THE QUANTITY IN THE PICTURES IS NOT THE AMOUNT GIVEN, I HAVE STARTED EATING. _______ The chicken has a burnt taste. The sauce has no taste, no flavor, it is basically thick water. The fries are undercooked. Overall, the service was quick but the food was just not it. The sauce looks so sad, it used to be darker, and looked richer. I would not order again.

Food is. Old. Very oily and the resto is dirty as hell. Tables chais and floors been washed with a dirty mop and the front counter Nasty place Stay away from here. They should shut it down for cleaning Bathrooms. Closed

The staff at this location seemed to be in need of assistance. They were definetly overwhelmed. My bill was miscalculated, items from my order were missing, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency on the cooks part. With that said, I did notice that the order screen was down, which probably made things more difficult for them. The cashier did apologize for their mistake an even offered me a coleslaw and macaroni free of charge. The food was warm, tasty and well cooked. As I was not too pleased about my experience here, I do believe with some guidance and training the customer service experience can be improved.

I’m quite satisfied with this kfc location. The wait is not long. The service is ok. The staff seem to be hardworking, cleaning the place all the time. The fries are plenty. Food is hot. Chicken pieces are surprisingly big. Salad is all packed full in the container. The only one not-as-good thing is the drumstick seems to be a bit undercooked. It’s pink inside. I just left that part not eaten. 4-stars.

I made an order by uber and all was wrong, I ordered 4 meals and I just received a box of cold popcorn that I did not order and 2 drinks, is the driver or a pfk employee who is a thief and bad worker. First and last time I bought food in this store.

I bought a 4 pieces tonight, Saturday 21 Oct, the chickens were undercook. Also the young boy behind counter was very aggressive. I never come back to this branch.

The cashier Martine was super nice and friendly, I ordered the popcorn chicken combo with a gravy and my food was hot and freshly made. I had a great overall experience here and would definitely come back again. Props to Martine! Your energy and efficiency is out of this world!

the chicken was hot but not freshly cooked hard to shew, the crisp dark brown color make me believe they either re-cook the chicken or that their oil is burnt when they cook it then they microwave it, their batter is delicious but it is not crispy since it is not freshly cooked. ps you are better off getting cooked chicken from the small market next door at least its cheaper and not as hard to chew
