Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and you feel so relaxed. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Staff was very helpful, We checked in for our 1st wedding anniversary, (thanks for hotel staff for giving us a complimentary sweetest experience). Staffs are very friendly and approachable, thanks to maricar and Lorie for taking care of us. We really had a wonderful stay❤️

Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request set the tone for our entire stay. What truly stood out was the valet parking service fr Pakistani , who took care of our vehicle, provided an efficient and secure service that added an extra layer of convenience to our visit. Knowing our car was in good hands allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The hotel itself boasts impeccable facilities, but it's the staff's dedication and the exceptional service that truly make it a standout. Rooms are nominally sized and not very spacious, but enough to accommodate 2 persons. Rooms have a microwave oven as well which is a plus. Staff is friendly and service is also good. High floor rooms towards the promenade give good views. There is no in house restaurant, hence food you need to order from outside only. Good overall.

I had visited the hotel early December with my fiance for leisure. We were driven by such surprise to see such a wonderful location and the ambiance was mesmerizing. The staff had been very polite and hospitable. Not forgetting to mention about the house keeping staff member Mr. Lakmal, who has been very proactive in providing a 'Best In Class' service to us, and going an extra mile to make our stay wonderful and memorable.

I was very happy to stay at this hotel, good position and great service. In particular Sarina was really good in handling all the cleanings and was rally available all the time. The room was cleaned regularly and it was sparkling clean. Also, Mr. Dev was really helpful and managed to help Sarina while taking care of my room. Thanks again! This is my 4th time visiting this hotel, always my first choice, lovely stay and lovely staff. Especially Salimah and Lorie, they were very helpful and nice. Will be back soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Culture Village Dubai and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel until the day I checked out, every aspect of my stay was simply outstanding.

Great hotel, extremely clean rooms and the smell is really calming. The view is great as well. It's a bit away from Jumairah, keep this in mind if you want to be very close to more activities. The breakfast was great, the main dishes are available, however, some people might want more variation of dishes.

The stay was great, just what we needed and great value for money. There was one strange thing though: on the first morning after arriving late the night before, I was prompted by the cleaning staff member to open google maps on my phone, and he wanted me to mention his name in a good review. I was hesitant since I had just arrived, and all he had done was give me some water bottles. But he went ahead and clicked 5 star rating on my phone and pressed send for me, and took a picture and said he needed to show his manager. I was uncomfortable and laughed it off in the moment from not wanting a confrontation. If I want to give 5 stars (and I would for this hotel) I wish to do so without being pressured. Please don't make your employees do this, it was intrusive. Thank you

Amazing location. Very clean rooms. Our room was serviced by Maya. The staff is very friendly and the valet service is great. The night shift valet guy Usman is also very friendly. Highly recommended!
