We
had
made
a
reservation
to
celebrate
our
big
day,
and
the
restaurant,
while
not
large,
exuded
a
cozy
ambiance.
The
service
was
incredibly
warm
and
inviting.
With
a
French-only
menu,
the
staff
kindly
provided
English
explanations
of
the
seasonal
offerings.👍
The
pre-dinner
bread
served
with
goat
liver
mousse
was
an
absolute
revelation!
It
was
so
delicious
that
we
couldn't
resist
buying
some
to
take
home.
I
highly
recommend
starting
with
the
foie
gras,
paired
with
nutty
bread
–
it
was
nothing
short
of
perfection!
The
bison
steak
was
a
flawless
medium-rare,
growing
more
flavorful
with
each
bite,
truly
astounding!
The
short
rib
slow-cooked
to
perfection,
fell
off
the
bone
effortlessly,
and
it
was
incredibly
flavorful.
Each
course
of
the
four-course
French
meal
was
a
delightful
surprise.
