The lounge is amazing, the reception staff is friendly and they have a decent food and drinks offering and the place is really quiet, something many people would like their lounge experience to be like. A few dishes add egg but didn’t mention that and i had to go and ask the staff who also weren’t fully sure so had to get it checked. My only negative experience here was when I was sitting quietly and having my drinks and food and then the bartender takes the effort to come all the way to my bench and tell me that the drink he made me which was my first drink was free of charge and every drink I would take after that would he chargeable? No one else was told that apart from me, why was I selectively profiled to be told this? I was not planning on having any more drinks but this disturbing experience really pushed me not to and I left the lounge soon enough. Such kind of profiling and discrimination really ruined my time there and made a somewhat good time turn bad pretty soon. I hope they work with their staff on decency and appropriate behaviour.

This is a spacious lounge suitable for longer layover. Food selection great - we loved the briyani rice (chicken and beef)! At the time of our visit (6pm), all the drinks including coffee/tea had to be ordered via the associates. Definitely on our list to-visit next time.

Stay in the airport rather than going to this “lounge”! The staff is unfriendly to say the least. The treatment of passengers is absolutely appalling. The manger Rehan was not only impolite, he was insolent. The lounge was crowded to the point that there were no seating. They charged the card anyways. In spite of some open seats he didn’t let us into an area. Escorted us to a crowded area with dirty tables. Upon taking photos he detained us and showed us Emirati laws. He misbehaved with us and was raising his voice. So we decided to leave! Very sorry to say we left the lounge for Ahlan lounge and will never go in there again. Hopefully Marhaba sees this review and takes action.

Luxury lounge. Clean toilets with a bidet. A bar, breakfast buffet and snacks like muffins, dates etc. Friendly staff. Also, live camel racing on the tv. Pretty cool.

The lounge is open 24 hrs. It had great food even at 1am. Lots of hot foods, snacks, drinks, and beers/wine. Bathrooms were clean and there’s plenty of seats. I appreciate the fact that they also had lots of plugs in between the couch seats. The red velvet cupcakes were to die for!

Anything free is worth raving about! Especially when they have all the drinks and foods that keeps flowing-in. I truly appreciate this perks and I hope those who have their mastercard can experience it! They have excellent seatings and you can truly get to rest while waiting for your flight.

First time using dubai marhaba lounge. The lounge was beautiful and spacious. Toilets was close by and clean. The receptionist I can't remember her name. She was very polite and friendly with a big smile on her face especially after 3 in the morning when I checked in the lounge for my 7.20am flight back to Glasgow 27th Nov 23. The girl in the breakfast section she was not friendly (I give her no star) and she doesn't look happy at all and didn't even bother to greet me. I was standing next to her for a good few minutes while she was putting away the dinner meals away before she put out the breakfast which was understandable. Then she turned round to tell me to help myself. I asked her "How" when there was no utensils.? Sad, I didn't enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't like the scrambled eggs looks funny, pancake was lovely, noodles was a "NO NO" for me, cold beef roll was too dried and hard to bite. I had a piece of chocolate cake that tasted amazing. I loved the assorted dates. Had a few cups of tea and hot water. Would I booked for the lounge again? The answer is "YES". I hope next time I get a happy friendly staff in the breakfast section.

Very nice lounge. Great food and drinks. Very nice people. However I wish that the massage chairs and showers didn't cost extra money

Nice place to stay when you have 6+ hr transit for your next destination. For me it was necessary as my parents were with me. At least they could sleep there for some time.

First time at the Marhaba lounge using my Priority Pass and it was such a great experience! Customer service from Sanaa was excellent! They were all very helpful on making our visit relaxing during our layover. Lounge is very clean, nice and quiet with lots of delicious hot, cold food choices and deserts too! There were also numerous sitting areas and tables with charging ports. This has been one of the best Priority Pass lounges we have visited!
