

This place hold so many memories in my nearly 6 years of living in Germany. Best place where me and my step dad bonded if you wanna talk about good currywürst it better be mikes curry house up your talking about cause I’ve never had better! this place is and will always be one of the best.

Always a great spot for a quick bite to eat! Reminiscent of an in and out diner or fast food joint in the United States. Classic feel and the perfect place to get Currywurst in Amberg. They also do a spicy Currywurst from level 1 - 10. You can't beat it!
