    Hot yoga is amazing!! The benefits of hot are definitely worth all the sweat. For me it has really improved my flexibility which in return has helped me to keep injury free with all the running I do. Hot yoga has also helped my sleep, I defiantly get the best sleep after hot yoga. I like to hydrate after Laura’s class with one of her juices, frozen, and by the end of the class it’s a real treat. Laura is very passionate and knowledgeable about hot yoga and it certainly across in her classes. If you haven’t tried hot yoga, I highly recommend you give it a go.

    The hardest and most rewarding form of exercise! Laura is unreal, so encouraging and knowledgeable. The first few weeks when starting are so tough but once you stick at it, it becomes addictive you will not want to miss a week😀I would highly recommend the class. Not only is it an unreal workout but I always leave feeling so calm and stress free. It also has definitely helped me keep myself right for other sports. Could not recommend it enough!

    Hot Yoga, for me, is possibly the best form of exercise that I've ever come across. I'm always raving about it and giving out about it at the same time. It is tough, but the benefits are amazing. Not just for mobility but for your system which, I feel, is cleansed through the amount of sweat emitted from your pores during the session. Laura Armada Buch is an amazing coach who pushes you to your limits, yet makes you feel fab, despite some groans. And in the way she encourages each and every person, she is like your own personal trainer - just with 40 others in the same room! The heat and pace make it a great workout and the high temperatures ensure you get deeper stretches. As Laura says, using all the muscle groups and keeping them flexible will help you lead an independent life longer as you age. I'll be loving being able to touch my toes in my 80s! Bend you will mend with Hot Yoga - the heat is on!

    I have been going to Laura’s classes for many years, and without doubt it’s the best in Drogheda! If searching for a workout that concentrates on all areas of your body then this class is for you. It’s not for the faint hearted, it’s a tough session but the satisfaction of completing the class each week is extremely motivational. Laura has definitely found her passion and talent as a yoga teacher and thankfully I found her class which I couldn’t live without!!🙏

    Hot Yoga at Labfitness is by far the best class iv attended. I can't go without this class every week, from stretching to strength to mobility & flexibility. I find it really helps with my running and prevention to injuries. Laura is THE BEST, she brings new challenges all the time so you never get bored of the same thing. I really feel the benefits from this amazing class. And it's so nice to treat yourself to a freshly pressed juice after class as you will SWEAT alot 😄

    Hot yoga is a brilliant workout, great for flexibility, strength and your mind. Laura always makes class fun while putting us through our paces and after years of doing the class still manages to throw in new moves on a regular basis. I have a problem with my back which thankfully due to yoga gives me very little hassle these days!!! Highly recommended 👌 💪🧘‍♀️❣️

    Favourite class. Laura is fantastic at what she does and very knowledgeable. Hot yoga keeps my body feeling flexible, mobile and pain free. Would 100% recommend Labfitness!

    I absolutely love hot yoga at lab fitness. I attend the Saturday morning class and it sets me up for the weekend. Laura and Tara are amazing teachers who make you feel comfortable as a beginner and also ensure you achieve a great workout every time. The sweat is unreal!

    Hot yoga at labfitness is an excellent workout class.! Strength building, cardio and detoxifying.. Laura is a fantastic instructor with so much positive energy that rubs off on you during class.. this class is great for flexibility and mobility and has kept me injury free during marathon training and adventure racing.. The studio is always clean and the lighting gives off good vibes which creates a nice workout environment. Tara is also a fantastic instructor who looks after beginner classes. I would highly recommend trying a hot yoga workout in labfitness with the team.

    Great studio, Laura is a great instructor (even if she can't count...selectively), I've been going to hot yoga forever here and it has just become a way of life. I know without a doubt I have benefited greatly mentally and physically. Without doubt the best fitness class I've ever taken and I've taken a few. I can't recommend it enough. Tara takes care of the beginners and she's patient and gives clear instructions, a great addition to the studio . All and all a very positive place to forget the madness of the world and come out feeling stronger and clear headed.

    By far the best gym I’ve had the pleasure of being a member!! The staff is knowledgeable and the equipment is plentiful. The gentleman who signed me up (Michael) who I also believe is the manager was very personable and easy going. If you happen to swing by definitely ask for him!!!

    Hot yoga is a mental & physically challenging class that suits all levels. Laura is an upbeat motivational teacher with absolute zero judgment. If you have been thinking about trying this class don’t give it another thought & get on down. You will feel amazing & sleep like a baby after! #staybendy

    I joined Laura's Monday class back in January of this year, and I have to say, it's one of the best decisions I've made in a long time in terms of health and fitness. The weekly classes have helped immensely with my knee issues. There's also been a noticeable increase in my core strength and flexibility since taking on hot yoga - both of which have furthered my progress in my other sporting interests. 11 months in, and I'm ready to up the ante by taking two of Laura's classes a week. Would highly recommend giving it a try (so long as you don't take my spot) 😄 #Namaste 💗
