Lovely hidden gem in the village of Baie St Paul owned by a charming couple from Switzerland. Intimate place (seats 20 people max so make sure to book in advance) and delicious family style food based on carefully curated ingredients. Honest, tasty and simple! Loved it.

One word for this restaurant - WOW ! If you're looking for something different to eat with a trip to Switzerland, this is your spot. The owner, walks around with his ''meule'' (round cheese) and shares his culture as well as his mom's recipes :) Just a delight. For those who are intolerant to lactose, it might not be the best place to go to ;)

Best restaurant I have ever been to! You need to reserve a month in advance. But once you are there you are served some of the best food ever with heart-warming, smiling hosts! You really feel like home. It is an experience unlike any restaurant I have ever been to! It is a must if you are in the region.

This is the best cheese fondue I have ever had. This restaurant is top rated for a reason. The attention to detail and service is first rate. Make sure to reserve well in advance of your visit as the restaurant can fill up fast. Top items include the raclette and the blue cheese fondue.

Amazingly good food (coming from Germany I know how Swiss fondue has to taste), great service with employees/owners loving what they are doing and enough flexibility to find a table despite of being fully booked out (as always I feel). Also, I love the concept of the included taxes and tip in the marked prices - makes it so much easier at the end. If I lived in this city, I would come to Ah La Vache many times... <3

Probably one of the best swiss restaurant in the country. If you love cheese and you are looking for an authentic swiss culinary experience this is the place. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent.
