It is a very nice pub restaurant in Madinat Jumeirah. There are a lot of drinking options from beer to wine and others types beverages. Also if you go there during happy hour you can get a lot of good deals on food and beers. Traditional Belgian beers is a must to try. Chucked wings , pork ribs and fries were super tasty. Strongly recommended.

We were lucky to find a table outside. The problem we feel they are understaffed. So, to clean the table took time to come for order more. But they were so helpful and always smiling. We loved the beef tartar as well as always the musels, which keeps us coming back to this place

Food serving size is good for sharing and affordable beer promo. The service was OK but not a wow. Ambiance was actually good with a live DJ and crowd was also OK. Overall experience was OK. Will I return, most likely, but will order a little less on the food as it was really a good service size for sharing and could really finish it.

I reserved for the balcony a day before. Because it gets very crowded since the weather is good. It was ladies' night so me and my friend and I got 3 free drinks each. Men ordered! Very few waiters for such a busy spot. We ended up waiting 5-10 minutes for each order! We followed up for half an hour for a fries, asked 3 different waiters, and it came when we were kinda leaving there!

I like the beer in this place , the muscles were nice but felt the portions were significantly small ! I ordered the Marine zoo meal and it was half what I was expecting! The shrimps plate featured 6 tiger strips in the photo and we got only 4 when the dish arrived and they were far from Tiger prawns size! I guess this place is nice to hang out with friends to grab a bear but won’t say it’s the best when it comes to food!

I’ve been here multiple times cause I like the place, I think they get the basics right. Service is good, ambience is usually great whether you sit indoors or outdoors and their menu is well-balanced. They run happy hour events during early evening hours so look out for those. The food we ordered this time was well presented and tasty, however the waffle was disappointing. Not enough chocolate syrup and the waffle dough itself wasn’t cooked properly. Pro tip: avoid during weekends as it can get extremely busy and noisy (indoors).

This is hard as the the restaurant exceptionally clean and well presented and the food was delicious. The buratta salad and onion soup starters were so tasty. Then steaks for main which were cooked perfectly but brought out and placed on the table when starters were not finished. Unfortunately the staff were hit and miss with service, we were not told how to view the menu on sitting down and felt very rushed when ordering. The service was intermittent and we had to catch the staff to be able to ask for more drinks, and it was 40 minutes between ordering my husband's drink and then them asking if we wanted more. The staff were not attentive and unfortunately seemed unhappy to be there. It's a shame as the food is fantastic, couldn't fault it but the service was lacking.

Perfect spot to enjoy the cold weather and the Burj Al Arab view is amazing. Good spot for pork lovers, their platter with ribs is excellent 👌🏻. We went there during Christmas Day and checked the Christmas village which was amazing but crowded. See for yourself! 😉

Nice bar good service. The restaurant have non smoking area but not really separate. The food is a bit slow but worth waiting. You can chill out and sip the drink while waiting.

I was surprised to try really good food there . I can say better food than in some restaurants. Next time you go for a beer to Belgian cafe , leave some space for an amazing dinner . My favorite dish is lobster (I asked to serve it with vegetables and salad.) mmm, delicious! We had also beef tenderloin. Great cafe bar for meetings with friends and for watching football matches. Check the outdoor table out and meet the amazing sunset !

Food is extraordinary, very nice, fish and chips is very crunchy, salad is fresh, avocado salad was very nicely balanced, mashed potatoes are very good. While you are waiting for food they bring you pastries and butter; pastries are fresh and warm but just average, we expected more from Belgian pastries. Service is super, they are very nice. View from the balcony is beautiful. Mocktail with coconut was extraordinary.

Great place to chill, unwind and get together. Being located within Souk Madinat is the added delight for residents and tourists, Anything and everything here is very good, be it the drinks, service, food or ambience. Few of their dishes are unique and relishing.

We went to Belgian Beer for lunch, and it was a pretty nice experience. -the interior is spacious, with many Belgian posters on the walls, the bar is very large and takes 2 members of staff to operate. -the exterior fits with the Souk Madinat Jumeirah, as it is a terrace with a view on the waterway and sea. -the food portions were good in most cases, but some food had smaller portions that I would have expected (for example, pork ribs and mussels both had good portion sizes, while the mixed seafood’s portion was a bit stingy) -the place also has a good variety of both bottled and draft beer, as well as a small wind selection. -the prices in the place are very good, because all of the food is tasty and totally worth trying for this price. The place also has entertainer, which we used. However, there were 2 major issues: the flies, as the cafe used smoke to scare them away, and it is hard to breathe, especially if there is a breeze on the terrace; and if you choose to sit without the smokers, the flies will drive you insane after about 30 minutes. The second problem is the seagulls, they are very noisy and not humble when it comes to asking for scraps, which can make it very annoying to eat outside. Otherwise, it was a really enjoyable experience!!

we had burrata, mushroom risotto, n steak ( medium rare which was Amazing ). i loved the vibe more than anything, couldn’t stop dancing :3 hehe. fyi its always crowded so id recommend booking a table xx

Belgian Beer Cafe is one of the 'pubs' you would expect from the Madinat Jumeirah hotel. It is a chain but the advantage of this outlet (vs its peers) is the outside dining area for those cooler winter months. The service is good with lots of servers floating around. The food is good but not high end or fancy; it's in that casual dining, pub, comfort food lane. Pork is available (another stand out). I cannot speak to the beer as I am not a beer drinker.

It’s our first time to visit this place for dinner & I was so amazed the place..I love the ambiance .. The hostess Name Thea was so good and she toured around the place since where first time.. We ordered ESCARGOT as starters & CALAMARI and main to share the PORK BBQ RIBS and then a drinks..The food was so good and delicious.Ms.Eunice our waitress that night was so attentive, and she explained well about the menu..We enjoyed the night and hopefully we can come back soon😊
