I would like to share my recent experience with your medical staff. While I appreciate the service provided, I couldn't help but notice that the individual responsible for taking blood samples was somewhat impolite. I believe it's essential for all staff members, given the service industry nature of your business, to maintain a calm and professional demeanor. It's important that instructions are given with patience and courtesy rather than in a harsh or frustrated manner. We, as paying customers, expect a full and respectful service experience. I hope this feedback will contribute to a more pleasant experience for future customers. Thank you.

Excellent service very good no rush I finished my medical within 11 minute only. * Registration * blood test *X-ray very professional staff. Specially Mr Syed Azmath xray technician he did my x-ray in 1 minute only I m surprise. Highly recommended 💯.

Staffs could be more friendly and welcoming. Also, the doctor/ nurse who took my blood at the collection center was annoyed with something and seemed like he was arguing about something with the doctor/nurse at the adjacent counter. He roughly took my arm and collected blood sample. It was a painful experience (but got over within seconds). And next day onwards, till date it looks bruised and painful (I am attaching picture of the same). Im pretty sure that this wouldn’t have happened if he was more careful. Would not be recommending this place to anyone else. (2 stars is for the cleanliness of the place, and for the fact that the whole process for residency visa took less that 30mins)

Amazing team! The service was done effectively and in a splendid way. The Emirati ladies who were helping with processing all the documents are so kind and helpful. They went literally beyond!!!🥰
