Okay
let
me
start
off
by
saying
i
am
very
upset
about
this
entire
delivery
process
and
how
this
location
handled
my
order.
This
is
my
first
time
having
anything
delivered
to
me
from
home
depot
and
i
am
very
disappointed,
I
order
1
gal
pump
sprayer
and
2
orders
of
mold
remover
and
disinfectant
and
the
time
the
driver
arrived
i
was
still
sleeping
so
clearly
i
expected
not
to
see
the
package
because
the
package
was
NOT
suppose
to
be
dropped
off
without
signature
.(
NO
UNATTENDED
DROP
OFF
)
To
my
surprise
my
paperwork
for
my
signature
was
thrown
on
the
floor
and
my
package
was
not
put
in
a
safe
space
just
left
in
the
open
area.
Now
i
only
received
the
pump
sprayer
and
i
called
the
driver
to
ask
where
is
the
rest
of
the
items
,
he
stated
"
i
only
left
what
they
gave
me
and
hanged
up
the
phone
on
me
"
i
called
home
depot
2
times
the
first
time
the
representative
was
nasty
and
only
stated
well
its
not
in
stock
but
yet
when
i
placed
the
order
it
was
16
in
stock
and
the
company
charged
my
card
for
a
product
claimed
not
in
stock.
The
second
representative
allegedly
searched
for
the
items
in
the
store
and
she
came
back
on
the
phone
and
stated
they
have
none
in
the
store
even
tho
it
says
4
in
stock.
There
seems
to
be
a
lack
of
production
record
keeping
and
poor
management.
She
stated
she
issued
me
a
refund
for
the
missing
items
so
lets
see
if
i
get
my
refund,
very
disappointed
because
i
needed
these
items
for
my
cleaning
business
for
hurricane
ida
flood
clean
out
for
my
clients.
