Legan, the drive through barista, really should work on using manners. Third time I’ve come and said “thank you so much” to him and he doesn’t say anything in return. Today I said it twice, still nothing. No hospitality.

This is the best Starbucks in the area! I come here everyday because of the friendly staff. They make the best coffee and have fun doing it. Mary is the best barista I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Would highly recommend

I’ve been coming here at least 3-4 times a week since they opened, but I can not stand bad customer service. Mary is horrible, never smiles, always looks like she is bothered with your order, she looks miserable, that is not how I want to start my mornings. Look if you’re not a people’s person don’t work at a customer service type of place. She just needs to go, the rest of the staff is very friendly, she just doesn’t belong there! I gave it 3 stars because of her but if she wasn’t there they would def get 5.

This use to be our favorite location but today they just dont care i guess. I'm confused how you order a frap but get handed the hot version of it. Then attempted a sloppy redo without filling it up or anything.

I love Starbucks. Everytime I purchase a drink they handcraft it just the way I like it. My recent visit Chloe was very helpful and kind. Thank you for the amazing Strawberry Acai.

Was so happy to see new location but it will be shutdown soon if morning lady manager don’t change her attitude. And stop ignoring customers. Won’t go there again

The service was so poor!

Brand new location. They have so many outlets, it's the perfect spot to pop in and do some laptop work. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful new location! Every time I’ve gone they’ve been fast and the workers are all very kind. The system crashed when we were in the drive thru and they told us to just go, but we came inside to make sure we paid and tipped properly. They were all very sweet and worked through the system issue with us. It’s going to be our new go to location :)

Okayyyyy Ryan from Starbucks, I see you. Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs up didn’t expect to receive such great service this morning. And more important I didn’t expect him to actually spell my name 😄. It was nice to see that especially since it’s a name you don’t find in the keychain rack.

Overall, a delightful experience. It is a well run Starbucks and the service was great.
