Zonolite is my favorite park to go to here. I do river clean ups and volunteer here a lot!!! This park is amazing and well kept. Very peaceful , dog friendly and lots of wild medicinal plants hanging around. I truly love this place.

A get away in the middle of the busy city. Makes me feel like I'm far away. I adore all of the tall trees and greenery. Cute little peaceful creek. So many nice wonderful people, lots with dogs! Great park and a really wonderful lady that takes care of it, Patty. Lend a helping hand next time you're there and pick up a couple pieces of garbage you see on your way through. It's well maintained and new trails have been added. Short walk but if you take your time to take it all in you could get lost there for "hours". Gorgeous place.

In the early 70s some classmates at Briarcliff HS and I did a movie on "pollution in our community". We filmed most of it in what appears to now be Zonolite Park. There was trash and sludge everywhere. I've been away from ATL for years. So imagine my surprise when I now see it's a beautiful park. I can't wait to go and visit it. By the way, Coach Blackerby gave me, David Paller and another student an A. I wish I still had the movie!

This is a good quick place to walk to the end of trails and end up in someone's backyard. The trails are quick and there's some excitement along the way. There's a creek of water where you can see little fish and tar poles, nothing to go fishing though. There's a huge garden at the entrance. It's really cool how they try to maintain conservation efforts and such just wish the trails looped around or connected besides walking back to the beginning and continuing

This is a small park with a nature trail, a "beach", and creek running through it. It was a great place to just sit and listen to the birds and watch the lazy stream go by. My dog loved it here and so did I. There is also a big meadow if you want to throw a frisbee or maybe fly a kite.

It's a tiny little patch of extremely well maintained parkland! Atlanta is full of amazing 20-30 acre parks! Trees?gigantic! People so sweet you'd think they fell from the trees! Dogs are equally mellow!! I'm proud to call this town home after only 4 months living here!

What a gem of a park- we enjoyed the open meadow, the nice forest walk, and of course, going to the creek. There are nice benches throughout.

Not terribly impressed. If it were in my neighborhood I would walk over, but not worth driving to. The paths are well maintained and the proposed trail is okay. Just nothing special.

Community gardens to explore, a field to throw a ball or fly a kite, and woodland paths to stroll.

This is one of my favorite parks because its so comfy. A South Fork Peachtree Creek Conservancy in partnership with local companies development. They've created a clean and refreshing vista at Zonolite Park. Peachtree creek had been the center of project and I'm glad they have put so much effort into keeping it clean and alive. When I visited the park it was a WINDY day but there was a bird watcher taking pictures of the birds, that had come to hangout in the brush. She pointed out some rare birds. There were quite a few exotic creatures that seemed to enjoy the flora as much as I did. There's a garden and dog park before the trails most of which are neatly paved and its usually quiet, and comfortable and never too crowded.

This place keeps getting better. Thee gardens are beautiful, the woods are getting nicer as volunteers remove privet and they keep putting in new bridges and walkways. The creek here makes you feel like you're miles from Atlanta, while you're right in the heart

park is deceptively large once you start taking all the trails. esp during spring/summer when everything is green. parking lot is sorta small and hard to find but that adds to the charm. it's not a huge park but perfect to take kids... the creek provides loads of fun.

A beautiful park with walking trails and a huge garden tucked away in the businesses behind Briarcliff Animal Hospital. I don't recall seeing a playground during my visits, but it's definitely a great place to bring your dogs AND children to get some fresh air

Best in fall and winter. Less over growth near the river. A pretty rad spot to grab a moment of quiet. Not silence as that would be nearly impossible in this city but some quiet none the less. Also good river rock and arrow head hunting.

Nice little surprise park somewhat tucked away. Connects with a community garden and other trails. Birds chirping for days - very peaceful and interesting place to explore once you get inside!

One of my favorites in Atlanta. Zonolite is a quaint developing park sponsored by people that care to restore the beautiful Peachtree South Fork Creek. Beautiful, gorgeous vista, Dog park, Planters boxes. Clean outdoor family friendly space.

Our family loves this park. The large meadow, the garden with picnic tables, the trails, the creek with a little beach are perfection. We go often enough to see how the water levels in the creek change when there is a lot of rain and some days the creek turns into a river and swallows the beach and even the shrubbery several feet high. It can get muddy and we like to wear rainboots on the trail and near the creek. Just a great place and we look forward to see it expand and eventually connect to the beltline.

Nice break away from all the hustle and bustle of big city life. Peaceful, quiet and very calming place to enjoy a small piece of Mother Nature’s wonders.

Tucked away and secluded. Pavilion with tables next to the garden. Good size flat grass patch for dogs.

Short walking trails are all well maintained. Don't get too close to the river. The edge can collapse anytime.
