I ordered the Super Dave with no sauerkraut. I asked before I placed my order was the pastrami grilled? They said yes so I asked can I get it a little more grilled than usual and they said yes . What I received was pastrami that wasn’t grilled at all with lettuce tomato and a pickle on a grinder roll with no mayo no mustard. Pretty much a dry sandwich. Never again Im furious. Then I call to make a complaint, they pick up and immediately tell me to hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes, no one ever came to the phone. I hang up and called back and the phone has been busy for at least 30 minutes. Disgusting and disrespectful

I cannot even begin to describe how good these subs are. They truly never miss. I’ve had the veggie burger sub and the Turkey Dave and they were both incredible. The only seating is outside, so it can be pretty hot in the summer but it’s shaded with fans, so I’m usually fan. 5/5 stars every time

The vibe is laid back and fun punk Rock music playing. The bread was fresh/ the perfect thickness, but not so much that you can't get to the contents of the sandwich you ordered. I did an Italian and added hot peppers and it was a symphony of flavor. The vinaigrette sauce/ Dave's cosmic sauce was sooo good. I was upset that I didn't order a larger sub! They have some great options that would work for anyone, large menu. So glad I found them!

Probably the best sub I’ve had in atlanta! The sun is toasted to perfection and the sauces and cheeses perfectly compliment the otherwise bland chicken! Must try spot!

My husband and I went to grab a sandwich while our daughter has been in the nearby NICU at CHOA. We got our food “to go” and took it back to the hospital waiting room to eat. I found this disgusting piece of plastic wrap literally cooked into my sandwich. It was compacted into a half melted ball when I found it and started pulling it apart. Gross. Idk if it was holding the raw meat before they cooked it so now my $12 sandwich is a waste. Guy working the front was kind when we ordered, so I didn’t give a 1 star review for that reason.

HORRIBLE customer service. I was a walk-in to go order. I got home and realized I was given the wrong sandwich. I call the store to get this resolved and the Lady tells me to come back tomorrow when the manager is in the store. Shouldn't the correct response have been "Sorry for that feel free to come by and have this corrected"? Instead she tells me that I am rude. The employees on that phone also refused to give me their names. Please have a little more pride in your business and choose better employees with basic customer service skills.

Really yummy! We tried both veggie sandwiches: the garden burger and the ashbury. Both were warm, great bread and great fillings. Only wish there was indoor seating. We’ll be back!

Usually love this place. Went in there this morning, looked like some corporate guy was in there giving the staff a hard time. He tried to take my order and it took forever for him to click the right buttons. Free the guys.
