I have to give 5 stars for this great business. Their customer service is top notch Sherilyn, the lady from the warehouse team went the extra mile to get us the right size carrier for our dog and had this delivered to the store in one hour. When I told her that we had a flight the next day and realized that we ordered the wrong carrier size, she immediately confirmed that she is available for any help required. Thank you Sherilyn for making our mission much easier.

It was quite easy to book the mobile grooming service with Lovely from PetCorner and luckily they had appointments for the same day. We did have a minor issue with appointment time but it was resolved with minimal hassle. Jessica (the groomer) was great with my pet, however it would have been a lot quicker if the driver had extended a little help to her.

I contacted customer service as I was very concerned that I had already paid some amount but my order didn't generate. Seems like the app had a glitch, but it was caught by the system! Props to Lovely, she helped me through the order and I've been given the clarity I need. Thank you Pet Corner!
