    Worst HD ever / this is me / And I go to HD (2) times a day. So far the wors costumer service & dirty. Abandoned looking like HD. I was thinking Linden was bad . Nop. Pro Desk - waited 30min - and the lady did not stop talking about her personal life to another employee. Had to walk away super happy .

    Avoid this location at all costs! I went there last night looking for a magnet strip and my experience could not have been worse. All of the employees looked like they would rather being doing anything else than helping customers. When I finally found an employee who looked like he was willing to help, he pointed me to the wrong aisle and asked if he could be the father to my dog (I had brought my little dog with me). Absolutely disgusting behavior, I have never felt so uncomfortable while shopping before.

    One of the worst Home Depots in the area. Consistently a mess, it's rare that employees are nice and/or helpful, and things that show as being in stock on the website are often nowhere to be found in the store. I've been harassed in the parking lot more times than I count, and occasionally random men (not employees) will just grab my shopping cart away from me and ask me to direct them to my car so they can load it (and of course require payment for doing so).

    Okay let me start off by saying i am very upset about this entire delivery process and how this location handled my order. This is my first time having anything delivered to me from home depot and i am very disappointed, I order 1 gal pump sprayer and 2 orders of mold remover and disinfectant and the time the driver arrived i was still sleeping so clearly i expected not to see the package because the package was NOT suppose to be dropped off without signature .( NO UNATTENDED DROP OFF ) To my surprise my paperwork for my signature was thrown on the floor and my package was not put in a safe space just left in the open area. Now i only received the pump sprayer and i called the driver to ask where is the rest of the items , he stated " i only left what they gave me and hanged up the phone on me " i called home depot 2 times the first time the representative was nasty and only stated well its not in stock but yet when i placed the order it was 16 in stock and the company charged my card for a product claimed not in stock. The second representative allegedly searched for the items in the store and she came back on the phone and stated they have none in the store even tho it says 4 in stock. There seems to be a lack of production record keeping and poor management. She stated she issued me a refund for the missing items so lets see if i get my refund, very disappointed because i needed these items for my cleaning business for hurricane ida flood clean out for my clients.

    Definitely the worst experience I have ever went through with any Home Depot or store honestly. I ordered a washer and dryer online. So I guess the machines came from this Home Depot. So when the dryer came, it was broken. There were a couple dents in the machine and it had to be returned . The rude gentleman that came to install the machines even saw this. So they take it back and are suppose to send me a new one. First I had to buy a new replacement dryer and then once they received the broken dryer back (that the installer took back), then they will refund my money for the first machine. Sounds crazy, right?! So I had to lay out another $800 so they can ship a new machine, and I now have to wait for my refund for the broken machine. Now today I receive a call from the rudest “manager” I have ever dealt with. She demanded that I have to pay the restocking fee for the broken machine that was returned. So in addition to all the other cost I had to pay for Home Depot’s fault (ex. A handyman man coming to my house again because I had to have my door taken off so the machine will go through the entrance), etc. etc. Now they are saying I have to pay a restocking fee. Well I refused, argued for 20 mins and then ended up having to call the Home Depot customer service for the second time now ( wait on hold another hour) for them to waive the restocking fee. HOME DEPOT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS SH*T!!!! Next time I am going to lowes.

    I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that helped us. He was by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable worker I've had at a hardware store. He took the time to walk us to where to find multiple different things in different departments, and gave us alternative ideas when they didn't have what we were looking for.

    It was easy to order air conditioner online, I was asked did I want to do pickup or curbside. I chose curbside. When it was time to pickup the item couldn't get curbside service , I had to go inside Homedepot to customer service in order to get what I had order . Then they didn't have a man around to lift it and put in my vehicle. A young lady had to help customer service who was an older lady put it on a pull cart just for me to get it to my car and lift it myself. The product I was satisfied with but the service there suck

    The Home Depot is a very large store. However, I did purchase 1 product I went there for and the other item was not an in-store item - had to buy online. They have everything, just a lot of walking. Overall, it's a great hardware store.

    10-17-2022, I met the most rude and disrespectful cashier today, and the manager supported her actions. When I got to the check out line with my wife, we only met a guy and we stood almost behind him waiting for our turn. Another guy then came after and stood behind the guy we had met, formed another line. When it got to my turn, the cashier lady that was covering her head refused to attend to me, and she claimed that I wasn’t on the line. It was only me and my wife standing behind the only guy we had met, and the cashier didn’t tell us anything about not being on the right queue.

    THIS HOME DEPOT is huge. Or is it me. The walking is insane. Anyway this was my 1st time in THIS HD. I usually shop at the Bloomfield HD. I won't return to THUS HD. I spent too much time asking where items were OR just walking up & down isles. CHECK THIS FOR LOGIC. I needed a WINDOW item which turned out to be in the FLOORING section. Makes NO SENSE whatsoever. Do ya'll know how much time I spent in the WINDOW section (trying to help myself not seem stupid!!!) What a waste! But I did find a dandy tool- a 8 way metal scraper- my son got into my Tool Drawer & "borrowed " my 4 in 1 Screwdriver & my 8 in 1 Scraper. Boy was I a happy woman once I found these 2 tools. Now I can be my own Handi Gal again fixin lil things around the apt. And I can use a DRILL too, even got various Drill Bits for different surfaces - so don't play THIS CHIC cheap LOL. ILL BE going back to my Bloomfield HD on the future. But I hope ot won't be soon. I spend too much money in HD- wouldn't even go near the Garden Shop, omg. That place IS ADDICTIVE. LOL SEE ya'll later. Melissa

    Ordered two items to be delivered. They delivered one but not the other. Received an email saying both were delivered. I’ve spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with Customer Service trying to figure out where the missing item is. Employees at the store say they will look into it and call me back but haven’t. The service at this HD location is always atrocious, I don’t know why I’m surprised.

    OMG I'm so disappointed that home Depot has to get my rating so I'm used to hearing comments about the employees who get the job done that's not true at all, One employee helped out just for a minute, I had to get the attention from a customer very nice and patient walked me around showed me only empty shelves 😞, online they had exactly what I wanted to purchase, the female worker's point and tell me where to get what I requested or asking for, it's sad the DAMN customers that were shopping were nice enough to take time out from their busy ness and acc

    Had something ship there to be picked up in 2 days it took 4 I had to keep calling. Notification said delivered but the staff tell me it wasn't like really.. Will have it shipped to my home if I have to get something again... No one seem to have an idea about what you're looking for nore was they able to tell you where to find certain products worst they have no idea what works best in the item you looking for... Please teach them more about the products..

    Tonight i took my father who is elderly and walks with a cane to this location for the first time to purchase a thermostat for the house. When we arrived there were two young ladies at the door I asked them about a cart to help him walk around but unfortunately they had none but offered to SHOW my father how to operate the scooter which i thought was absoultely sweet and told him that they didnt want him to fall and hurt himself.He declined being stubborn and we walked to where he needed to go. When we got there, there was a young man in the vicinity but was about to go on break and of course thats when my dad wanted to ask questions. I told him he could go on break and we didnt wanna hold him but he and a female friend stayed and helped us get eveything he needed. They were so patient and kind to him and answered all of his questions. That is extrememly rare. I thanked them so much because they really displayed a level of service that is rare.

    Horrible!!!!! The customer service is the worst!!! No one wants to work or assist customers. Also pan handlers come in off the street and ask for money inside the store. One homeless person look liked he just finish showering at the store he had soap in his hair asking for money…smh. I don’t even know how this store is even open. NEVER WOULD I RETURN BACK!!

    First of all, prices for lumber are great. You have one entrance and same exit. That means that you will die in case of fire or mass shooting. There is no exits at all, they're all closed/gated. The way you get in is the way you get out through that small door you got in. This will be report to other agency. Everything else you already know.

    Let me start off to say that the store is very huge but not only that I want to go buy paint and there were no one at the counter for 45 minutes the other coworkers was paging the supervisor and no response another gentleman that was waiting as well for 45 minutes spoke to the supervisor that came in that day he basically just brushed him off... We have to do better in our communities I will never return back to this store again.

    My experience going there was good.... The cashier she was very nice to me.. bought a fan and I asked her for a bag to put it in.. she took her time to help me.. went back and forth like 3 times and she did that with a smile on her face.. don't know her name... Just want to say thanks again

    Rental van had a flat. Spare wheel was included but no tools were in the van. They don't send anyone on the parkway. The vehicle was towed to a ford dealership and we were given another vehicle. 5 hours wasted. They should've just arranged an uber back home for us. The vehicles are not well maintaned.

    I swear I HATE coming to this Home Depot but, in all fairness, I will give it a 2 out of 5 for location convenience. Most of the workers are OK, a few of them I'm like REALLY!!!!!. It is just THIS place is TRIFLING and I"m really being kind. The riff raff that is constantly hanging out in the parking lot is way too much.

    The Saturday after Thanksgiving, I went to get a Christmas tree. The store was crowded, and I had conflicting information about what delivery options were available so I thought it was going to be a huge headache. Not so! All the employees were hugely helpful from picking up and wrapping the tree, to answering questions, to helping me get the tree home. Kizzy especially went above and beyond helping me brainstorm a logistical problem I had with transport-- even with how busy the store was on a weekend she took the time to personally help me get what I needed to done easily, and within my budget. It made the difference between a disappointing wasted trip and a great weekend getting ready for the holiday with my family, and I appreciate her stepping up to help me out so much.
