Marhaba Lounge Terminal 3 (Concourse A) The Lounge is a quiet place to relax. However the good variety was very limited and mostly cold foods were on the shelf. The bathrooms were not maintained and cleaned properly. There was water leakage and all the washrooms had wet floor. The lounge is usually packed with guests so finding seating for a large group would be challenging. I didnโ€™t expect Dubai airport lounge to be this moderate. You expect Dubai airport lounges to be a step ahead from others. Unfortunately this fails to impress.

Bad ventilation. Very hot in the lounge. You need to pay for the sparking wine. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Water is offered to you in a glass. Juice too (only apple and orange). One would expect that at least the water can be offered in a bottle. Limited selection. Wonโ€™t be visiting again. Looks very cheap.

Very spacious open planned airport lounge. Could maybe benefit from a little music in the background. The food is pretty good but could be hotter. Basic but adequate drinks selection.

One of the best airports in the world today. Excellent for shopping. Lots of options. Very neat and clean. Directions are clear. 2 things they need to improve on. 1. Need to have good vegetarian food options inside the airport for Vegetarian people 2. Some of the gates do not have seating arrangements. So, all the people have to sit by in near by gate seats until the flight is ready for boarding.

A quite busy lounge with nice food and coffee. Some tables and chairs are more comfortable than others. The service was polite and there are many spots to charge your phone.

Very busy, hardly any room. Just a few recliner chairs We had a paid booking during a long layover. Hoping we could sleep a bit. We just stayed an hour. Around the gates were many free reclined chairs available. Might be nice if you have free access but i would never pay for it

Nice place. Had relaxing time. The food menu needs to be revised, IMO. Refreshments were good.

Lounge staff at the check-in counter were quite unfriendly and undiplomatic. They have a sour face for the slightest inconvenience as if they hate their jobs. The same Marhaba lounges in different terminals are not shared so you cannot change lounge after you checked in. The food is okay at best. The chairs and couches available are not great for people who need to transit for longer hours and have a proper rest.

Overcrowded lounge. Food is beyond bad and looks horrible and tasted old. I spit out the croissant cause it was not old but very old. No food hygiene, understaffed. Toilet floor wet and dirty. I wish I could take some photos to realize what I am talking about. It is better to shut it down than operate it or just call it cheap lounge or should be a part of food court but doesn't deserve tlto be labeled as a LOUNGE. If the management needs my co tact or any photos,I can provide you.

The food and drink selection is great. However, only three stars because it is simply too busy. As a consequence, there are limited seating options, and service struggles to keep up at times.

The place is fine, decent for a lounge. The service staff is horrible, especially one lady at the reception! She has no training whatsoever on how to speak to customers, she was absolutely rude. I asked her some questions and she was curt and replied to me like I owed her a living! One star is way too high for this place

Hereโ€™s the upside of owning a Mastercard credit card here in Dubai. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป You get to experience free food and drinks along with a more comfortable seats. I have nothing in comparison as this is my first time to avail the special lounge perks.. But I would say I enjoyed being in it than the common areas. Iโ€™ll avail these lounges for sure the next time.

(Visited in February) Clean and spacious place, kind staffs. You can have light meal and drinks with nuts. They also have arabic coffee and dates, so you can try them even if you donโ€™t have chance to go out of the airport. Bathroom is even beautiful. There are plenty of electrical sockets near sofas and tables. Itโ€™s good place to stay between connection during the night.

This is located near A2-A12 side, on the top floor. We used our Priority Pass to get the access. Massaging chair cost 30 AED for 10 min. Decent options for food and beverages

One of the best lounges, great service, nice food and good options. To top it off they have a massage chair ( for a small premium $) Do ask for Ayesha .. she assisted us. Thank you for your service

Really good lounge overall and money well spent. Open atmosphere, lots of seating space, and generally decent choice and breadth of food. The scrambled eggs are top notch and they have a fresh assortment of breads and pastries. The fruit juice is Barakat fresh too! This is not the BEST lounge in T3 Concourse A, but comes very close.

Fair sized lounge about half size of the business lounge in Dubai. Clean and well appointed but bit wornout. Complementary snacks, meals and drinks including alcoholic ones are available. Spacious clean toilets and bath areas. Smoking room and kids room available. Very minimal facilities in the kids room post covid. PlayStation is not working and no toys. There are couple of beanbags if kids want to lie down. There is one massage chair that needs requesting at Reception and a digital games table. Separate area for pre booked and elite members. Overall good facilities that can help you rest for couple of hours during stop over.

Ms Nafeesa assisted us with a smile as we approached the counter, she's very accommodating. Filipino and all other staff are very busy but have been very helpful. Buffet and beverages are very good, would be a plus is there's a sushi station ๐Ÿ˜Š.

But dissapointed that I thought my booking will be also accepted in Marhaba concourse B since my departure is scheduled at Concourse B, since it's at the same airport and same company. It will also be great to have reclining chairs or lounge chairs and more relaxation cabin in place. Food is limited to my liking. Otherwise, the place is very clean and staff are helpful.

Really nice to have a shower between 2 long flights. The hot food was delicious, as was the dessert bar. Plenty of comfy seats and charging points everywhere. Lots of tea/coffee options, plus chocolate chip cookies and mint/orange infused water. Friendly staff. Would definitely use it again for when I'm transferring.

Always use it on my travels. Decent variety of salads, food and drinks. Not many lounge reclining seats though

The Marhaba Airport Lounge in the Emirates Terminal offers an average experience overall. The ambiance is satisfactory, but lacks a luxurious touch. The food and beverage options are decent, but not exceptional. The customer service is polite and attentive. However, the lounge can get crowded during peak hours

I have stayed in this lounge during my transit in dubai , this lounge was a very comfortable stay with various options of food and drinks . Lounge was also less crowded when I have visited . Massage chair and other facilities were in chargeable basis whereas in some other lounges they are offering for free . Apart from this everything looks good

Staff is good. Food quality and menu average. No Praying area, that is really Strange for me...

A lovely place to hangout during those long layovers or to just rest before a long flight. They accept priority pass and the satff are lovely! I went there early morning and breakfast was served. The assortment of cakes were to die but the breakfast spread overall wasn't very elaborate. They don't have any live counters but more of a basic spread including sandwiches, breads, eggs, pancakes & a great coffee machine too- so just what you need. They have a bar as well. Overall a nice place with comfy sofas to eat and relax before a flight. Will be visiting again.

I would have loved to spend more time having a good look round and taking in some of the local foods. My incoming flight was delayed at Jo'burg, so I only had 45 minutes instead of 3 hours to find my connecting flight, better luck next time.

Not sure why everything in Dubai airport is soo expensive however this one seems still good value for money in comparison to other options available. Good seating good service and standard food, a place where you can seat breath and eat while on a transit, recommended!

Great place to relax especially in busy Dubai airport. Good part is anyone can go for a nominal fee and they have all kind of amenities. Food choices are plenty including Indian food

The staff was very welcoming and nice. 4 hours costed around 56 USD. They offer showerung services for an extra fee. There is food at all times and they change it depending on the time of the day. There is also a smoking area. Didn't have to wait and stayed there between 3am and 7.30 am. It was a life saver and made my travelling way much smoother!

As much as the city was fabulous, the lounge lady behind the glass gave us a Stiff welcome, basic coffee shop atmosphere. With chair dragging noise all around ( try putting flelt cloth under the legs!) . The food n alcohol was basic as well. The cold food section avoidable. The biryani was yumm. Desserts can be missed. Spotless toilets.

Customer service in here is fabulous. Been in customer services myself for over 40 years and I got what I expected. Thank you, keep up the great work. Thank you to Irina David, staff number SY75178 who kindly got us from gate B to gate A at Dubai airport to make sure we were closer to our gate.

Great spot to sit and relax. Feels spacious. Good selection of healthy food and Perrier water at the bar. Reclined seats to the left hand side if you need to put your legs up.

Nice and clean Lounge, good Service, amazing food options, shower is of extra charge, less options of magazines, free wifi available

  • 2/5 Sridevi M. 1 year ago on Google
A very crowded lounge, there is rarely a place to sit. Bathrooms are small, and the sofas are old and not the most comfortable. There are only four reclining sofas. Even for water you have to queue at the bar, I wonder why there isn't a self service water tray. Didn't stay for more than ten minutes.

Ms Siouar made my stay at lounge so comfortable and pleasant. She has been wonderfully supportive and helpful throughout my looong 9:30 hours halt. She made sure to made me understand all the charges, facilities and provided me the best deal. Even made sure to wake me up for my flight! Amazing service!
